00:03We do know that he was living with his grandparents
00:05and was involved in some type of domestic disturbance with his grandmother
00:08in which he shot his own grandmother.
00:10At that point, he fled from that residence
00:12to the area where the school is at.
00:14That's where the vehicle was crashed
00:15and he was able to make entry into the school.
00:17That's when we got calls from local law enforcement
00:19that the shooter was making his way into the school.
00:22It just started shooting children and teachers that were inside that classroom.
00:24I'm having no regard for human life.
00:26Just a complete tragedy and an evil person
