00:04So over here you can see that I have this presentation right here and then let's say
00:09for example while saving it I want to go ahead and save it in the least file size possible. So
00:15if you want to go ahead and do that you can go ahead and reduce out the file size on
00:21save. So
00:22to do that you can simply go to the file right here and then what you can do is click
00:27on save.
00:27I haven't actually saved this so let's just go to browse and then I'm going to go to desktop let's
00:32say for example to save my file and once I do that I'm going to go ahead and select out
00:38let's
00:38say PowerPoint itself. So over here you can go to tools and then here you can see that I have
00:43an
00:44option right here so you can see that I got the same option right here just like this where I
00:48can
00:49change out many things and I'm going to go to general option you can see that there's password
00:54and all right here but to compress out everything right here not the text but usually the laws
01:00content on your slide are pictures so if I were to go to compress pictures and use email size which
01:07is
01:08the highest possible compression let's say technique right here and you can delete out the cropped areas
01:14as well so once you do that and click on save what happens is that when you save it it'll
01:19save it in the
01:20smallest file size possible so you can see that this is the file that I have that I saved in
01:26desktop
01:26so if I were to actually go around over here and see its properties let's say for example right here
01:32you can see it's only 1.40 megabyte right here just like this so that is basically how you can
01:38go ahead
01:39and reuse out the file size on save in PowerPoint so hope you found this video useful be sure to
