00:24people, of course, believe that CDs aren't as warm as vinyl.
00:30But as far as going to the mass market again, it's really something that I find quite surprising.
01:03Well, there's a chap named Matt D'Amico at Universal, and he contacted me, and, well, we went, we were
01:12in touch with each other through the whole thing, and test pressings would be sent, and then I'd listen to
01:19them and make my comments, and that was it.
01:22That we'd get them to, or I have plenty of test pressings, I can tell you.
01:27The same speakers I've had all these years, I've never heard anything better, and so the original Close to You
01:34was played through these speakers, and so it's very easy to A-B them.
01:41But that's how it worked, I made my comments, and then another test pressing would come, and we'd get it,
01:50so it was just right.
01:52That is why all the girls in town follow you all around, just like me, they long to be close
02:10to you.
