00:15emotionally or mentally struggle at times with many reporting anxiety and challenges with body

00:31and makes them feel proud of themselves. The problem though, 7 in 10 teens say they either don't have
00:37time or the money or they feel self-conscious, but 83% said they would work out at a gym
