00:00Well, I'd like to say that it is true. We expect energy bills to rise about 13% in July
00:06compared to the previous quarter.
00:08However, keep in mind that in the second quarter the bills fell 7% compared to the first quarter.
00:15So once you look at helicopter view, the energy bills in the third quarter will have increased by about 5
00:23% compared to the first quarter.
00:25If you compare this increase to what happened to petrol, diesel, fuel oil, etc., it is really a lower increase
00:34than anywhere else in the economy.
00:36So my message is to say to people who are just concerned about these increases that choosing electricity is a
00:44way to mitigate their exposure to those increases.
