Death Valley Days (1966-1969) host Robert Taylor may bear a resemblance to Gary Cooper & another actor, actress or group from some movie, TV series, etc.
Connections:
- Both appeared in an MGM tribute to actor Will Rogers in the 1937 short Lest We Forget.
- The two were friends & according to a 1961 article in Family Weekly Magazine, Taylor became a hunter after he met Gary Cooper at Sun Valley, ID, in 1939. Their occasional hunting companions reportedly included Ernest Hemingway, Clark Gable, Robert Stack & John Wayne.
