Iga Swiatek continue d’avancer à Roland-Garros 2026.

01:31Et on va voir.
02:10I was wondering how you're feeling
02:13about your shot selection lately
02:15and kind of I guess more specifically
02:16like how you're feeling about your decision-making process
02:19the last time you played Magda
02:21obviously like totally different situation
02:22but you talked about how much trouble
02:25you were having between like brain and intuition
02:27and it seems like that is not the case anymore
02:29like last match you were like
02:31yeah I was making mistakes, not a problem
02:33well for sure you know
02:35this is something that I wanted to improve
02:36because I was not in a good place tennis-wise
02:39and yeah it was hard to play with my intuition
02:42on the hardcourt season this year
02:45so I feel like we focused a lot on that
02:48with Francisco at the beginning
02:50and you know also for me to
02:53not be rushed into decisions
02:54because I don't know
02:56I feel like I'm gonna miss or something
02:58so I feel much more solid
03:00and that gives me you know confidence
03:02that I can you know play the next ball back
03:04and next ball back you know
03:05that I don't need to finish the rally straight away
03:08so yeah now I feel that for most of time
03:13I make good decisions and kind of rationale
03:16there are moments where I go for it
03:18and especially in this weather
03:20maybe a bit too much you know
03:23but we'll see how it's gonna also change
03:26with the conditions
03:27a little bit colder weather you know
03:29I think we'll need to put some more energy
03:34into the ball for it to fly
03:35so it's gonna be interesting
03:37but overall yeah
03:38I feel like the decision making has been better
03:41and that's an improvement
03:42and yeah I mean after how I played in the States
03:46honestly anything better is positive
03:50so I should also appreciate it
03:54because it wouldn't be possible without Francis
03:58there you go
03:59congrats
04:00I'm just wondering if you can talk a little bit
04:02about how Francisco is integrating with the team
04:06you know how you bonded off the court
04:07and he's having a strong personal relationship
04:09off the court with your coach
04:11and important
04:13yeah I mean
04:15it's important to be able to
04:18kind of survive with each other the whole year
04:20because it's quite a lot of time on tour
04:22so I think it's important to have good vibes
04:24and he is really positive person
04:29and he I feel like can talk to everybody
04:33and he's really relaxed
04:34but he can easily switch to like
04:37you know being a person that is decisive in the team
04:40and also a person that needs to tell me what to do
04:43you know
04:43so it's a nice mix
04:45and there's a really good balance in that
04:48I feel
04:49and yeah I mean he's bringing this
04:51Latino sense of humor a bit
04:53and vibe
04:53so it's nice
04:55I'm presuming
04:56did he introduce you to golf
04:57although I don't think he'll be playing much at the moment
04:59will he?
04:59one more time
05:00was he the person who introduced you to golf
05:02although he's not playing much at the moment
05:04yeah
05:04yeah we played once in Madrid
05:06and it was fun
05:10yeah
05:11hi
05:12so earlier today
05:14the Turkish doubles player
05:16tripped on the advertising board
05:19fell over quite heavily
05:21and yesterday the same happened to Katie Balta
05:23when she fell backwards
05:24do you feel these little advertising boards
05:26are getting in the way
05:27and they're dangerous
05:28and they should be removed?
05:29well I didn't see the incidents
05:31but I heard about them
05:32and obviously if these things happen
05:34there needs to be a reaction
05:36because there are other ways
05:38for sure to
05:40for Lacoste to be visible
05:42you know
05:43like for sure
05:44you know
05:44so yeah
05:46it's
05:47if it's
05:48it's hard sometimes to judge
05:49obviously on clay court
05:50we need more space sometimes
05:51because the balls are flying higher
05:53and
05:54you can use the court
05:55a bit more with the spin and everything
05:57so
05:58yeah
05:58it's a shame
06:00and it shouldn't
06:02I hope they're gonna
06:04put them in a different place
06:05or just put the advertising
06:07in a
06:07different way there
06:08because
06:09yeah
06:09it's not safe for sure
06:13Hi Iga
06:14it was raining during the qualies
06:16then
06:16it became really hot
06:17and
06:18it should become rainy again
06:19or at least colder
06:20next week
06:21do you recall any tournament
06:22where the conditions have changed
06:23so abruptly
06:24from the beginning of the tournament
06:25till the end?
06:27for sure there was something
06:28but
06:28oh my god
06:32sometimes in Australia
06:33there can be two days
06:35of like 42 degrees
06:36and then
06:37suddenly
06:37the normal weather
06:38like 20 something
06:39so
06:42I'm not sure
06:43honestly
06:44I can't name a tournament
06:45but
06:46I feel
06:46yeah
06:47for sure there was something
06:48but
06:49maybe this one
06:50is a bit extreme
06:51because
06:51from
06:52one day
06:5330 degrees
06:53it changes to 19
06:54so
06:55quite strange
06:55and when you have to adjust
06:57so swiftly
06:57how do you adjust
06:58completely
06:59what do you change?
07:00we'll see
07:02I'll see that day
07:03you know
07:03I'll adjust the tension a bit
07:05and
07:06I'll see if I need to adjust my game
07:08Hi Iga
07:09congrats
07:10thank you

07:18some advice
07:18some conversation you had
07:19with Rafa Nadal

07:21thank you
07:22it was great
07:23it gave me a lot of motivation
07:25and energy
07:25that I needed
07:26you know
07:27before the clay court swing
07:28so
07:29it was a really good week
07:30probably the most intense week
07:32of practice
07:32that I had lately
07:33and
07:34really solid
07:35and Rafa
07:36was there for two practices
07:37which I really appreciate
07:39it was a huge honor
07:40for him
07:41I mean
07:42for him
07:42for me
07:45yeah
07:45it was a huge honor
07:48for me
07:48to have him
07:49on the court
07:49and the privilege
07:50you know
07:51and
07:52yeah
07:52he gave me some technical tips
07:54but
07:55most of all
07:56we kind of spoke about
07:58some of his experiences
07:59and
07:59it was really nice to
08:01you know
08:02to see that
08:03he's so open
