00:00Let's compare the Swiffer Sweeper to the O-Cedar Broom. So the biggest difference
00:04is that the Swiffer Sweeper is designed with this little cleaning cloth that
00:08goes on to it and it's really great for picking up dust. So if I'm gonna you know
00:13move this under my countertops I can use that little pad to pick up dust and it
00:18traps that and locks it in. It can actually pick up quite an impressive
00:21amount of that dust. The O-Cedar Broom on the other hand is your traditional
00:26broom. It's got plastic bristles and it doesn't pick the dust up. It just moves
00:31the dust into a pile and then you can take off the little dust pan on here, pops
00:39right off, and then you can sweep the dust up and throw it away. So the biggest
00:42difference again the Swiffer sort of locks in the dust on the pad. The O-Cedar Broom
00:47just moves it into a pile and then you pick it up yourself. I think the biggest
00:50advantage of the Swiffer Sweeper is that it's super easy. You just move it over
00:55the dust and locks it in but it doesn't work as well on big pieces of debris.
01:00The O-Cedar Broom is great for picking up if you spill some cereal or if you drop
01:05something and you want to pick up you know pieces of something that you've
01:09dropped or any kind of like bigger messes and things like that you might get on
01:14your floor. The Swiffer Sweeper is great for that surface level dust that tends to
01:18accumulate but the pad can quickly get saturated if you're picking up things that
01:23are any bigger really than just little tiny bits of dust. So I like to use the
01:27O-Cedar Broom to sweep up if I get leaves in the house you know yeah if I spill
01:33some cereal or spill something I like to use the Swiffer Sweeper for that day-to-day
01:38dusting of my wood floors and in this case the tile floors in my kitchen.
