00:00there are business owners out there that are looking for people who will take over tasks
00:07not related to using AI tools. And you will learn more about it later on.
00:13Okay, so ito na. Ito na yung one of the types of virtual assistant
00:20is becoming an executive and operations VA. And as shared kanina ni Ms. Michi, she's actually
00:30this type of VA. And this is one of the fastest growing and highest paying VA niches.
00:37And your main tasks are related to being a CEO or executive support. You do project coordination,
00:47team management, SOP creation, workflow optimization. And as mentioned earlier,
00:55you handle the AI-assisted operations. And mostly, yung mga clients mo dito are like
01:04startups and remote companies that needs reliable operation support.
01:09So, ito yung usually mga nagsimula pa lang na mga businesses or mga starter business owners
01:19and they need someone who can do these tasks for them.
01:24So, parang sa, yung typical na virtual assistant na yung isip mo,
01:30you handle everything for the client. Para, you will take off the workload from the client
01:40and they can, you know, that that client can focus on the other aspect of their business
01:47to grow their business. So, ikaw, as an executive and operations VA, not only you're taking off,
01:55you know, a bit of their workload, but you also do the project coordination
02:01and workflow optimization and SOP creation. Ito yung mostly part ng, parang management na part
02:09ng kanilang business. So, hindi ka lang like, hindi lang ikaw yung, hindi ka lang nag,
02:17nagmamanish ng calendar nila, but you're actually, parang nagiging business owner ka na din
02:23in this part. Because you're also, um, you know, you're, you're coming up with ideas for your
02:33client. Like anong pwedeng gamin, what projects can be done. At ito na yung pinaka, tinatawag nilang
02:43highest paying kasi ito yung may, mas maraming ginagawang work. You do like the most, considered
02:50most difficult job. Well, in my, in my level, I might find this difficult, pero hindi kasi ito yung
02:57niche ko. So, it, I might find it difficult, but I am aware that you get paid a lot as
03:06an executive
03:07and operations VA. So, ito yung mga expect po na main task mo for this role. Apart from that,
03:18we also have the social media manager VA. Ito yung pinaka-common na type of VA for the past few
03:27years,
03:28but it's still one of the hottest VA careers globally. And especially that, you know, social
03:36media is growing. Um, Facebook meta is growing as well. So, um, a lot of businesses are utilizing
03:49social media. They're doing their marketing on social media and so on and so forth.
03:55And you as a social media manager will come in and offer your services so that you will do all
04:02this
04:02main task. And part of it is content creation, reels and TikTok management, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn,
04:15meta ads, analytics reporting, and community engagement.
04:22And as mentioned, my name is Mitchie that we actually have SMM or social media manager program
04:29um, that Wordlink VA Summer is offering. So, if you're interested to specialize
04:35in this type of VA, then make sure to let us know. Okay? So, as a social media manager, so
04:44this is not
04:45limited to, um, you know, not limited to replying to comments, to, to any posts or messages that the
04:58business owner will receive on their Facebook messages, uh, Facebook pages or accounts. But nowadays,
05:04social media managers also help, help with creating content. Let me set an example. So, the, we have like,
05:13this cafe owner. Now, they want to expand, they want to explore, um, social media for the marketing of their
05:28cafe. So, they will open up a Facebook page. And now, they're thinking, what could be a good content,
05:37um, that they will, they will post on their Facebook page to get engagement, to expose their business,
05:45and hopefully, to get customers from that content. Now, you, as a social media manager VA, you help
05:54come up with this content. Yeah, you will discuss this with the business owner. What kind of content
06:01should we make for your business? Or, especially if your, your client is, um, is in, you know, outside
06:09the country, or there are international clients, you will ask the client, what part of their business,
06:17um, would you like to, you know, promote? For example, ah, I think, um, let's create, you know,
06:26let's make a video making coffee. Or, um, if you want to promote the products that you have in your
06:34cafe, let's do it this way. Not just, you know, post a picture of your product, and then we just
06:41post it on
06:42Facebook. No. If you want to create engagement, then let's make sure that the photos that we put,
06:49um, on your page will have this and that, and so much more. Kumbaga, that you're, you're, you're helping, um,
07:01these businesses to grow their social media accounts. Ayun na nga. Potentially, um, gain a lot of customers or
07:10to gain clients for themselves as well. Um, for at least other tasks, yung meta ads, I'm,
07:19I'm not sure if you're familiar, but, um, if you have noticed, kong nagpo-post ka ba, ah,
07:27sa Facebook. Sometimes, Facebook will give you an option to boost or promote your content.
07:36That's when meta ads comes in. Uh, you do pay, um, pay amount of money to utilize this feature on,
07:44on Facebook, but you will learn later on, um, more about this if you're interested to become a social
07:51media manager. Yes, Ms. Mitri?
07:56Let me just share my screen quickly to give them an example on how it works.
08:04Let me stop sharing my screen.
08:17Okay, so as you can see, hold on. All right, guys, can you see my screen?
08:30All right. Okay, so for example, because I am also managing some social media accounts of my clients,
08:39I'm also working as a social media manager part-time. So for example, I have, so, so if you are
08:46a social
08:47media manager, you will get access to their pages, and it will look like this. So in your Facebook, you
08:51can see
08:52some of this. Now, for example, the House of Baltimore in, uh, in Baltimore, say, for example,
09:00here. So you have the option to post. You have the access to manage the whole page or the business
09:08page. So what is meta, um, meta business suite that Ms. Val was talking about earlier? So this is
09:16what it looks like. Hang on one second. So
09:27it's very nice because my internet is a bit slow. So this is what it looks like. Here in meta
09:35business
09:36suite, you are actually, uh, this is very convenient because if your client have a Facebook in an Instagram,
09:43Instagram, uh, and Instagram, you can post at the same time. And there's also a planner. For example,
09:50uh, if you're a social media manager, for example, on Monday, you can create the whole for one month
09:57or one week or for two weeks content, and you can make, um, schedule posting. For example, you can, uh,
10:05schedule your post. Let's say you can post today for Monday up to Friday. So that is something that we
10:14can't do using our personal Facebook, but using this, um, meta business suite, you have the option to do
10:22that. So that in the next day of, you don't have to worry about posting anymore. You have to check
10:29the
10:29analytics or do customer service or legend. Kasi mostly yung mga social media managers. They also do
10:36some lead generation, um, task. Um, this is just what I wanted to show you guys. And
10:45as I can, as, as we, um, as you can see, you can do it part time. Let's say one
10:52client, you work as a
10:54social media manager for two hours. You can have at least three, three clients
11:01working part time. This is already a good, uh, income for you guys, or at least two hours a day.
11:08Kasi mostly lalo na pag startup, they will only hire you for two hours or three hours a day or
11:13four
11:14hours a day to manage their social media pages. So there, uh, we do have SMM program. If you want
11:21to
11:22dig deeper into it, or if you want to be a social media manager, or this is gonna be your
11:27niche,
11:29you can just, uh, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We have this program ready for you. Thank you
11:35guys. That's all.
11:38Any questions?
11:39All right. Thank you. Thank you, Ms. Michi.
11:48So guys, do you have any questions?
11:57Just raise your hand. Click on the raise hand icon.
12:05Okay. Since we don't see anyone raising their hand, I think they don't have any questions for now.
12:11But again, if you, um, if you happen to have a question that will pop up in your mind later
12:18on,
12:19please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Okay.
12:24All right. Okay. Uh, I think we need to make the class more engaging, um, to make sure as well
12:32that
12:32everyone is still here. You're still, you know, listening to our session. So I want to have you guys
12:44read the next slide. Let's start with Aaron. Because our next slide is about an AI-powered virtual
12:53assistant. So, Aaron, can you please read to us the domain task and tools in demand for this, um, type
13:02of
13:03virtual assistant? Okay. Thank you.
13:10Oh, I'm sorry.
13:14Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry, guys.
13:18Okay. Can you see my screen?
13:22Yes, ma'am.
13:24Okay. There you go. Thank you, Aaron.
13:28AI-powered virtual assistant. Main task, AI content generation, prompt writing, automation setup,
13:37AI workflow assistance, chatbot support, tools in demand, open AI, chat GPT, Notion, Zapier, Jiminy.
13:48That's all. Thank you so much, Aaron. So this is what an AI-powered virtual assistant. Ito yung
13:56minimension natin earlier that there are companies actually na they need help from a virtual assistant
14:04who will manage the AI part of their business. I mean, who will manage the AI tools they use in
14:12their
14:12business? And, um, I think most of you guys are familiar with chat GPT. So, chat GPT is not only
14:21used to
14:22just, you know, chat GPT used as a, uh, a therapist, um, someone who will answer your homework,
14:32or who will do the thesis for you, but chat GPT as well extends to businesses. So there are actually
14:41businesses out there that utilizes AI tools and they need someone who will do most of the work such as,
14:50such as AI content generation. Actually, um, earlier, um, I was late, um, in this, in this training because I
14:59was,
14:59um, I had an appointment with someone who is a VA as well, and she's actually doing this job doing
15:06AI content generation.
15:08She is, um, she is the type of VA that works with, um, architects and, uh, interior designers,
15:19if you're familiar with those type of people. So these are like professions that works on, you know, create, um,
15:27um, um, um, that specializes on, you know, buildings, getting clients who will help them,
15:36you know, decorate their house. What is the, the best painting for their, for their bedrooms,
15:43or for their rooms, uh, or for their condo units? Uh, they actually utilize AI content. Uh,
15:52uh, I mean, they utilize AI tools in a sense, they do sketches, and then they upload that sketch
16:00to the AI tool, for example, ChatGPT, and they will ask ChatGPT to transform the sketch
16:08into something else into something else, like ChatGPT, like create, like, um, uh, an image that this sketch
16:17turns into, like, a real decorated room, or, uh, if it's a floor plan, they will ask ChatGPT, um,
16:28to create this drawn floor plan into, like, a digital version of it. So, um, my friend, um,
16:37does that for them. They will, they will give the sketches to my friend, and she will be the one
16:43who
16:43will, uh, use ChatGPT to turn their sketches into digital, um, content. So that's one of the ways to
16:53do AI content generation. Prompt writing, this is usually, this is, prompt writing is just as easy as
17:02feeding the AI tool the information that you want it to learn. Because, um, on AI tools, you can actually
17:13keep using the AI to learn what kind of information you're dealing with. So, for example, um,
17:23actually, when you're, um, for, for those who are still in school, or in high school, or in college,
17:29whenever you use ChatGPT, or if you open an account, you open an account, and then you keep using ChatGPT,
17:37um, for your research, um, for your assignments. ChatGPT actually learns that you are using
17:46the AI for your academics. So, as time goes by, ChatGPT would either, you know, become better,
17:55will, will learn, will learn the, the things that you're, that you're learning, um, the, the things that
18:03you want to, like, for example, ChatGPT, I want you to make sure that, um, you're writing my essay in
18:10a
18:10professional, uh, friendly mood, and et cetera, et cetera. Now, ChatGPT will learn that you always
18:18want to have your essays, or your research, or your, uh, papers in a professional and friendly manner.
18:26So, that's what you do in prompt writing. You, you keep feeding it information so that it can generate
18:33you, um, the content that you want. So, that's, this is, this is what utilizing AI tools. And there are
18:43actually companies out there who, who specifically, um, hire virtual assistants who will do this part of
18:50their business. Okay. So, um, you will learn more about this and how to become an AI-powered virtual
18:59assistant as you go on with this training. Okay. So, the next slide is real estate VA. I actually
19:08mentioned earlier that I started as a real estate VA. And this is a very popular niche for Filipinos,
19:16especially when working with U.S. clients. I want to have, um, Kathy to read what are the main tasks
19:27of a real estate VA. Kathy, are you still there?
19:40Hello? Hello? Hello, Kathy? Are you still in the line?
19:48Hi. Hi. Hello. Okay. Kathy, please read the main task for a real estate VA.
20:09Thank you so much. Okay. We still have 21 slides. So, we'll do this real quick. When you say a
20:16real estate VA,
20:16okay, um, imagine mo, you have your house and lot or yung lupain mo. Now, um, buying and selling
20:32houses and lot is all about, is, is what real estate is all about. And there are, um,
20:40business owners or there are what we call real estate investors or realtors in the U.S. that reaches out
20:49to
20:50us Filipinos to become their virtual assistant to do their cold calling for them. When you say cold
20:56calling, you do outbound calls, you call potential buyers or seller of their homes or their lands in the U
21:07.S.
21:08business. Kasi yun yung magiging client ng, ng client mo. Dun sila nag, that's how they earn money to find,
21:16to find people who are willing to sell their house or maybe they are also looking to buy.
21:24So, that's what this business is all about. Now, as time goes by, of course, if you found someone who
21:34will, who will work with your client, yung bibili or magbebenta ng kanilang property, then you make sure
21:41you set an appointment. You will schedule a meeting with them para mapag-usap, para makipag-usap na yung
21:48client mo sa kanilang potential client and hopefully maging potential lead yung kanilang makaka-usap.
21:57And as you grow in this niche, kasi yung cold calling and appointment setting is yung pinaka-starter nito
22:05for a real estate VA. Ito yung pinakauna mong gagawin um, once you, you know, once they hire you as
22:14a real
22:14estate VA. Um, for the rest of the task, you'll see our CRM management, lead generation and property
22:22listing management. If you earn the trust of your client and they see that you're doing, um, a good
22:29job in doing the basic task, then they will, um, they will, you know, parang promote you,
22:37they will pay you more to help them on the other parts of their real estate business. And you will
22:44learn more about this later on if you're interested to, you know, interesado kayo to call mga homeowners,
22:52then, um, you might want to become a real estate VA. Next is an e-commerce VA. So this is
23:01a growing,
23:02um, this is a niche that's growing rapidly because of online stores and drop shipping businesses.
23:11Um, Mira, can you please read to us the main task and platforms used for this niche or for this
23:19type of VA? Mira? Hello? Hello, Mira? Just floor blogs. Are you still there?
23:41Mira? No, now wala si ate. Okay. Um, how about CRAS? CRAS? Hello?
23:55Hello? Okay. I'm, am I still here? Am I still connected? Can you still hear me?
24:08Hello? Hello? Hello, Cirrus. Thank you. Can you please read the main task
24:16and platforms used for an e-commerce VA?
24:26A-commerce VA, growing rapidly because of online stores and drop shipping businesses. Main fact,
24:37product listing, customer support, order trapping, inventory management,
24:43store optimization, store optimization, platform use, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, AB or A-buy.
24:56All right. Thank you so much. So, an e-commerce VA, I think,
25:02will be related to platforms such as Shopee, Lazada or Shein for, you know,
25:16for fashion products. So, actually, the ones that are selling on the platforms, they are just small business
25:26owners. Most of them. There are official stores of well-known brands, but there are also sellers or online sellers
25:40building their own online store on those platforms. And because it could be overwhelming
25:48when you handle an e-commerce business, when you're doing online business, you as a VA will come in and
25:57help them with their product listing.
25:59I don't mean product listing. Product listing is simply as posting their product on the platform,
26:07uploading the pictures of their products, posting the product details on the description part.
26:17of that page. And you can post it to Shopee, Lazada or your most clients is actually on Shopify,
26:28the platforms used that we mentioned, Amazon, Etsy and eBay. Because most of your clients,
26:36internationally, they use these platforms to post their, you know, products online.
26:44So, Shopify, by the way, it might not be comparable to Shopee or Lazada. Because here,
26:53you're actually like building your own online store. You have like a different website.
27:02You don't have a different website where people will go there and buy your products. A lot of these
27:12online stores utilize the Shopify. Maybe what we can compare to Shopee and Lazada is Amazon, Etsy and eBay.
27:26So, they cannot afford to build their own website or their own website or their online store. So,
27:32they're just here to post them on the platforms. So, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopee, Lazada and so on.
27:40Now, of course, because they're dealing, they're selling products. So, they're dealing with customers.
27:46It's also part of your task as a VA to help with their customer support, especially if their customers
27:52customers have questions, inquiries, they're checking their order status. You also help them
28:01with order tracking to check if their order was already placed, if it was already processed and shipped,
28:09if it's already shipped or delivered. And also, doing inventory management is also your task wherein you
28:20wanted to make sure you wanted to be updated on these platforms, the number of stocks of the products
28:26of your client, if they're out of stock or if they have new stocks. You help them with inventory
28:33management. And also, for store optimization, it's like the problem-solving problem or the ideas on how to
28:45boost their online stores. Especially, this is a very competitive market. Maraming mga competition yung
28:56magiging clients mo. So, you wanted to help their business or their online store to go on the top of
29:02the search results. Di ba kapag may nagahanap ng mga tao ng tissue paper and your client also sells tissue
29:13paper.
29:14So, you will help them make sure, if people will search for tissue paper, their online store will be top
29:22of the list.
29:24Yun yung store optimization. And you will learn a lot of this. Meron tong mga specialized
29:29training because as mentioned earlier, because you're doing all of this task
29:35and you're gonna use itong mga platforms na to, you will have to go through mga specific trainings
29:42to learn more about becoming an e-commerce VA. So, gets ba? Okay ba? Any questions for an e-commerce
29:52VA?
29:52Okay? All good?
29:56Tumitingin ako dito. E dito kasi kayo sa second screen ko.
30:01Meron dito yung camera. And dito yung slides.
30:05Uy! Walang nagre-react. Buhay pa ba yung mga tao dito?
30:09Are you good? Are you good, everyone?
30:11Wala, tinawa nalako ni Airon.
30:16Okay, everyone. Let's go. Ayan. Thank you, thank you, thank you. At least,
30:21I feel ko na meron pa talaga nakikinig nito.
30:24Better looks. Next slide is lead generation and appointment setter VA.
30:30This is actually kind of like related dun sa real estate VA. Pero in this part kasi,
30:37ito yung parang general na klase na VA. So, mas broad to siya because you are not limited to helping
30:49real estate businesses, but you can also help other types of businesses. And this is very in demand
30:57for agencies and coaches. Tumaga, um, this is very helpful in terms of marketing,
31:07gathering clients for your client, and so on. But I want someone to read,
31:14what are the main tasks and skills that help that are listed on the slide for lead generation
31:22and appointment setter VA? Let's have Gisela. Can you please read?
31:31Gisela. Lead generation and appointment setter VA. Variant demand for agencies and coaching.
31:39Main task, prospect research, email outreach, CRM updates, link-in outreach, appointment booking,
31:51marketing, skills that help, sales communication, copywriting, and CRM.
31:57All right. Thank you so much. So again, this is pretty, uh, this is really broad,
32:05but for this kind of a VA, they focus on gathering clients or gathering customers.
32:15Um, maybe, um, a good example is, um, we have like, like, um, the type of business
32:29that I want to set example is, let's say,
32:35your client is looking for customers, uh, plumbing business niya, or clients for plumbing business.
32:43Yung bang taga, tagaayos ng iyong gripo, or ng, um, anything coming related sa bahay niyo, yung,
32:53yung, yung, yung nag-aayos ng kitchen sink, um, oilant, and all.
33:05Parang wala ngayon din ng kaya.
33:10Nakaang ka pa?
33:13Yer too, nakaang ka?
33:17Okay, mute lang muna kita, Gisela.
33:20Ayun, um, Ms. Pichie has an example.
33:23Sure, sure
33:35Ms. Mitri?
33:36Oh, Ms. Mitri is going to share something with us
33:40Alright, so we're in appointment setting, right?
33:43Yes, we're appointment setter and the generation VA
33:47Okay, so guys, can you see my screen?
33:54Yes
33:55Okay, so here's an example
33:57I'm with Skunk Cyber Technology LLC
34:01This is the name of the company
34:02So the business is about selling services
34:06Or selling cybersecurity services
34:09Like web monitoring, penetration testing
