00:14And finally, within a week, the first vaccine will be authorized.
00:20So let's start as soon as possible with a vaccination, together, as 27,
00:27with a start at the same day, as we've gone in unity through this pandemic,
00:34let's start the eradication of this horrible virus together and united.
00:40The good news is that we have found a way forward on most issues.
00:46But this is now a case of us being so close and yet being so far away from each other.
00:53Because two issues still remain outstanding.
00:55You know them, the level playing field, and the fisheries.
00:59The next days are going to be decisive.
01:03And I know I have said this before.
01:06And I know deadlines have been missed time and again.
