U.S. President Donald Trump is facing intense global discussion after controversy surrounding international peace recognition, diplomatic negotiations, and criticism over recent geopolitical developments.

The debate intensified after reactions emerged online and across political circles questioning Trump’s role in ongoing global conflicts, ceasefire efforts, and international diplomacy.

Critics have used the phrase “Trump humiliated on the global stage” following recent developments tied to Middle East tensions, international negotiations, and peace-related discussions involving the United States.

Supporters, however, argue that Trump’s foreign policy strategies reshaped global diplomacy through sanctions, normalization agreements, and pressure campaigns targeting adversaries.

The controversy comes amid escalating geopolitical crises involving Iran, Israel, Gulf nations, and broader international security concerns.

This video breaks down the latest reactions, political fallout, and the growing online debate surrounding Trump’s global image and diplomatic legacy.

00:05Board of Peace has turned into Board of Nothing. Just four months into its flashy launch, the official fund apparently
00:13amounts to nothing.
00:15In a report carried out by the Financial Times and other international news organizations,
00:20the official fund of the Board of Peace, overseen by the World Bank and supported by the United Nations, has
00:27yet to receive any donations.
00:29A hefty entry donation was reportedly expected from nations aspiring for a permanent seat on the board, amounting to $1
00:37billion.
00:39The United States has reportedly committed $10 billion, and its allies have promised at least $1 billion each.
00:46According to sources close to the development, however, as late as May 2026, not a single dollar has yet made
00:54it to the official World Bank managed account.
00:56Where is the money? The Board of Peace spokesperson had explained that the World Bank account was just one method
01:05among many to raise money.
01:07Some donations have gone directly into a personal account held at JPMorgan Chase.
01:12But the critics are voicing legitimate worries. This personal account is not known to have the same level of independent
01:20scrutiny and reporting as the one managed by the World Bank.
01:24This is part of why the leading European nations such as Great Britain and France have apparently stayed away from
01:30the board, as it seemed a murky Trump led alternative to UN diplomacy.
01:35But those who support the current administration say there is an entirely practical reason behind the empty official bank account.
01:44This is because the reconstruction process has yet to start. Though a ceasefire accord was signed by all parties in
01:52October, violence in Gaza persists in waves, and Hamas has yet to be disarmed.
01:57It is claimed that new Palestinian administrative committees have yet to venture into Gaza without money, infrastructure or any aid
02:06network in place for fear of facing too much humanitarian pressure.
02:10According to an analysis by the European Union and United Nations, rebuilding Gaza will likely cost more than 71 billion
02:19dollars over the next 10 years.
02:21In the meantime, Trump's grandiose Board of Peace is stuck in geopolitics deadlock, plagued with increasing concerns regarding transparency, unstable
02:32conditions on the ground, and billions of dollars that exist more on paper than in reality.
