00:00:19we begin tonight with an environmental mystery debris along the beach as far as the eye can
00:00:24see that's not what it is a large fish kill struck along the shoreline of the sebastian inlet she
00:00:31captured reams of dead fish rolling on shore and piling up these hundreds of dead fish in the
00:00:38five thousand blackbirds fell within a one mile area roughly two million of one particular species
00:00:58they got me up four o'clock in the morning told me we had birds falling out of the sky
00:01:02scientists don't know what killed them
00:01:14and you'll notice to your left look over to your left okay that you can see that's where the footage
00:01:19you can address uh uh what that was about okay okay sounds good so why don't we start off you
00:01:26could just uh um fill us in with basic details okay uh my name is donna thompson i was a
00:01:37communications
00:01:38major at american university covering the july 4th festivities in claridge maryland on july 4th 2009
00:01:48this is the first time i am speaking publicly about the disaster that happened i was there
00:02:03you okay donna donna
00:02:09yeah okay okay all right yeah i'm sorry i thought this is gonna be a little easier to talk about
00:02:17um okay okay when you're ready and um you can continue okay um my name is donna thompson for
00:02:30three years i and a few others have been trying to speak out about what happened in claridge maryland
00:02:37on july 4th 2009 but sometimes words have no impact but now with the help of a website called
00:02:46govleaks.org all of the digital information that was recorded that day has been obtained
00:02:52all of the digital information that was confiscated now i don't know if anyone is going to be watching
00:02:59this i don't know if anything is going to happen to me as a result of me putting this out
00:03:04there
00:03:05but i do know that i can't move on with my life until this story is told
00:03:15you know it's just um it's hard to explain what this town used to be like well it's six in
00:03:22the morning
00:03:22with mike in the morning on this beautiful day this day of independence good morning chesapeake and good
00:03:28morning america now listen i'm in marathon man what does that mean well hopefully you're going to be
00:03:34with me day and night as i am with you and we can celebrate i can't think of a better
00:03:38way to celebrate
00:03:38than a little music from the heartland i mean i used to come here every summer with my folks
00:03:46it's hard to explain what this town used to be like i mean it was fun
00:03:49it was where i had my first crab dinner my first summer kiss so uh that's the mayor right there
00:03:59mayor john stockman he actually used to run a vacuum cleaner shop and then one day he just up and
00:04:05got
00:04:05everyone to vote for him for mayor right there that's martin and helen wyckoff they were both involved
00:04:12in a lot of community service programs and um their whole family actually died that day
00:04:20good morning maryland oh wait sorry honestly why didn't anyone tell me my pants were too tight
00:04:31i'm sorry it's just that every time i look at this footage it's it's a little difficult and i have
00:04:37this tendency to overcompensate a little bit so use humor uh to hide those emotions i understand right
00:04:48i mean maybe you should have gotten a voice actor or something to do this i don't know okay okay
00:04:54i
00:04:54gotta stop this i've been getting too many phone calls too many complaints but those of you who do
00:04:58care it is aaron copeland that's a piece from our town what do you say would kick the energy up
00:05:04a
00:05:04little bit huh i was just a summer intern i was just so excited i was going to be actually
00:05:10interviewing
00:05:12people i think it's every girl's dream to be miss crustacean i hope it's the beginning of something
00:05:17much much bigger i want to thank my parents for their support and my sister taylor for always being
00:05:22there for me good morning maryland this is donna thompson and i am in claridge maryland claridge is the
00:05:29host of our annual eastern chesterpeake july 4th party and i will be here all day to cover the event
00:05:34it is my great pleasure to announce the beginning of the 57th annual claridge crab eating spectacular
00:05:50so this is good old claridge it was founded in 1903 supposedly by a fisherman who ran around here
00:05:59and liked it so much that he started a crab restaurant what's your name tyler and have you
00:06:04been preparing for a while for this not very there is or was a whole population of 6200 there's a
00:06:13pretty big chicken industry a bunch of restaurants and a whole lot of money is made from summer tourism on
00:06:19the water here
00:06:38oh my god this is my first interview ember with mayor stockman i think i made him do this interview
00:06:44like four different times i think i even told him his hair dried fast because he's bald yeah it does
00:06:50dry
00:06:51fast so i think we can we can show just about everybody that comes on down at a really good
00:06:56time
00:06:57yeah cool of course at the time i had no idea how culpable he was for what was about to
00:07:03happen
00:07:08the first signs that something was very wrong happened six weeks before july 4th
00:07:14it was on the news but i don't think anybody really put the two and two together and knew what
00:07:18was going
00:07:19on bodies of two scientists were found in the chesapeake bay last night after having been reported
00:07:24missing for more than 36 hours the cause of death was listed as unknown although medical examiners found
00:07:30numerous wounds on the body that might be consistent with shark bites the two scientists were oceanographers
00:07:35working to measure pollution levels in the bay these were two oceanographers one from the custod
00:07:43institute and another from the university of maryland they were keeping a video diary of their research
00:07:49and sending it to the chesapeake environmental council this is really toxic red algae here
00:07:56and here does indicate bacterial growth now national resources they think it's feeding off the nutrients
00:08:02in the water from the chicken runoff that's a strange attack yes it is you don't hear about
00:08:07shark attacks in the bay well well i think bull sharks can be aggressive it seems like i remember
00:08:12what a couple of attacks last year maybe yeah it is brackish throughout the chesapeake bay and bull
00:08:18sharks have been known to come up in the bay occasionally but no i gotta tell you it makes me
00:08:22a little
00:08:22nervous because we have a boat and we go out in the bay all the time they got the results
00:08:27on the water
00:08:27analysis oh yeah yeah what do you have mercury levels way above standards polycylic acids ops pcbs
00:08:38that haven't been legal in 20 years endocrine disruptors pharmaceuticals viagra estrogen dbt
00:08:44including trace amounts of grdf i mean uh pretty much you name it it's in there
00:08:52i don't know it's kind of odd bull sharks usually don't bite around the head and the chest
00:08:56dude i mean look at here i've never seen it too far before i can this whole stream of toxin
00:09:03is following
00:09:04the current the following the west following the what you have a very thick accent sometimes
00:09:08again summer this whole stream of toxin is following the current look it's going next to
00:09:14this little town claridge claridge there were people who were concerned about what was going on in the
00:09:22bay and with some of the townsfolk it did cause arguments chicken plants are putting chicken in
00:09:28mock bait and they're killing the important thing to understand is that the epa continues to test the
00:09:37bay and it is really yeah it's really their responsibility it's their responsibility
00:09:46each one of these sheds has approximately 32 000 chickens in it each um those chickens eat about
00:09:5310 000 pounds worth of food um they do this all very mathematically you know
00:09:58i don't care what people say about the bay i know it looks a little different but
00:10:02all our kids have grown up in the water in the bay so i don't know what all the doom
00:10:07and gloom is all
00:10:08about there's 45 million pounds of chicken ship dumped into the bay each year let me look at that
00:10:15that is entirely chicken and over here look how close we are to the water it's right there chicken
00:10:27water water we've got to have improvement in the economy we got to develop i say we develop the
00:10:33hell out of the bay and then we can pay to clean it up you know a lot of people
00:10:38a lot of people gave
00:10:40me a hard time when we put up the desalination plant with that desalination plant we have increased
00:10:46the capacity for poultry farming in the area basically the desalination plant filtered water from the bay
00:10:52so that people could drink it and use it for the chicken industry and everyone just assumed it
00:10:58would take anything harmful out of the water your lawns benefit from that we have pools that are in
00:11:05operation and uh last but not least i don't know about you but i think this is the best darn
00:11:12water i've ever
00:11:17tasted people were worried about the economy and the water but mostly that wasn't their focus they
00:11:22were just doing the american thing you know trying to make a living dealing with their children enjoying
00:11:28their lives and everything seems really pretty good
00:11:43do it please
00:12:07i need to go to the hospital
00:12:12someone needs to get me to my husband
00:12:31oh are you getting that are you getting that
00:12:37oh my gosh oh my gosh
00:12:55this is a lens cam am i in frame
00:12:57oh this is dr jack abrams
00:13:01he was the head physician in the emergency waiting room at atlantic hospital
00:13:06he would actually end up treating over 350 patients over the course of that day
00:13:12and he would die later that night could you take off your shirt please
00:13:25just can you turn around a little bit more i'm just going to point this out to the camera

00:18:56her uh guts were tore out and her tongue cut off her tongue was cut off yeah
00:19:03i imagine it's a domestic do we know anything about the husband of jason spadafora
00:19:08i am at the scene of the crime right now with a man named jerry he's a fisherman in the
00:19:13town
00:19:13and um you knew miss spora fena is that correct spadafora i apologize they they sent us the wrong name
00:19:24she was a wonderful woman very calm very quiet does this go on in the town a lot domestic violence
00:19:31cases it just seems i'm sorry what try do that one more time i thought i was following a murder
00:19:38story i was just going through the motions like almost trying to imitate what i thought a reporter
00:19:44should sound like no
00:19:49makes me cringe when i watch this now all right just do an ending thing you got it
00:19:57i didn't seem too pushy did i no
00:20:02i don't know it's weird you have to like be like pretend you don't feel anything about the
00:20:08situation when you're a reporter but it's no you did a good job you didn't you know you weren't
00:20:13overly emotional and you weren't too you know too much of a reporter with him it's good it was a
00:20:18good
00:20:18conversation are you excited we're gonna go and see grandma and grandpa yeah very excited you know
00:20:35what we're not gonna say anything about grandma's hair there you go there's daddy oh look at this
00:20:45i need you to look at this okay
00:20:51just just look at this it's it's like some kind of blister or something this girl jennifer
00:20:58she was using facetime with her phone to show a rash that suddenly broke out on her body
00:21:03this stuff oh my god that's disgusting when we looked at her phone call list it turns out she was
00:21:09trying to stay in contact with her friend throughout the entire day i can't get anyone on it nobody's
00:21:15answering i know it just goes straight to voicemail service is sucking ass every time i watch these
00:21:21facetime videos it makes me feel sad my parents left like an hour ago i don't even know where they
00:21:29were
00:21:29going they didn't even tell me they were leaving they were just out the door and they pulled out before
00:21:34i had a chance to to even say goodbye or ask them where they were going and yeah it does
00:21:40really hurt
00:21:41this is gonna be okay for the audio yeah i think it's okay okay i'll speak very loudly um okay
00:21:49hello
00:21:49we sounds very formal okay we have now seen one infected fish and we are going to be using this
00:21:57this boroscope hello to go inside the fish's mouth and see if it was an isolated incident or not
00:22:05come with me
00:22:09inside
00:22:14okay secure
00:22:19okay okay this everyone is parasite larvae
00:22:28stay cool then um well uh parasite larvae it's a it's a creature whose eggs are swallowed by
00:22:37by fish and then they hatch inside the belly it's fun stuff i've never really seen larvae like this
00:22:44so i don't know where the parasites are coming from
00:22:54what do you say i just heard on the car radio that there was another murder
00:22:59second murder yeah only 12 blocks from the murder of marla spatafora this afternoon and now authorities
00:23:05are telling us the body was found in a rather mutilated condition and i believe police believe
00:23:10that the husband could be involved in this that's what we're hearing some reports perhaps
00:23:14of the history of abuse there or some allegations at least you can follow her throughout the day
00:23:18by going to www.wvbr33news.com
00:23:22guys this could be a career maker for her i mean what are the odds unbelievable and is she going
00:23:30to be
00:23:30able to handle this i just had to show you these off-air comments i mean they're wondering if i
00:23:34can handle
00:23:35this and they're right i mean i'm chasing a murder mystery nothing happening small town celebration
00:23:41i mean i'm from american university you're out of college that's it guys off the property i wasn't
00:23:47asking the right questions and now she's covering the biggest story what's going to be the biggest
00:23:51story of the year could be you could be sure sir we do have press passes oh my god looking
00:23:59back i
00:23:59just don't understand how i still thought it was a murder case jim are you getting it i can only
00:24:05assume
00:24:06that whatever this is is going to continue to eat away at the leg and at the knee and probably
00:24:11move to
00:24:12the upper body and into the gonads i think that what we're talking about here are two separate strains of
00:24:18some kind of parasite something that is literally eating its way into the body from the outside
00:24:25there are lesions and there's boils and also that there's something eating its way out from inside
00:24:34what i need you to do is figure out what the hell this is
00:24:39john what is what's going on oh man you know well you know well you know actually um
00:24:47i've uh i've been so busy with the reelection and and july 4th i mean the sheriff office is i
00:24:53i've
00:24:53made contact with them it's not even labeled murder yet yeah it isn't i mean it's an ongoing
00:24:58investigation it's a totally open investigation yeah all right we're back it's radio on the bay
00:25:03george curry uh we've got our podcast 24 7 all the updates coryradio.com uh right now we're just
00:25:10going to get right to it we've got our esteemed mayor john stockman he's got a very important
00:25:14announcement for the town so uh right now we're just going to turn it over to you your honor hey
00:25:19cory thanks so much uh i really appreciate this opportunity absolutely um there's a lot of rumors
00:25:25being spread and rumors can get into nothing but trouble as we all know so let me give you a
00:25:31little
00:25:31more clarity as to what's going on and we all know that during warm weather bacteria levels can rise
00:25:38and because of that sometimes there are those of us who pick up some kind of digestive problems and
00:25:43sometimes rashes it's unfortunate but it's a fact of life here on the bay however and i hope everyone
00:25:51is paying attention to this let's not go around scaring one another with crazy and outlandish stories
00:25:58that serve no one's benefit so and i can't stress this enough if you have a sensitivity to that type
00:26:05of
00:26:06bacteria or if you just want to take uh special precautions you can limit your time in the water
00:26:11today the bacteria level here is much much higher than even the eye level we see um after a storm
00:26:19and
00:26:19the fertilizer from the farm uh rushing on the fertilizer stuff just slow down on that okay and
00:26:24the fertilizer from the farm run into the water um it's uh not good at all it's very very high
00:26:33yeah that ending is kind of sloppy on on that and if i have any information and i do mean
00:26:41to stress
00:26:42this if i have any information that would alter those facts and i take facts i'll be right back here
00:26:47talking to you again and cory and everyone out there i just want to wish you the happiest report
00:26:53of your life thanks again
00:27:01there he is
00:27:02there he is
00:27:04okay who's finding it now is that you let me in there there he is
00:27:09that's so big i don't think you can do this
00:27:10it looks like he's trying to keep it nice there you go huh nice that's not right danny
00:27:15look at that brad huh that's a huge
00:27:22danny have you ever seen anything like that what is what i've never seen nothing like that
00:27:40all right welcome back radio on the bay it's george cory we are live on the air and of course
00:27:4524 7 we got our podcast you can grab them radio cory dot com now there's a lot of speculation
00:27:51a
00:27:51lot of phone calls coming in people not quite sure what to make of this but theories do abound my
00:27:57friends it's true maybe a satanic cult has invaded the town there's drugs loose in the air we've got
00:28:04theories running wild
00:28:06i think it's okay or whatever it's called it's a terrace plot to poison the food supply
00:28:11i've been reading a lot of information about the flu shots and the vaccines and how they go
00:28:15about pesticides they're spraying all the food with them these days i saw this strange cloud it was hovering
00:28:20over the water down by the bay it was this very circular uh biological warfare um i ran and they're
00:28:27probably trying to you know get people out of guantanamo it's about this global warming and stuff
00:28:40well we said we'd meet him at the pier that's what we'll do we'll meet him at the pier that's
00:28:43the plan we'll just do that
00:28:51okay we have some more dead fish here um all mutilated what all mutilated oh we have here we have
00:28:59um the tongue is missing on these
00:29:01no tongue and on these others the flesh looks almost like uh like it's been bitten it's uh very confusing
00:29:08why is that i'm not sure who does this um fish don't bite fish
00:29:17there she is

00:32:45oh
00:32:45oh
00:32:49about 100 years ago the seafloor was entirely grass bed with enough oysters to self clean
00:32:55about every four days
00:32:56uh
00:32:58today uh
00:32:58the bay is uh
00:33:0040 percent dead zone
00:33:01there is nothing here
00:33:03wait i don't understand
00:33:04are you saying that 40 percent of the bay is a dead zone?
00:33:06is it okay?
00:33:07is it okay?
00:33:07no no it's not clear that 40 percent is dead
00:33:11Dr. Abrams
00:33:13the CDC is on the line
00:33:15they're on right now
00:33:17i can get somebody in an orderly get that guy out of the hall
00:33:21put him in 104
00:33:23well
00:33:24well
00:33:25uh yeah you said that you have 30 of these cases
00:33:29yeah i have about 60 people with some kind of blister and lesion outbreak some of them went into anaphylactic
00:33:34shock
00:33:34i have more overgrowth
00:33:35excuse me you said now you have 60 cases
00:33:36i just saw three people with their tongues half gone
00:33:38okay that's uh a lot of information
00:33:41did you administer methicillin to the lesion victims?
00:33:43yeah of course i gave them methicillin it had no response
00:33:46what do you mean?
00:33:47it kept spreading
00:33:49in how many cases?
00:33:50in all of the cases
00:33:52okay that's important
00:33:53yeah i know that's important because they still have spreading lesions
00:33:56do you have any new information for me?
00:34:00uh not at this time
00:34:02this could be any number of things it could be fungal or bacterial
00:34:05uh we had a tropical fungus outbreak
00:34:08last year in vancouver
00:34:11spread in about three hours actually
00:34:13vancouver for three hours?
00:34:15yeah
00:34:16uh we've uh about thirty
00:34:18we lost about thirty people died i think
00:34:20but it was just the fact that we hadn't seen in the northern hemisphere before
00:34:23now i did want to ask you
00:34:25did you say that you had people with half their tongues gone?
00:34:29uh yeah hold on
00:34:30you didn't get pictures?
00:34:31did you send those pictures to the cdc?
00:34:33you did?
00:34:34you should have an attachment there with pictures that we sent you
00:34:37do you have them?
00:34:39okay
00:34:41okay we're coming to you from uh straight to clarich
00:34:45where we think we have found
00:34:47dun dun dun
00:34:48the culprit
00:34:49let's go take a look inside the laboratory here
00:34:52let's see what we got
00:34:55as you can see here we have these parasites
00:34:57that seem to have latched onto the gills
00:35:01oh my god this is disgusting
00:35:04right here
00:35:05you get it?
00:35:08there
00:35:10here
00:35:10this is called
00:35:12an isopod
00:35:14right here
00:35:16it's one of the world's oldest creatures
00:35:18it dates back from the carboniferous period
00:35:23here
00:35:27look at that
00:35:28what is that?
00:35:30look at that
00:35:30it ate right through the fish's tongue
00:35:32this is enormous
00:35:34do you think this is an anomaly?
00:35:37do i think it's amaly?
00:35:39what?
00:35:39no do you think it's normal?
00:35:41no oh anomaly
00:35:42um i don't know
00:35:43i think it's
00:35:44it must be some kind of mutated version
00:35:46isopods shouldn't even be in the brackish water
00:35:47this is a huge one
00:35:51oh look at this
00:35:53all these isopods are eating this fish alive
00:35:57i don't understand this
00:35:59it doesn't make any sense
00:36:09what is it?
00:36:15it ain't something
00:36:17it's
00:36:18it's
00:36:18pain
00:36:20there's something really wrong
00:36:23help me
00:36:46i think
00:36:47i think you need to see this
00:36:48look at what kind of people are here
00:36:50oh my god
00:36:51look at this
00:36:52what's wrong with everyone?
00:36:53look at all these people
00:36:55that's mr long
00:36:56they need help
00:37:01did you just hear that?
00:37:04look at this
00:37:05look at this
00:37:05look
00:37:06look
00:37:08please
00:37:09please
00:37:09somebody
00:37:10they were just there for a car show
00:37:12within 24 hours
00:37:13he got ill
00:37:14and they said with this parasite
00:37:16that is what happened
00:37:17only his feet touched the water
00:37:19but a short time later
00:37:20he became sick
00:37:21doctors say he was infected by a bacteria called
00:37:24Vibrio vulnificus
00:37:26if he'd survived
00:37:27he would've lost his arms
00:37:28and legs
00:37:30when walking through brackish water
00:37:31or at the beach
00:37:32if you get a cut
00:37:33don't just think it's gonna go away
00:37:35you have to seek medical attention immediately
00:37:37if it starts to turn red
00:37:38or you start to feel really bad
00:37:39the Vibrio vulnificus bacteria
00:37:42can lead to heart failure
00:37:43loss of limbs
00:37:44or death
00:37:46alright this is the leg of a man treated today
00:37:48at Atlantic Hospital in Maryland
00:37:52this is the IR slide of the same infection
00:37:55notice the
00:37:56bruising below the skin
00:37:57it looks like Vibrio vulnificus
00:37:59now it's a bit different than the normal symptoms
00:38:02of a Vibrio or a cryptosporidium outbreak
00:38:06and we got people up there with their tongues half gone
00:38:10so what do we got here people
00:38:13Stephanie
00:38:14Stephanie
00:38:15Stephanie where are you
00:38:16you're not answering your phone
00:38:17I've been trying to reach you
00:38:20I'm at the hospital
00:38:22your dad is at the hospital
00:38:24they're taking him in
00:38:25he has some kind of very bad infection
00:38:28and I think they're going to amputate his leg
00:38:32it's crazy here
00:38:34it's crazy here
00:38:34I mean really crazy here
00:38:36so the most important thing
00:38:38is to know that I do not want you to get off that boat
00:38:43do you
00:38:43me Stephanie
00:38:44don't get off the boat
00:38:52hey Stephanie
00:38:53come up here for a minute will you
00:38:54and there is something else I want you to know
00:38:57look at this boat
00:38:58I think I need to tell you
00:39:00hey grab this camera
00:39:00I have lesions
00:39:01grab the camera
00:39:02no
00:39:02and I think a lot of people here are not going to make it
00:39:05and fill it off the side
00:39:07I'm going to come up
00:39:08here it comes
00:39:08but remember
00:39:10I love you
00:39:12and I will try to call again
00:39:15nobody in it
00:39:16can you see anyone in the water?
00:39:29I don't think we can rule out a foodborne virus or anything airborne
00:39:32but this looks like a water vector
00:39:34I agree
00:39:35the blistering looks like echinococosis
00:39:38the lesions could be mycobacterium marinum
00:39:41or schistosomiasis
00:39:43I mean
00:39:44Jesus
00:39:45there could be cholera in there
00:39:46yeah
00:39:46but I don't see it spreading this fast
00:39:48if the water is being polluted
00:39:50with anything chemical
00:39:51on top of the bacteria
00:39:51we could easily
00:39:52be looking at a new form evolve
00:39:55maybe a fungal bacteria
00:39:57maybe a mutated tapeworm
00:39:58who knows
00:39:58I need labs back
00:40:00I need labs back
00:40:02I need labs back
00:40:02I need morphine
00:40:03I need morphine
00:40:14I need morphine in two
00:40:16I need labs back
00:40:17I need labs back
00:40:17I have EPA on the line
00:40:19what the hell is going on at the Chesapeake Bay?
00:40:21what are you talking about?
00:40:23is there anything in there that could cause disease, bacterial outbreak or mutations?
00:40:27well the bay has been found to have pollutants, algae, agricultural runoff, chicken excrement
00:40:34um
00:40:34go on
00:40:35there was a small leak from a nuclear reactor in 2002
00:40:39but we weren't expecting it to hit the bay until 2014
00:40:42but it is coming through the ground so it could have hit earlier
00:40:44are people drinking this water?
00:40:46of course not
00:40:47the bay is brackish
00:40:48you can't drink it
00:40:49but there is a level of seepage into local wells
00:40:52and of course the desalination plant in Claridge
00:40:55with that desalination plant we have increased the capacity for poultry farming in the area
00:41:00those chickens drink about 2,000 gallons of water a day
00:41:04I think the NEF said it was 0.3 liters of dirty water so there could be radium or tritium
00:41:09in there
00:41:09infrastructures, pharmaceuticals
00:41:11algae, agricultural runoff, chicken excrement
00:41:13there was a small leak from the nuclear reactor in 2002
00:41:16and you don't want any
00:41:18well it's not under our regulations to test for radioactivity levels in water
00:41:22but half the water in America probably has some leaks in it
00:41:25don't you regulate the water?
00:41:27the filtered water has met all regulatory standards
00:41:33that dome over there has made a big...
00:41:355 million pounds of chicken chip dumped in the bay this year
00:41:37this is the best darn water I've ever tasted
00:41:47what are you doing? Go back
00:41:49what?
00:41:49just, hold on
00:41:54I'm burning up, let me just put some water on my face, Jesus
00:41:59that's my cameraman, Jim Hoyt
00:42:01hey, can you just chill the fuck out for 2 seconds?
00:42:05I think that's the only time we actually ever see him
00:42:08that's not an insult
00:42:09he died that night
00:42:10I know you did
00:42:11and a lot of this footage is thanks to him
00:42:16where are you going?
00:42:17governor's office
00:42:18yeah, um, hi
00:42:19this is Dr. Jack Abrams

00:42:23well, the governor is away from his desk at the moment
00:42:26I don't understand how the nurses are just like hurrying by
00:42:29and they're not even stopping
00:42:30look at that, she didn't even stop
00:42:32scoot up
00:42:33look, I am

00:42:42please
00:42:43oh my god, she just said YouTubing
00:42:46we're having an outbreak of some kind here
00:42:48a medical outbreak down here in Claridge
00:42:50people are dying here
00:42:52I have to be speaking to the CDC
00:42:53and they are moving at a snail's pace
00:42:55listen, I will pass the message on to the governor as soon as it gets back
00:42:58what do you mean you have it?

00:43:05get back in please!
00:43:06nobody ever got off that bridge
00:43:08it was shut down for three days actually
00:43:13I did a lot of research, there's no record of who ordered it shut down
00:43:19I got it on autopilot
00:43:22yeah
00:43:26GPS is amazing
00:43:27really mastered the technology
00:43:29yeah
00:43:31they said take the next right though

00:47:59What is crawling on those people?
00:48:01I don't know, I don't know what that is.
00:48:02Oh my god, what is all those people?
00:48:04There's a crawling on the body.
00:48:06I need your flesh.
00:48:08Oh my god, it's coming out of your body.
00:48:12Get out of here.
00:48:13Get out of here.
00:48:15Where are those things?
00:48:17I don't think everyone's right.
00:48:18He's talking about it.
00:48:20He's talking about it.
00:48:20He's talking about it.
00:48:21He's talking about it.
00:48:22He's talking about it.
00:48:26He's talking about it.
00:48:28He's talking about it.
00:48:29You can't do it.
00:48:30You can't do it!
00:48:31You can't do it!
00:48:33I can't do it!
00:48:35Get out of here!
00:48:37Get out of here!
00:48:39Get out of here!
00:48:41You're about to go!
00:48:45Hey, hey, hey!
00:48:47Jim, no, no, no, no, it's me!
00:48:48He's pulling us!
00:48:54Uh, this is, uh, Cessna 157.
00:48:58Go ahead, Cessna 157.
00:49:00Yeah, I'm just trying to figure out what the hell's going on.
00:49:02I know they shut down all the roads going into Claire.
00:49:06And now I'm flying over the water here, and, um,
00:49:08well, there's just like a shell out of dead fish everywhere.
00:49:14I don't know how many, but, uh, it goes as far as I can see.
00:49:19So, you just got this?
00:49:21Yeah, from a research professor at the University of Maryland.
00:49:24And this, uh, Samothua Exigdua?
00:49:27Uh, do we have any information on this?
00:49:29Yeah, the Exigdua is a crustaceous isopod
00:49:32normally found in the Pacific.
00:49:34It's been making a number of appearances in the Atlantic.
00:49:37Last year, they found a two-and-a-half-foot one
00:49:39trying to burrow its way into a submarine.
00:49:42The thing thought it was a dead whale.
00:49:44What, are you making this up? This looks Photoshopped.
00:49:47No, it's real.
00:49:54So, how's that getting into the water supply?
00:49:56Well, at normal scale, they're quite common.
00:49:59The fishermen call them sea lice.
00:50:00Yeah, but, I mean, you know, it's, it's this big.
00:50:03How's it gonna get through a filtration system?
00:50:05Well, what about the larvae?
00:50:08Alright, we're, now we're bringing up more questions than we can answer.
00:50:11We gotta find out what happened to those two divers.
00:50:13Yeah?
00:50:14Let's go.
00:50:22Okay, here we are.
00:50:24We got a nice break in the weather.
00:50:26So, we're gonna go catch the current out to, uh, Claridge.
00:50:30Take a up-close, personal look at these parasites.
00:50:33See what we're dealing with.
00:50:37So, you take a look around.
00:50:39It's beautiful.
00:50:41It's breathtaking.
00:50:42One of the most beautiful estuaries in all of America.
00:50:44You'd have no idea what's underneath.
00:50:49How was that?
00:50:50Was that not very good at all?
00:50:52It's crazy.
00:50:53What?
00:50:55That was very good.
00:50:56Okay, one more time.
00:50:57A little crisper.
00:50:58I feel like I'm sitting very strangely.
00:51:00Do people sit like this?
00:51:01Okay.
00:51:01But now bring the, uh, bring the camera to me.
00:51:03I'm gonna take a, get a, get some beauty shots here.
00:51:07Get a sense of place here.
00:51:09You can see the vista here, and the sun.
00:51:16Beautiful water.
00:51:20Beautiful, placid water.
00:51:23You have no sense of how the ecosystem's actually being affected.
00:51:28You have no idea of the nightmare underneath here.
00:51:39We'll take an up-close, personal look at these parasites.
00:51:41See what we're actually dealing with.
00:51:44We're gonna take a look ourselves.
00:51:46We're gonna take a look ourselves.
00:52:16You're gonna take a look.
00:52:28What?
00:52:42Oh, I'm gonna take a look.
00:52:45OK.
00:52:45No, we're gonna take a look.
00:52:52You can see in this footage that the oceanographers dove right into a school of fully grown isopods.
00:53:00This is not the sea lice variety or the larva.
00:53:05This is what killed them.
00:53:08And what killed those young teenagers.
00:53:11The question we continue to ask is, did the authorities not look at this footage, or chose not to reveal
00:53:18it?
00:53:21Jim.
00:53:22Jim.
00:53:25Do you hear that?
00:53:30I hear something.
00:53:38Yeah, I hear it.
00:53:51This way.
00:53:58I can hear that.
00:53:59It's like I'm moaning or something.
00:54:07Can you come closer?
00:54:19What is that?
00:54:49What do I need to do, doctor? What do I need to do?
00:54:53Well, I would suggest that you and your staff leave the hospital.
00:54:58My staff left 20 minutes ago.
00:55:01Well, good. That's wise.
00:55:03Why is that wise?
00:55:04Well, because the bacteria, once it's entered the human body, it's a miracle you aren't infected already, as a matter
00:55:13of fact.
00:55:15I'm fine.
00:55:16Well, that's good. But what I'm saying is that at this point it is too late, doctor, and I strongly
00:55:22suggest that you leave the hospital immediately.
00:55:25I have people, I have people in pain here. I'm amputating feet, I'm amputating the legs, I'm amputating the arms.
00:55:31You want me to get up and leave the hospital?
00:55:33We're aware of that, doctor, and we are sorry.
00:55:37You need to get, you need to get somewhere, get some help. Don't come here, because they're not going to
00:55:42help you. And they're not helping me.
00:55:44It looks like they're dead bodies up there.
00:55:45It's only a rat. How can you?
00:55:47Dead people.
00:55:48How can you not be dead?
00:55:49They just collapsed. And no one's coming out to get them? Nothing.
00:55:52And no one's helping?
00:55:53No. No. No one.
00:55:54It's your time running? Mine hurts so badly.
00:55:57I'm just, I'm really scared. I don't know what to do. I just don't, I don't want to hang up.
00:56:03I don't want to be by myself. I can't get anyone.
00:56:17Can you see my parents? Are they here?
00:56:19Oh, there's a bunch of dead shit in the water.
00:56:22Whoa.
00:56:23What is that stuff?
00:56:25That's weird.
00:56:28Have you heard anything from the governor yet?
00:56:30Yes, Lee. I talked to him. And the governor wanted to know we should call a state of emergency.
00:56:35And I told him to give us a few more hours to handle on this.
00:56:38Some of the folks have nothing wrong with them, for heaven's sake.
00:56:41And the CDC doesn't even know if it's contagious.
00:56:44Look, we've got the National Guard isolating us from surrounding communities as a preventative measure.
00:56:49If we get people in here with those hazmat suits, what the hell's gonna break loose?
00:56:54Right now, we have no media on this except that student running around with a camera.
00:56:59And the FBI shut down her block. So let's keep it that way.
00:57:02And Lee, you and your deputies have got to get on top of this.
00:57:07I lost all contact with my deputies about 30 minutes ago.
00:57:10What?
00:57:12I'm not getting any response from my guys.
00:57:16Well, we shut down all the towers to kill the cell phones, but it shouldn't affect you guys.
00:57:21Listen, Lee, why don't you swing by and pick me up right now?
00:57:25I want to get a first-hand look at what's going on out there.
00:57:29All right, I'll be by there in about five minutes.
00:57:34You okay?
00:57:40I don't think I've ever been so scared in my whole life.
00:57:48Is the blood off my face?
00:57:50What?
00:57:51Is the blood off my face?
00:57:52No, you've got a tongue on your side.
00:58:03What's that?
00:58:04What is that?
00:58:05What?
00:58:05What is it?
00:58:07What?
00:58:08Holy shit.
00:58:09What the fuck?
00:58:11What the fuck?
00:58:13Oh, my God.
00:58:15Look at his face.
00:58:17Oh, my God.
00:58:17Look at his face.
00:58:19Oh, my God.
00:58:22Oh, my God.
00:58:28Look at his face.
00:58:31He's a miracle.
00:58:31I mean...
00:58:33If it wasn't...
00:58:34I mean, if this wasn't a tragedy situation, it would actually be somewhat comedic.
00:58:40I was just so fucking scared.
00:58:43I never reported another thing after that until I made this film.
00:58:49I...
00:58:52That was actually the last footage we shot.
00:59:01Well, I'll come and get the rest of this stuff when we figure out where we're going.
00:59:08Where are you leading us other than off of this dock?
00:59:11Alex, where do you think? I have no idea. I can't get a hold of those questions.
00:59:15It's quite a greeting, isn't it?
00:59:18It's just pretty nice.
00:59:19You know, would you please?
00:59:21I'll document it.
00:59:22This is the quietest 4th of July I've ever seen.
00:59:26We missed the fireworks? What the hell is going on?
00:59:30Is it really necessary for you to get video of this?
00:59:32Yes, I am filming the lack of fireworks so that we can show your parents we were here for the
00:59:39non-festivities.
00:59:41When Alex and Stephanie got to Clarence, more than 700 people had died.
00:59:48And here they were coming in with a baby.
00:59:52Would you please, you know, if you would turn the damn camera off and help me look for them, that
00:59:57might be a little more useful.
00:59:59You're doing great. You're doing this.
01:00:00Yeah, this is fantastic. You know, I love it when you make me be the grown-up and you don't
01:00:04do any of the work.
01:00:06What the hell is that?
01:00:09Oh my God.
01:00:11Oh God.
01:00:13Alex, Alex, do not take me.
01:00:14Holy shit.
01:00:15Alex, do not take me.
01:00:16Hello?
01:00:16I want to get out of here.
01:00:17Oh my God.
01:00:19Look at this.
01:00:21Do not get any closer to her.
01:00:23I want to get out of here.
01:00:24Where are we going to go?
01:00:25I don't want to be out here with a dead body and Andrew here.
01:00:28Oh Jesus.
01:00:29Stop.
01:00:30No, just give me a...
01:00:30Get away and don't touch her.
01:00:33Yes, of course, a toxic soup of chemicals could produce certain mutations.
01:00:38What's also concerning is the level of chicken excrement in the bay.
01:00:41I mean, if the numbers you gave me are correct, the amount of steroids and that amount of inure could
01:00:48be accelerating growth by 50, 60 times.
01:00:51That's both in size and quantity.
01:00:53This stuff has so much chemical steroid in it, it will take a little birdie, turn it into a full
01:00:58-grown birdie in 42 days.
01:01:00What mother nature would take six months.
01:01:02They think it's feeding off the nutrients from the chicken runoff.
01:01:05We've noticed a five to one female to male ratio among these fish here.
01:01:09We could easily be looking at a new form evolved.
01:01:12Son of a bitch!
01:01:14Must be some kind of mutated version.
01:01:16Isopods didn't even be in the brackish water.
01:01:18I would like to give Buzz a big round of applause for getting these misters going.
01:01:24Are people drinking this water?
01:01:26Someone in my mouth.
01:01:28How's it going to get through a filtration system?
01:01:30What about the larva?
01:01:33Disalination plant in Claridge.
01:01:37We'll be looking at a new form evolved.
01:01:38Steroids.
01:01:39So much chemical steroid in it.
01:01:40Mutated version.
01:01:42They found a two and a half foot one trying to burrow its way into a submarine.
01:01:45Jane.
01:01:47Jane.
01:01:48Can you give me the White House?
01:01:55Oh my God.
01:01:57Oh my God.
01:01:59Are you kidding me?
01:02:00Shit.
01:02:01Oh my God.
01:02:03What the fuck?
01:02:04Oh my God.
01:02:07Where the hell are we?
01:02:10Apparently a lot of people came up to Main Street and they were just waiting for an EMS or an
01:02:16ambulance or someone to come by.
01:02:19Alex, I want to go.
01:02:19Where do you want to go?
01:02:20They were just waiting and hoping.
01:02:21Alex, I want to get around you.
01:02:22Are we going to get back on the boat in the middle of the night without any gas?
01:02:25I want to call the police.
01:02:28You just told me that there is no cell phone service.
01:02:31You just told me that.
01:02:32Well can we go someplace where we have service so we can call the police?
01:02:34I don't want to be here.
01:02:36Look, look.
01:02:36This place is open.
01:02:37This place is open up here.
01:02:39Let's go in here.
01:02:39Come on, let's just go in here and regroup.
01:02:42Are you okay?
01:02:44Yeah.
01:02:44Come on.
01:02:47Oh my God.
01:02:48Oh shit.
01:02:53Um, Eric, shut the stuff down.
01:02:55Where?
01:02:56How is Andrew?
01:02:57He's fine.
01:02:57He's sleeping.
01:02:59Well this couldn't be creepier.
01:03:03Can we make sure there are no more dead people in here?
01:03:06Make sure.
01:03:11Okay.
01:03:12No, this is good.
01:03:13This is good.
01:03:14Let's stay here.
01:03:15I'm going to see if I can find a landline.
01:03:16Maybe I can get one to work.
01:03:18Okay.
01:03:18I'm going to go out and see if I see anyone on the street at all.
01:03:22Cops or something.
01:03:25We'll find them.
01:03:26Find them.
01:03:27We'll find them.
01:03:29Nothing's happened.
01:03:30We just, we just, we have some deputies off radio.
01:03:34You know, if I find these guys are playing a joke on me, I'll find them.
01:03:36You know, if I find these guys are playing a joke on me, I'll find them.
01:03:36Oh, they're fired.
01:03:39I've never had this happen.
01:03:41There's got to be a reason.
01:03:43I'm going to make the next town meeting, I can tell you that.
01:03:45We're going to have to get some.
01:03:46Come on, Lee.
01:03:48That's the last thing we need right now.
01:03:50What's that?
01:03:51Put your seatbelt on.
01:03:53Ah, Jesus.
01:03:54You're riding a police car.
01:03:58Yeah, I'm worried about my seatbelt.
01:04:00That's what I'm worried about, right?
01:04:03Who's the car?
01:04:08I think that's Jemison's car.
01:04:10Can't be for sure.
01:04:11Wait, is that him in the car?
01:04:14I don't know whose house this is.
01:04:16I mean, is he?
01:04:17What the hell is he doing, Lee?
01:04:18Oh, wait a minute.
01:04:20That's Jim.
01:04:22What's wrong with him?
01:04:24He looks like he's done something.
01:04:27He's drunk.
01:04:28He's got his gun out.
01:04:29Go away.
01:04:31What's the matter, Jem?
01:04:33Come here, buddy.
01:04:35Come here.
01:04:38Something's wrong with this guy.
01:04:40Oh, God.
01:04:41He's got out.
01:04:42Go away!
01:04:43Jem!
01:04:46Go away!
01:04:46Come on, Jem.
01:04:48Just chill out, buddy.
01:04:49Let's go!
01:04:50Come on.
01:04:52Come on and get in the back of the car.
01:04:55Get in the back of the car, Jem.
01:04:56I'll take you to the hospital.
01:04:57Let's go!
01:04:58We'll take you somewhere.
01:05:01Come on, bud.
01:05:04Don't let me lose you, Jem.
01:05:05Come on, now.
01:05:06We're all gonna die.
01:05:10Oh, God.
01:05:11I don't wanna die like that.
01:05:11It's okay, buddy.
01:05:12I'm coming to get you.
01:05:13No, Lee, Lee.
01:05:14No, no, no, no.
01:05:15Let me go, Lee.
01:05:15No, no, no.
01:05:16We gotta get him somewhere.
01:05:18You stay here.
01:05:19What's that say?
01:05:19Jem!
01:05:22Jem, buddy, let's get in the car.
01:05:23Let's go somewhere.
01:05:23We're all gonna die.
01:05:24Come on.
01:05:25Hey, what's with that?
01:05:26You shouldn't have to die like this.
01:05:27Huh?
01:05:28No, you're not gonna die.
01:05:29Nobody's gonna die.
01:05:30Get in the car.
01:05:31I can't...
01:05:31You don't have to die like this, sir.
01:05:32I can't touch you,
01:05:33but come on and get in the car.
01:05:34The gym!
01:05:35Now, wait a minute!
01:05:36No!
01:05:36Deputy, put that gun down!
01:06:05Bill, just hang on a second.
01:06:08I'm gonna go and get Alex.
01:06:09Okay, don't go anywhere.
01:06:10Alex!
01:06:11Alex!
01:06:13I got Bill on Skype.
01:06:16Bill, can you hear me?
01:06:17Yeah?
01:06:18What's going on?
01:06:19Okay, we came to Claridge to meet up with my parents and...
01:06:23Uh...
01:06:24Where are you, in an antique store or something?
01:06:25I don't know what's going on, but there are these...
01:06:26There's dead bodies everywhere, Bill.
01:06:28What?
01:06:29And...
01:06:29Bill, the entire town is covered in dead fucking bodies.
01:06:32Okay, that's a good one.
01:06:34Bill!
01:06:34All right.
01:06:34Please!
01:06:35What do you got, serious?
01:06:36Yeah, we are entirely fucking serious here, Bill.
01:06:39Okay, call the cops, guys.
01:06:41No, we...
01:06:42We call the cops and we can't get through to them.
01:06:44We can't get through to my parents.
01:06:45Our cell phones aren't working.
01:06:46We can't get service.
01:06:46We need for you to...
01:06:48For you to do something.
01:06:49Okay.
01:06:49All right.
01:06:50Where are you?
01:06:51Claridge!
01:06:52Claridge?
01:06:53Claridge!
01:06:53In Maryland, for God's sake.
01:06:55I can't ask somebody, anybody.
01:06:56Just get us some help here, please.
01:06:58Tell me what happened to you.
01:06:59We don't know what happened.
01:07:01I mean...
01:07:01What is that on your neck?
01:07:05What's on my neck?
01:07:07Oh, my God.
01:07:08Alex.
01:07:10Oh!
01:07:11Holy shit!
01:07:22My name is Dr. Jack Abrams.
01:07:25I am a physician at the Atlantic Hospital in Maryland.
01:07:34I'm making this video in the hope that I will be able to watch it at some point in the
01:07:39future,
01:07:39and I'm going to show the world what happened here.
01:07:43Uh...
01:07:43I'm coming out into the hall, Maryland.
01:07:44I locked myself in the ICU for...
01:07:50The CDC has stopped taking my phone calls.
01:07:53Contacted FEMA.
01:07:54Help hasn't arrived.
01:07:56I think I now know what is killing people.
01:08:00We were looking for some kind of virus, some kind of viral outbreak,
01:08:04and when we called CDC, they needed to send a fucking army down here
01:08:08to put some goddamn minds together to find what I know now,
01:08:13which this is not a virus.
01:08:14This is an organism.
01:08:15It is an organism that has somehow infiltrated these people's bodies.
01:08:18The blistering that we found, that's a symptom.
01:08:21It is not...
01:08:23That is what threw us off.
01:08:26It is the isopod.
01:08:29It's eating their organs.
01:08:31It's eating them.
01:08:32It's eating them from the inside.
01:08:35It is eating their intestines.
01:08:37It is eating their liver.
01:08:38It goes for kidneys, lungs, tissue.
01:08:41This is a rapidly growing, accelerating organism.
01:08:46How it's growing this fast, I have no idea.
01:08:48I noticed this rash about 45 minutes ago.
01:08:55And I'm going to continue to take the camera,
01:08:58and I'm going to document everything that I see here.
01:09:02If you find this tape, just please get it out.
01:09:07Get it out.
01:09:17Get out.
01:09:18Fire! Fire! Fire!
01:09:50Fire!
01:09:56Alex! Alex! Jesus!
01:09:59Alex?
01:10:00Stephanie, would you please talk to me?
01:10:01What's happening?
01:10:02What's wrong to me? What's wrong?
01:10:03Alex, stay growing.
01:10:06This is fire on stuff.
01:10:09Alex, stay here.
01:10:10Please explain to me what's going on.
01:10:13Fuck!
01:10:15They're coming. They're coming.
01:10:16The help is here, okay?
01:10:18Come on.
01:10:19You're okay.
01:10:20I know you're gonna be fine.
01:10:21It hurts.
01:10:22I know, darling.
01:10:23I know it hurts, but we gotta get you outside.
01:10:25No!
01:10:27Alex!
01:10:31I can't handle it.
01:10:34Alex!
01:10:35I can't handle it.
01:10:36I can't handle it.
01:10:37I can't handle it.
01:10:37What's wrong with you?
01:10:39Come on!
01:10:41Please.
01:10:42Just go.
01:10:43You won't.
01:10:44No!
01:10:45Alex, come on!
01:10:47Come on, come on!
01:10:48Say that!
01:10:50You have to look up the door.
01:10:52Really?
01:10:53Take it!
01:10:55Oh!
01:10:55Take it!
01:10:56Oh, my God!
01:11:01Get out of here, sir!
01:11:03Now, we're gonna go away!
01:11:12Alex died at 1.26 a.m.
01:11:16The larva he swallowed in the bay had grown into a full-sized parasite
01:11:20in eight hours from the toxic soup.
01:11:27Hi, this is Steve Slattery over at Homeland Security.
01:11:29I just wanted to get back to you on that message about Chesapeake Bay.
01:11:34Yeah, and?
01:11:36Yeah, turns out we did hear something a few weeks back
01:11:39about a couple of divers' bodies being found in the water.
01:11:43Natural Resource Police thought it was a bull shark bite,
01:11:47and they were getting ready to pull people out of the water
01:11:49and put up a shark alert,
01:11:50but the medical examiner determined that it was not a shark bite at all.
01:11:55What was it?
01:11:57They weren't sure, so they sent the reports over to us,
01:12:00and then we sent them over to the Coast Guard,
01:12:02and they said it didn't make any sense to them,
01:12:04so then we sent it to FEMA, and they never responded,
01:12:06so I figured we'd send it to you.
01:12:08Yeah, that's good.
01:12:12What did the report say?
01:12:14Well, uh, kind of strange stuff.
01:12:18It said the cause of death was undetermined
01:12:20due to a multiplicity of parasites and a variety of infections.
01:12:27Do you want a copy of this report?
01:12:29Oh, yeah.
01:12:30You know, I mean, funny enough,
01:12:30I would love to see a copy of that report.
01:12:38So let me get this straight.
01:12:40Two divers are found with a bunch of holes in them,
01:12:43and all that we know is they're mysteriously being eaten
01:12:46by parasites and infections.
01:12:48That's right.
01:12:49Nobody knows what happened,
01:12:50and it takes 16 days to get this information to us.
01:12:55Listen, we set up an incident center without cause,
01:12:58and we're in deep doo-doo here.
01:12:59Really?
01:12:59Well, I've got a town full of dead bodies.
01:13:01A small town.
01:13:02I think we need to keep this whole thing in perspective here.
01:13:05What kind of perspective are you talking about?
01:13:24Listen, it's not that easy to pull the trigger on something like this.
01:13:29We blow up a non-issue and shut down the entire Chesapeake Bay.
01:13:32I mean, we're talking about beaches, restaurants, vacation fishing.
01:13:36The public panics if word gets out
01:13:38that we're setting up an incident center
01:13:39about a spreading disease, forest spreading disease.
01:13:43You don't just shut down the eastern seaboard
01:13:44without approval from a higher authority.
01:13:47Great, I understand.
01:13:48Thank you very much, Officer Slattery.
01:13:50That's it?
01:13:51Okay.
01:13:53Thanks.
01:13:54Thanks.
01:13:54Thanks.
01:13:57Thanks.
01:14:14Then at about 5.30 they came in the hazmat suits and the National Guard came and then
01:14:20they quarantined the town for another three days and that was when they confiscated every
01:14:25single camera they could find.
01:14:33You know there were those who survived and for some reason they never became sick.
01:14:40The town as a whole reached a financial agreement with the government.
01:14:44I don't know how much money changed hands but I do know that silence was part of the agreement.
01:14:51I tried to reach out to people like Stephanie but she didn't want to participate in this film.
01:15:04Oh and by the way the official line from the government was that the outbreak was due to
01:15:09unseasonably high water temperatures.
01:15:13This is Donna Thompson signing off.
01:15:18It was a missile that was a missile.
01:15:22It was a missile.
01:15:27It was a missile for the people who were off the coast of the Gulf.
01:15:28It was a missile that had to work in the Philippines which served as a missile.
01:15:38So what's the missile that was going to be done?
01:15:44The missile that was on the other side.
