To better assess off-road conditions, the Multi-Terrain Monitor and the Panoramic Monitor provide additional support for the driver. The Multi-Terrain Monitor uses images from four cameras to deliver a real-time view of the immediate surroundings, eliminating blind spots. An underbody view further assists in assessing the position of the rear wheels and, if necessary, identifying obstacles on the road.
When X-Mode is activated, two side views and an underbody view are displayed. Information on the vehicle's pitch and roll angles is also shown.
The Panoramic Monitor supports precise parking and maneuvering and, like the Multi-Terrain Monitor, offers an underbody view. The system can also be operated via voice command.
