00:28right and i'm like okay under what circumstances is this not absurd is there a circumstance if
00:34somebody says you know how is it by facial hair how can you feel like you guys you know you've
00:41lost these games big how do you change that how do you how do you motivate your guys how do

00:47you know convince them that they can compete would you say something like that would that even be
00:54remotely like hey analytically we're killing it i guess i mean i'm trying to i don't know what
01:01the context was they lost the first game by 11 points they lost the second game by uh 16 points
01:10they lost the third game by 13 points and then they lost the decisive game four last night at home
01:19by 37 points yep so i chumped the calves over the weekend and they they actually won chump champ and
01:26chump evans posting it right now um i chumped the calves and i chumped the calves because hey thanks
01:32a lot for laying down in game three of this series down to nothing appreciate that guys yeah because
01:39they didn't lay down in game three against the pistons look and you can play the what if game all

01:43want it's not played a lot it sucks it sucks because i you know we we talk a lot when

01:49about in the nba and going into the playoffs we say it all the time and kang is one of
01:54the champion
01:54this one it's all about matchups right and the pistons i think are a bit of a nightmare matchup for
02:00the knicks it was a much even much more even matchup against cleveland but against the knicks the
02:06pistons owned them in the regular season and they didn't even use they didn't have jalen duran in any of
02:11those games and they they swept them three nothing the fact that the knicks came out and swept
02:17the calves i i sort of jokingly said it last week hey you know after they won game one when
02:24they got
02:24down by 22 points in the fourth quarter whatever it was and then they still were able to come back
02:29not only come back and tie it in force overtime but then to win in overtime by double digits it's
02:34hysterical right but i said the knicks oh the the detroit pistons a big old thank you for pushing
02:40cleveland to seven games so cleveland was dead dog tired for expending every ounce of energy they
02:45had and only having one day off in between before this series started yeah and then they were done
02:51i do i do think that mattered i think physically i think physically they were drained and i think
02:56mentally when they blew the 20 point game lead they were drained yeah when they you know game one
03:02you're up 20 in the fourth and you lose it i mean i i just imagine that was gutting in
03:08many ways but
03:09um i just i just took great great joy and glee and watching i actually watched a lot of that

03:16yesterday yeah and go this is fantastic yeah you really enjoyed it yeah yeah i you know going into
03:23the playoffs i wasn't sure who i was going to root for right right we don't know it's going to

03:26cleveland is going to be new york because despise both teams brunson and harden good god these guys
03:31are two forces that just want to fall to the floor who's going to be left standing well clearly the
03:37knicks were and when it became clear it was the knicks after that game one collapsed by cleveland
03:41i was all on board with the knicks yeah i was cheering them on were you yeah see i can't
03:46go that
03:46far i had to for my own that's funny i i did not expect it i ain't not cheering them

03:53were some fist bumps when they knocked down three point shots and stuff it was more like laughing at
03:57cleveland for not getting it done and then in the back of my mind i'm always going yeah but they
04:04did beat
04:04the pistons i know it sucks to beat the pistons but nonetheless it's fine um now people are all
04:10getting chesty about the knicks and thinking because they've won what 11 games in a row or
04:14something that they're going to make some noise in the nba finals and they'll take on all comers
04:18whoever it is if it's san antonio or oklahoma city we don't care i think you're going to care
04:24uh in a minute here because it might just be outmatched um against any of either of those teams but
04:31it's i needed something to keep me watching the the playoffs because i really can't watch
04:39oklahoma city in san antonio for all the reasons that you will give regarding sga yeah oh dude and
04:46after a weekend of scrolling on twitter constantly and and going to different various you know their
04:52tiktok videos posted a bunch of reels posted about sga and the foul baiting it's insane dude
05:00how much it is done like i almost want to apologize to james harden like for being
05:06yeah you're not in this class no he's not i champ my champion weekend we're spurs fans
05:14with the flopper chance oh the fan that had the academy award in the front row i'm like

05:34there's a player that my team has not played against that i root against as much as i root
05:40against sga i i just and it and he's done no harm to detroit teams at least it i mean

05:49watching the games intently because i don't like either of those teams and and i just have no
05:55interest in it but at least from the what i'm seeing on on twitter it appears that the referees
06:02aren't buying it all the time no like there are times when he will absolutely positively flop
06:09and even the guy who's who he's flopping against if it's a defender or if it's somebody who's got the
06:15ball in their hands are like really you're flopping yeah uh they didn't call it by the way i have

06:19open three-point shot thank you and and knock it down it's it's getting to be to the point where
06:24maybe the officials are starting to change a little bit but the game tonight is in oklahoma city
06:29they're tied at two i imagine it might be officiated differently could be um so the next advance to the
06:36nba finals do you give do you give them no shot in the nba finals i'll give anybody a shot
06:41because
06:42somebody can roll an ankle and something like that can happen i mean as it as it is right now
06:45their their their roster against one of these other rosters i wouldn't think i i'm still amazed
06:51like san antonio to me is is so hard to play against because of wendy being the hydra at the
06:57basket but
06:58it's not just him they've got other players have stepped up you know they played this series without
07:02harper and without fox at full strength and they were able to win without either of those players
07:08so um they're back and they're going to get stronger hopefully as this goes on because it's
07:12it's a really good basketball team sga and company over in oklahoma city you know that that's a really
07:19good team too i just i'm not and i mean i'm impressed with what the knicks did to cleveland
07:25absolutely but i can't help but think that the knicks could not even compete with the pistons this year
07:32and yes it's the regular season i got it but that's what i go back to the knicks have turned
07:37into a completely different team like they went undefeated the month of may there was talk of them
07:42getting rid of everybody as the season went on and in the end they've they've really turned it on
07:47and become a different team i guess we'll find out but i mean michael bridges who was you know big
07:54acquisition they've had they he did nothing last night and it didn't matter no he was four of 16 i
08:01shouldn't say did nothing i mean knocked down his free throws but four of 16 that's 25 duck from
08:07the field that's awful but it didn't matter because everybody else picked him up 17 from
08:12annanobi 19 from carl anthony towns jalen brunson had 15 points you go to the bench everybody played
08:18on this roster only one player didn't score on on this team and all the guys off the bench they
08:25had
08:25like multiple shots and multiple baskets that they actually made and they just decimated
08:31cleveland it was a laugher much like it was in game seven when i'm driving home from lca listening
08:37to it on the radio because i couldn't stand it after the third quarter and the pistons were just
08:41getting clowned on and i'm hearing did george blah just say this it's a 30 point difference
08:46what this game was close to 50 at one point i know it's crazy to think that uh in the
08:54end obviously we
08:55took our l we lost to the calves but they only got one more win than us in the playoffs
08:59this year
08:59they made an eastern conference finals run and had a losing playoff record wow you know how hard
09:05that is to do that is hard that is to do they just did it they're eight and ten in
09:10this year's
09:11playoffs seven games seven games four yes that's crazy their playoff record is amazing that is
09:17amazing percentage wise well you know we always say how does it impact us as we sit here and watch
09:24three teams left i really i can't root for sga sga i can never root for a new york team
09:32and then
09:33the spurs get more and more irritating all the time to me more and more irritating and another example of
09:39it came to my attention over the weekend i'm just like dude i can't stand the spurs either even though
09:49i have a ton of respect for webbing yama i mean he's just i he's shooting nearly 50 percent from
09:55three have you seen the plus minus with him on on the court and off the court in this series
09:59no but
09:59it's got to be insane like plus 51 with him on the court and minus 46 with him off the
