25:03he's currently running on the street towards home,

25:06adding,

25:06the victim begged him to look for commercial motorcycle or a KK rider to advance towards his direction

25:12and wait at their street junction to help him home,

25:16but,

25:16while he made attempt to do as requested by his younger brother,

25:20the security operatives in the area prevented him,

25:23saying,

25:23they can't allow him go out because the situation in town was too dangerous.

25:28He said while he was looking helpless,

25:31he decided to put a call across to his younger brother,

25:34only for the phone's call to be answered by the attackers who spoke to him in house the language

25:39that they have killed his brother,

25:41that,

25:41he should go to the scene to pick his younger brother's dead body.

25:45He said he started crying and a lot of people around started consoling him

25:49while the security operatives at the senior staff quarters gate still prevented him from going out

25:55until there is normalcy in the area.

25:57He said some sympathizers took him home from the point he was to the university staff quarters

26:03where his neighbors who came in to also console him started encouraging him not to cry again,

26:08with the optimism that,

26:10his younger brother is not dead.

26:12He said one of his neighbors thereafter asked him to report the issue at the police station,

26:17which they did and submitted the snapped copy of the victim's student identity card at the police station

26:23and returned home waiting for feedback from the police.

26:33he saw a video of his younger brother being interviewed at a hospital bed inside an undisclosed medical center

26:39and that was how he knew he was still alive and his whereabouts.

28:46but Sun newspaper reported on Thursday morning that three persons including the victim

28:50were killed in the fresh violence that erupted in Plateau State on Wednesday.

29:07by the Executive Governor of Plateau State, the Commissioner of Police, C.P. Basiawa,

33:33Residents said the terrorists raided the community and operated for a long period of time

33:39that lasted up to an hour without resistance or any action from government.

33:43Some even accused men of the armed forces of Nigeria,

33:47AFN of allegedly aiding and giving cover to the terrorists to escape,

33:51specifically, one of the youth's leaders in Plateau State

33:54who spoke with a prominent Nigeria social media personality,

33:59Martins Vincentos aka Varid Agman who visited the scene of the crime,

34:03said, Nigeria soldiers prevented the youths from going after the terrorists

34:08and stood in between the gaps sheeting at the youths while the terrorists escaped,

34:12but, in a swift reaction on Tuesday,

34:15Nigeria Army Authority debunked the claim that the soldiers gave the terrorists a cover,

34:20saying, the soldiers arrived the scene with four gun trucks

34:24after the terrorists have left due to long distance

34:26and acted professionally without stating what the soldiers did,

34:33on Friday, in one of the burial ceremonies of the people

35:04that aside, almost at the same time on Sunday,

35:07another group of terrorists attacked Kahir village in Kagako local government area of Kaduna State,

35:13shot sporadically at residents and killed and kidnapped several numbers of wedding guests,

35:18a crime, according to Punch newspaper,

35:21a resident said the attackers operated freely and successfully up to an hour without resistance,

35:26but, President Bola Ahmed Tanubu in a press statement on Tuesday specifically said,

35:32I commend Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State for his efforts in containing the situation in JOS

35:38and Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State for supporting the rescue and containment efforts,

35:43apparently reacting to the worsening security situation in Nigeria,
