Kim’s regards are passed along to Lydia by Joe, who then settles himself in Zak’s seat, only for Cain to walk in and catch him there. Joe slips away to avoid further fallout and once he’s gone, Cain tells Sam he can’t work for Joe anymore, making him choose between his job and his family. Tensions boil over at the Dingles’ as Sam unleashes on Cain, bringing Nate into the conversation and Cain lunges across the room. Belle intervenes, telling Cain that Sam is right - he’s acting like a bully.
