00:04So over here you can see that I have a presentation right here and if I were to go ahead
00:09and double
00:09click and open it up then this is what you have as you can see. So you got a simple
00:15presentation
00:17but if you want to go ahead and make sure this presentation file is protected you can actually
00:22add in an authentication method like a password right here. So to do that you can simply go to
00:28the file menu and then you can go to info and then you can go to protect presentation right here
00:34and then you can encrypt with a password. Then you can go ahead and let's say for example add in
00:39a
00:39password right here press ok and repeat enter the password right here and press ok again and hit the
00:46save button. Once you do that and close and try to open up the presentation file again then it asks
00:52for the password to actually go ahead and access this out as you can see. I can go ahead and
00:57type
00:57in password press ok and then you can see it says it isn't the right password right here. I can
01:04actually go around over here and open it out and then let's say for example add in the password and
01:10press ok and once you do that you can see that I have access to this file but if you
01:15want to go ahead
01:15and remove out the password you can go to file right here and then you can go to info and
01:21then
01:21go around over here and then click on encrypt with password. Erase this out press ok right here and
01:27save and once you do that the password gets removed right here just like this. So that is basically how
01:34you can go ahead and encrypt out your powerpoint presentation with password for protection. So I
