00:00A drone, allegedly a Russian drone, hit a residential building in Romania.
00:05Should Europe be bracing for more direct spillover from this conflict?
00:10Definitely.
00:12Because you can consider it as a sort of collateral damage.
00:17If you use, like Russia, all these drones in a very targeted way,
00:24with clear sense of escalation now,
00:27and what's going on is escalation because the Russians badly wanted to sort it out over our heads
00:38and over Europe with the U.S. administration,
00:45talking about encourage, spirit, whatever.
00:49Now they failed.
00:50They clearly understand they're stuck around the front line.
00:58And it's a kind of escalation they want to use to raise the stakes now.
01:06Because of this escalation, all kind of, let's call it accidents,
01:14but it's not just coming out of nowhere.
01:18Because we had Poland, we had other countries with Russian drones,
01:24and now it's directly targeted, not just a field somewhere around,
01:32but somewhere, something where people live.
01:37And now it's about people's life.
01:40For the European Union and NATO, it's a kind of dilemma
01:44because escalation is tricky to accept.
01:49But not to react now is not an answer anymore.
01:54It's about clear weakness.
