At least one person is dead, and nearly a dozen are still missing after a chemical implosion at a paper mill in Washington state. The Longview Fire Department (LFD) confirmed in an update that one person has died after being transported to the hospital following the “hazardous materials incident” at the Nippon Dynawave Packaging Co. facility on Tuesday, May 26. That person has not yet been identified.
