Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian had earlier issued an order to reopen international internet ‌access, which came as a relief for millions of people and businesses.

00:28Hey
00:37There was a lot of pain in the world.
00:40We were far away from the world and even from the inside of Iran.
00:45When I was working with my children, I had to be in a relationship with them.
00:50I had to see what happens in the world.
00:54I had to see what happens in the world.
00:55I had to see what happens in the world.
00:57I had to see what happens.
00:58I was looking at the streets and I had to see how those people came.
01:07I had to see how these people came from and families of the world.
01:07I'm bored of this until I came to the Iranian platform.
01:16I came to the channel to help them to make their children again.
01:20Then, I came to the relationship with the other people and decided to succeed.
01:23I realized that there was a lot of work in the world and there was a lot of work in
01:30the world.
01:30But now I have a small piece of paper.
01:34After that, I started to work with the applications.
01:38It was hard to work with some of the applications of Iran.
01:42It didn't have a lot of information about it.
01:44We had a lot of work for them.
01:46But at night, the companies were able to get together with us.
01:49And it became a lot of work.
01:51It's about 10% of people who want to use this culture.
01:5690% of people want to use this culture.
01:58I don't know how many people want to use this culture.
02:02I can say that in this four months,
02:06it's about 10 years later.
02:11We have a lot of experience online.
02:15It's because it's a big problem.
02:17We have a lot of experience online.
02:19We have a lot of experience online.
02:23Now, when we track connectivity,
02:25we're looking at the number of reachable endpoints in a country
02:28from outside that country,
02:29which is a great way to understand
02:31how accessible that country is from the outside.
02:34What we've seen is that there has been this gradual restoration
02:37that is consistent with what we've seen in past incidents in Iran.
02:41This is a process that can take several hours, days,
02:44even weeks for the provinces.
02:46So it's definitely a stepwise process.
02:49But we've seen that that process does appear to have begun.
02:52We're seeing that connectivity remains quite heavily restricted.
02:56There's the filter net in place.
02:58That is Iran's pre-existing censorship mechanism.
03:01There are also additional filtering mechanisms in place
03:04that weren't there before.
03:06For example, WhatsApp was quite popular for people to communicate.
03:09And now that is restricted.
03:12You have to use a VPN just to use that.
03:15Beyond that, we're also seeing that the connectivity that is available
03:17is quite unstable.
03:20So we're not quite there yet.
03:22Although there's quite good reach in terms of connectivity,
03:25it's not as solid, as stable as it was,
03:29perhaps towards the end of last year.
03:31So it's still in progress in terms of a restoration.
03:35But it does mean that that flow of information is much more there
03:39than it has been over the last few weeks.
