Ruby storms into the doctors surgery and publicly shames Manpreet, amid waiting patients, for sleeping with Ross again. Manpreet storms to the depot, seizes a forklift, and refuses to move until Ruby speaks with her. At the depot, Manpreet still blocks the forklift just as Jai needs it for a delivery. To free the forklift, Ruby finally agrees to listen to Manpreet. Back at the depot, the argument between Manpreet and Ruby turns personal and boils over into a scuffle. confident Ruby has the depot under control. PC Swirling arrives at the depot, breaks up the fight, and arrests both Ruby and Manpreet. Ruby and Manpreet continue their squabbling as PC Swirling processes their release and they await transport back to the village. Ruby accuses Manpreet of being a fraud. Manpreet hits back by dredging up Ruby’s family troubles, Anthony’s disappearance, and calls her a disaster. Stung by her words, Ruby breaks down and reveals that Anthony raped her.
