00:04So one of the things that you can actually go ahead and do with your presentation is go ahead
00:10and record out narrations as well. So let's say I have multiple slides so let's just go ahead and
00:16duplicate this out as well and then I'm going to go ahead and name this to thank you right here.
00:21So now in order to go ahead and record out let's say for example narration on the slide you can
00:27go
00:27around over here on to slide show menu and here you can see record as an option. So here you
00:33have
00:33an option to record from current slide or choose from beginning right here. So let's just go ahead
00:38and say from beginning because I want to begin from the start and then over here you can see that
00:44you
00:44have an option to access the notes, clear out the contents, see other settings as you want and choose
00:49the microphone that you want to record from and then you can see the annotation option over here
00:54on the bottom as well. So whenever you're ready to start recording you can simply hit the record
01:00button right here and after the countdown now this is the narration that I'm doing for this particular
01:09slide which has the title as lorem ipsum. Let me click on next and then I got the other slide
01:15and I can
01:16actually go ahead and take let's say pen right here and draw out the slide with the let's say
01:24the pen tool and then highlight using the highlight tool as well. Apart from that if I were to go
01:31ahead
01:31and hit on next right here this is the other content that I have as well. So now I can
01:37go ahead and stop
01:38or simply hit next and then it stops the recording right here. So now if I were to go ahead
01:44and close it
01:44you can see that this is what you have and you got a little speaker icon right here. So if
01:50I were to press
01:51the play button now this is the narration that I'm doing for this particular slide which has the title
01:58as that is what you have and if I were to actually go around and click on from beginning now
02:04this is
02:05the narration that I'm doing for this particular slide which has the title as lorem ipsum. Let me click on
02:12next
02:12and then I got the other slide and I can actually go ahead and take let's say pen right here
02:18and draw out
02:20and that is basically what you have and as you record the narration what happens is that whatever
02:26you actually go ahead and then record right here as you go ahead and draw out what happens is that
02:33it'll
02:34simply go ahead and then record it out and when you actually begin the presentation everything is
02:40actually recorded out. So that is basically how you can go ahead and record out presentation inside a
02:47PowerPoint that is record narration. So I hope you found this video useful be sure to hit the like
02:53button don't forget to share this out with your friends and family and for more contents like these
