00:00part of the transition i think is something that we have not really addressed daripada segi
00:04tenaga yes we've looked at there are alternatives kan daripada solar daripada hydro yeah and all of
00:10that that we can do another thing is for example banyak PMKS datang ke kita pembuat datang ke kita
00:18kata harga diesel naik i very badly infected so we're looking at macam mana kita boleh alihkan
00:23dia kepada gas pula rather than diesel because gas kita ada yeah diesel we have to buy right
00:29so that's another part of the transition that's probably that needs to be worked on yeah
00:34but i think yes there's a recognition that long term this energy transition has to happen
00:41we had a little bit of a setback especially in terms of electricity generation kerana
00:47we had to tingkatkan penggunaan coal sekejap yeah and that's a temporary measure and of course the
00:54uh um i had to lengthen some of the ppm your contracts lah um but yes that's something that
01:01we need to address um there is hope i think one of the things yang kerajaan ini buat ialah working
01:07on
01:08the asean power grid right so mendapatkan uh tenaga boleh barui daripada uh indochina daripada vietnam
01:15daripada laos dan cambodia because they have lots of hydro yeah yeah so once we get that we'll have a
01:20better base load uh sorry uh renewable energy source the other thing yang seriously pursuing
01:27now is nuclear uh because uh solar tak boleh buat base load kan so we need something that's
01:35strong for base load so nuclear is really the only option for semenanjung
01:39so because sabah sarawak ada hydro hydro yeah dekat sini kita tak ada so nuclear is the way to go
01:46but
01:46that requires a lot of education a lot of uh pertukaran pada dasar uh and then we have to sign
01:53on to a
01:53lot of international treaties as well as look at the whole supply chain kan daripada mula sampai
01:59akhir because macam mana we want to handle the waste so all that is it's a long-term discussion
