00:00Thank you so much, Alina Shirazi from the Daily Mail.
00:04You wrote resilience on your cabinet note meetings.
00:07Several times a photographer zoomed into it.
00:09Are you trying to keep the President calm?
00:11Are you trying to keep yourself calm?
00:13Why did you write all those notes?
00:15So people could look over my shoulder, photograph them,
00:17and think they got a student.
00:22Is the United States considering a reconstruction program for Iran if a deal is signed?
00:28And again, I think we've got to get to the deal before we get to the other side.
00:34Before we get to the – you in the pink.
00:37Mr. Secretary, in the red?
00:39No, in the pink.
00:39In the pink, thank you.
00:41Cristina Donoño with Telemundo Network.
00:43Mr. Secretary, how effective do you believe the current Treasury restrictions have been
00:48in pressuring the Cuban government?
00:51And also, if you're in the room when those talks are being held,
00:54are there any plans to either tighten the sanctions or to ease the sanctions against
00:59the Cuban government to get some type of change?
01:02Again, that's going to be up to the Cuban government, that they can go up,
01:07they can go down, that we've tried to get humanitarian aid in,
01:11and the regime rejected it because they wanted to go through their corrupt system.
01:18So, I – they could go up, they could go down.
01:23It's carrot and stick, Secretary Rubio, doing a fantastic job of managing this process.
01:28And we at Treasury are working with them.
01:32That's right.
01:33In the red.
01:35Reagan Reese with The Daily Caller.
01:37I want to ask you about Antifa.
01:39In October, the Treasury Department started working with the FBI to investigate who's funding Antifa.
01:44Can you give us an update on that investigation?
01:47How close are you guys finding out who's funding it?
01:51It is ongoing.
01:52We've made substantial progress.
01:53And I think in the weeks and months ahead, we're going to have a lot to report.
01:58One thing that did go underreported that I would point out to all of you is
02:02the IRS is now giving guidance on the Form 990, which non-profits, they have to file.
02:10And we are going to encourage or demand that non-profits know their grant recipients.
02:19So, if a grant recipient is violent, if they are suppressing people's rights,
02:26then you are responsible for that.
02:29And I think that's a very good first step.
