00:10Hey guys! Look at this man. Oh wow, looking great guys. We're in Seoul. This is cool.
00:19So this is your home base. You always come to me, but now I'm at your home.
00:24Finally. And we're rehearsing today too? Yeah, of course. Oh, this is gonna be fun.
00:28Alright, just show me around. Let's see what we got here.
00:47I mean, I've been thinking about like all the time we have spent together over the years and like watching
00:52you guys get to this point.
00:53So I wanted to show you guys just a couple moments. This was actually the first time ever.
00:57What?
01:00Hey, what's up guys? How's it going? You guys were selected by K-pop fans.
01:05Wait, I remember. I remember that.
01:10God, why are we too young?
01:20And you were ready to be the leader. You jumped in right away.
01:24Wow, what's up guys?
01:25Wow, what's up guys?
01:27Wow, what's up guys?
01:27We changed a lot.
01:29I like your hair.
01:30Oh, thank you.
01:33Wow, that's crazy.
01:36Wow, I was like at home. Because it was like during the pandemic, you know? Yeah.
01:40Yeah, this is the next one. I like this one too.
01:42Wow, that's the first one. Wow.
01:43Wow.
01:44I can't believe it. I'm in Japan with my boys in Hypen. What's up?
01:49Yeah.
01:50Wow.
01:51Oh, that was your favorite. Yeah.
01:56Honestly, that was one of my favorite performances.
01:58Wow, thank you.
01:59Like the Mamas was like so crazy. Like you guys like did so good.
02:03And then, hold on. This is the last one.
02:05And then, hold on. This is the last one.
02:05And then, hold on. This is the last one.
02:07And then, hold on. This is the last one.
02:07Coachella.
02:08Coachella.
02:11Wow, that was so much fun. Like how was Coachella for you guys after it was all over?
02:38Yes, King Sanu.
02:43You did a great job.
02:50First of all, it's cool to be at HYBE, but I feel like how often are you here?
02:54Every day? Every day.
02:56Oh wow, that's a lot.
02:58Except some films like, like an outside, outdoor films. Like almost 10 hours per day?
03:06In this building, there's everything you need. You can live here.
03:11Do you record here too?
03:12Yeah, there's recording booth here. Everything. Yeah.
03:15Recording, dance practicing, almost like these kind of films.
03:19Yeah, everything.
03:19Almost everything.
03:20We have bedroom in here.
03:22Oh yeah.
03:22It's like I sleep.
03:23Yeah.
03:24That's crazy. Well, I know you guys work as hard as us regular people, so that's great.
03:28This place is so big.
03:32You've got a whole freaking kitchen in here.
03:35Man, like at least we can get something to drink really quick and get some water.
03:38By the way, nobody uses the coffee machine, so I don't recommend it.
03:40You don't do the coffee? You never have coffee and you're here all day?
03:43I've never seen a person who like using this machine.
03:48They always like use the like Uber.
03:51Oh, they get everything delivered here.
03:53Yeah, because so I think this like Nazi will be like 10 years old.
03:59Oh, 10 year old coffee. Great.
04:01Yeah, I think they only serve you the best here.
04:03Yeah, I want nobody to go hospital in here, so I don't recommend it.
04:07You said it has a hospital?
04:09Yeah.
04:09That is so insane.
04:12Hopefully you don't get hurt though.
04:14But if you do, everything's all good.
04:18There's a gym.
04:20Do you use it?
04:20Yeah.
04:21Every day.
04:23Wow, you guys are doing too much.
04:25My goodness.
04:26I like what you were saying that like basically HYBE has everything.
04:29So tell me a little bit about like a creative day for you guys.
04:32What's the process like when you're like writing in the studio?
04:35This room right now is called like a listening room.
04:38It's where we gather around and listen to demos with like really good speakers.
04:42And so this is built just for listening to music.
04:46And there's a lot of rooms like that, production, you know, studios all around.
04:51And I think for artists, for us, it's a very good space to get creative.
04:56And just, it's a very good working environment.
04:59What would you say is like the quickest you guys have done a song?
05:02And then what's like been the longest?
05:04I've recorded a few weeks ago.
05:07Two weeks ago.
05:08I've recorded a few weeks ago.
05:09I've recorded a few weeks ago.
05:11Wow, that's crazy.
05:13But hey, that's a good one, so.
05:15You guys did a good job there.
05:22Looking at that history, and then obviously this is the first time that I've gotten to hang out with you
05:26guys.
05:27After a big change that you guys have been going through.
05:29So how are you guys feeling right now?
05:36I feel like you guys are always eating.
05:51You gotta eat.
05:52And how do you like adjust to the change in dynamic?
05:55Oh, I think we just all know that there's a lot of people out there that are expecting a lot
06:01from us, especially our performance and our fans.
06:04So to our engines, that's really what we try to focus on, what we try to think about.
06:09And we have a tour coming up.
06:11Like John said, we're kind of mainly focused on that.
06:13Trying to put on the best stage, best performance for our fans.
06:16When you have this change and you're looking at your future, as you guys are doing now, what are some
06:20like creative genre changes or what do you want to do musically moving forward?
06:24As of right now, we can't say too much.
06:25Come on, you can tell me something. I'm your friend.
06:28I'm your friend.
06:30But our next one is crazy.
06:34It's another one. It's crazy.
06:36A lot of new things.
06:37I said this at the start of the year, but 2026 is going to be a very big year for
06:42us.
06:43Like you said, there's been changes, but there's also been very good changes as well in terms of our music
06:49and our next album and everything like that.
06:52It's going to be very, very good. So I hope you guys already.
06:55I think you can feel that you can do different genres.
07:00You can feel that you can do these songs that N.I.P.N are doing this.
07:06I just want to talk to you guys about your fans.
07:08Obviously, they've been so supportive of you through everything.
07:12So if you could have anything to say to them right now, what do you want to remind the engines?
07:15Actually, we're all watching the engines and we're still working on the engines.
07:22We've got a concert and a new album, so I really appreciate it.
07:30I hope you can make a lot of good memories.
07:33Oh, fantastic.
07:34Oh, my gosh.
07:36Oh, my gosh.
07:42Oh, my gosh.
07:43Oh, my gosh.
07:43I mean, you call it the blood saga, which is a big name for the tour.
07:46So how do you feel like you're going to kind of take all the music that you guys have done
07:49and put it into this new show?
08:16I know you guys are talking about how much time you spend here, so even with the dance rehearsal part,
08:20like how long are you in dance rehearsal sometimes?
08:23In dance rehearsal, without singing, it's usually four hours.
08:29But when we're having like singing rehearsal, like it will be about six hours.
08:41Obviously, with the new tour as well, you guys are going to be adjusting, singing new parts, changing formations.
08:46So how are you guys adjusting?
08:48Or is there been a part that you're like excited to sing now that you're getting to do?
08:50Yeah.
08:51Actually, when fans are watching new songs, they say,
08:57they say,
08:58they say,
08:59they say,
08:59they say,
08:59they say,
09:00they say,
09:02they say,
09:02they say,
09:03they say,
09:03they're new parts.
09:05They're having new parts to,
09:05I think you can feel different from your new lyrics.
09:10So,
09:11we can see new ones in this area.
09:14So,
09:14I think that they're like,
09:16It's because we love it.
09:19Dude, I can't wait.
09:21What's a fun thing that has happened on tour?
09:23Like, what's a backstage moment that nobody knows about?
09:26Oh, that's what we're talking about.
09:29When was it?
09:31When was it?
09:31It was in the United States.
09:33LA?
09:34No, no, no.
09:36LA?
09:36It was in the United States.
09:37It was in the United States.
09:40Oh my gosh.
09:41First of all, I love that you can't remember which city it was.
09:44Because you're so busy.
09:45But like karaoke, what do you sing at karaoke?
09:49I used to sing with Uju's Drowning.
09:53Drowning.
09:54Oh, you did?
09:54Drowning, yeah.
09:55Oh, wow, wow, wow.
09:56Do you ever think about old boy band songs?
10:00Have you guys ever done Backstreet Boys?
10:03Oh, Backstreet Boys?
10:04Sometimes, but we always sing like Big Bang.
10:07Yeah, yeah.
10:08The old songs by Big Bang.
10:09And then have you ever been at a place like that and like fans saw you?
10:13Hanging out, eating or at a bar or karaoke?
10:16There's a couple of fans when we're like eating, just like having dinner.
10:20But that was like our first and the last time we went to karaoke as a team.
10:24He was like, it was one time?
10:25Yeah, one time.
10:26We're not doing it again.
10:28We might do it again like this song.
10:35Y'all's visuals are so crazy because you talk about like the vampire theme and like normally I don't like
10:39scary stuff, but you guys do it so cool.
10:41You know, and I was thinking about the Stealer video.
10:44Like that was crazy.
10:46So tell me about filming that because like the car crash, like what was that like?
10:49The scene was I was filming in Italy.
10:52French.
10:53Yes, French.
10:55French.
10:55French.
10:55I've always been to sit down before.
10:57It was a lot of fun in the street.
11:00I feel like I've been to sit down before.
11:02It was always been to the sun.
11:04It was amazing.
11:06It was a lot of fun.
11:07It was a lot of fun.
11:08It was a lot of fun, dynamic.
11:09It was a lot of fun.
11:10Steelers itself, you guys are rehearsing that today.
11:12So that'll be the first time that you guys are performing it on this tour.
11:15So how excited are you guys to do that?
11:16In fact, when we did the comeback,
11:20there were fans who didn't have Stilla?
11:22They asked me a lot, so...
11:24I didn't have any questions.
11:25I felt like I was really excited.
11:27But this time, I can show you so much.
11:31I'm really excited.
11:42I mean, Nikki, your dance skills are always crazy.
11:45So, I need to know, like, what is the hardest part of Stilla,
11:48or what do you like the most about it?
11:50Ah...
11:50The dance break is really high, so...
11:56I would like to be sure to check that out.
12:06And then when you have, like, the whole tour,
12:08at what point do you do, like, the tour from start to finish?
12:12Do you have to do it, like, in the dance studio,
12:14or do you, like, go on a stage?
12:16Ah, like...
12:17Last time, we used, like, a kind of gym.
12:23Like, I don't know, like, a big area outside, not in a company.
12:28But in this time, I'm thinking we'll use the practice room,
12:32because we usually did.
12:33But sometimes, if we have some super big stages,
12:36like our last time in Goyang,
12:37we'll be outside, I think.
12:40So, I think this time we will use in the practice room.
12:48So, I wanted to talk to you about your dreams now.
12:50Like, what are your biggest dreams as a group?
12:51I feel like watching you guys at Coachella was crazy
12:53to see you accomplish that.
12:54So, what's something you still want to look forward to accomplishing?
12:57Wow.
12:57First of all, we're just focusing on our tour this year,
13:01and back in the Steeler, we have, like,
13:05it's based on, like, Latin-style music,
13:07but in this tour, we're going to Latin America
13:10for the first time for our show.
13:12So, we're just really focused on what we're going to do in this year,
13:16and we'll just try our best, as always,
13:20to make the biggest result that we can.
13:22I mean, you always do.
13:31And do you have any interesting hyper-fixations right now?
13:33Like, what's something you're obsessed with right now?
13:35For me, sports.
13:36I'm into a lot of sports right now, like tennis, golf.
13:39You do love golf.
13:41I love it.
13:41I truly love it.
13:43We're into golf now.
13:44Oh, you guys are all playing golf.
13:46Okay, so, now that everybody's playing golf,
13:47who is actually good at it, though?
13:49They're all the same.
13:51We're all best.
13:55Who was the first person to get into it?
13:57Well, Jay, he did some when he was very young,
14:01like when he was in, like, junior high,
14:03but we just started.
14:05He might be a little bit better,
14:06but he said we're kind of all the same.
14:09And there's, like, courses everywhere out here?
14:11I don't know if you have those in the States,
14:13but in Korea, we have, like, screen golf.
14:16So, it's, like, indoors in, like, a room,
14:18but it's, like, you can play games with it.
14:20It's very fun.
14:21Oh, that's right, bro.
14:21I'm so like a girl.
14:22Scream golf.
14:22Scream golf.
14:24I'm in a lot of fun.
14:27Really?
14:29Okay, and does it make you angry?
14:30I'm a little...
14:31I'm a little...
14:32I'm a little...
14:33I'm a little...
14:33I'm a little...
14:35I'm a little...
14:35Okay, I gotta do that,
14:36so I can look as good as you.
14:37You're snatched.
14:38Alright, what about you, Nicky?
14:45Oh, like older, like, okay.
14:48Okay, a little history buff over there.
14:50What is your relationship, like, with your fans and, like, in person?
14:53How cool is it to, like, see them out and about?
15:14Oh man, that's so cool.
15:15Mr. Generous.
15:16So you're gonna pay for my food too.
15:18Okay, let's go.
15:20I've always wanted to know, like,
15:21what would you guys be doing
15:22if you weren't doing this?
15:24Like, what are your interests?
15:25저는...
15:26Tiktoker.
15:26Oh, you think you'd be a Tiktoker?
15:28Okay.
15:30I mean, you'd be better than everybody though,
15:31so that's not fair.
15:33What about you?
15:34I don't know, but...
15:35I'm interested in a lot of things,
15:37but so...
15:39maybe...
15:39cooking?
15:40Oh, cooking?
15:41What can you cook?
15:42Honestly, I'm not that good,
15:43but I like it, so...
15:44I think if I didn't do this,
15:46I will...
15:47like...
15:48learned it, I think.
15:49You'll be a chef.
15:50And then, Nicky, you draw a lot.
15:52So is that something you love to do?
15:53Will your fans ever see those drawings?
15:55그럴 생각 없고...
15:57안 했었으면 전 모델 하고 싶었을 거예요.
16:01Oh...
16:01A model.
16:01Okay.
16:02Yeah, you're tall enough.
16:03So...
16:04That's good.
16:04I'm a chef.
16:06I'm a chef.
16:07Well, no, then you couldn't pay for everybody's food.
16:10I'd like to be a coach,
16:13a figure coach,
16:14or...
16:14I'd like to be a director.
16:15I'd like to be a director.
16:18Oh...
16:18It's good.
16:19Oh, wow.
16:20I mean, those are very great careers.
16:22So you hopefully have a good answer.
16:23Wow.
16:24Me?
16:25I used to like boats.
16:26Okay.
16:26What can we...
16:27How can we turn this into a job?
16:29Like...
16:29Maybe like...
16:30Like a fisherman?
16:31Fisherman?
16:33They judged you instantly.
16:35That's real happiness.
16:37You know, fishing.
16:37Just fishing.
16:38Catching your food, eating it.
16:40Australian.
16:41Oh, good.
16:42Fisherman.
16:43We're in Korea.
16:44So what's something I should do while I'm here?
16:45Like, what do you think is great about the culture
16:47that I need to experience while I'm in Seoul?
16:50I'd like to go to the meat store.
16:53Korean barbecue.
16:53Korean barbecue.
16:54And soju.
16:55Okay.
16:55Lots of soju.
16:57Lots of soju.
16:58But how am I supposed to intermittent fast
17:00and do Korean barbecue?
17:02I can't eat, but I can't eat Tetris.
17:05Girl, go early.
17:07I'll do it tonight.
17:08And then tomorrow, starving.
17:09Yeah.
17:10Looking back at everything,
17:11from your debut to now,
17:14what's something each one of you
17:15feels like you've learned about yourself
17:17that you can't believe?
17:18Like, oh, I've really changed.
17:19More than your hair, Sonu.
17:55So mature.
17:57My voice.
17:58My voice.
18:00That's true.
18:00It's getting lower and lower.
18:02Jump one.
18:04I think I've grown up.
18:09I think I've grown up.
18:10Difficult.
18:11I think you are more confident now.
18:14I feel like on stage, I've seen your confidence grow a lot.
18:18For me, I think
18:19pitch maybe like
18:21my vocal pitch
18:21I think it's getting
18:22a bit higher every year.
18:25Because we're songs are getting higher.
18:27So I think
18:28it's getting higher, I think.
18:30You're always belting.
18:31And so I feel like that's funny
18:32because you're belting
18:33and your voice is getting higher
18:34and then you're...
18:35He's getting lower.
18:35So you're covering both ends.
18:39It's a mental part of it.
18:42I think it's a bit of a mental part.
18:42It's not a bit of a stress.
18:47It's a bit of a stress.
18:48And so I feel like
18:50I can live more differently.
18:52It's a bit of a change.
18:53Big someone don't cry.
18:54Yeah.
18:56That's hilarious.
18:57Big someone don't cry.
18:59Yeah, sir.
19:00For me, I feel like
19:01when I was younger
19:03in my early twenties
19:05So young.
19:06I feel like I had less emotions.
19:09And I was kind of more...
19:10Didn't really get affected by
19:13the environment
19:15as much.
19:16But now I feel like
19:17as I'm getting older
19:18I feel more emotions.
19:20And I think
19:21it's a good change
19:23because it helps you
19:24become more creative
19:26when you're writing a lyric
19:28or writing a song.
19:30I think it helps you
19:31get into that creative space more
19:33if you're emotionally more mature.
19:35And I mean, as you guys
19:37have like
19:37hung out together
19:38and you have this brotherhood
19:39is there any member
19:41that has inspired you
19:42that you've never told them
19:43like, hey, you really
19:44improved me
19:45when I saw you do this.
19:46And you want to tell them
19:47right now.
19:48oh
19:48oh
19:49oh
19:50oh
19:50oh
19:53oh
19:53oh
19:53oh
19:55oh
19:55bar
19:55and then we're gonna have
19:56another conversation, okay?
19:58Sounds good.
19:58To be honest.
20:00Oh my god.
20:01post Coachella.
20:03I didn't say anything.
20:04I didn't say anything.
20:05You, you, you, you.
20:06Our engines are...
20:09The engine is... so we can perform...
20:14And...
