00:10we can find out exactly what happened and why it happened.
00:13And it became clear to me this morning that that was necessary
00:16because when I visited the scene, when I spoke to the emergency services,
00:20they told me that the way this fire progressed, how it took hold of this building,
00:25was rapid, it was ferocious and it was unexpected.
00:28So it is right that in addition to the immediate fire report that will be produced
00:33and any potential police investigations, that we do have a full public inquiry
00:38to get to the bottom of this, why did this happen?
00:42People deserve answers, the inquiry will give them.
