00:10I'm confident that the Madrid summit will be a transformative summit,

00:21sustained support for Ukraine and other partners at risk,
00:25and I'm pleased that President Zelensky will participate in our summit,
00:30we will also decide on a new NATO-strategic concept,
00:35setting out our position on Russia, on emerging challenges,
00:40and for the first time on China.
00:43And in this context, I welcome that the leaders of our Asia-Pacific partners
00:48will take part in our summit for the first time.
00:53Last but not least, better burden-sharing and resourcing of our alliance,
00:58and the historic applications for membership by Finland and Sweden.
