00:01It is very important not to get ahead of yourself, just because you've done once
00:07doesn't mean it's gonna happen week by week by week. It is to control what you
00:13can control which is basically what happens with yourself, your own emotions,
00:17how you play, how you make a plan, how you try to execute this plan. These are
00:23the things you can control yourself is your emotions, the tactical plan, the
00:28discipline that it takes to execute and then trust again as I discussed the
00:34other night with you is to believe it this is also a process. You just don't go
00:40from being outside your whole life the top 32 then entering and suddenly you can
00:46just naturally take a next step by giving yourself continuously opportunities
00:51because you prepare well and are good at controlling your emotions here under
00:56expectations then you give yourself the opportunity that you will succeed and
01:02move on but it's gonna be a rough patch for sure because going into that level you
01:10are you also at the mercy of the draw yeah so playing world-class top players first
01:20round is is a hard work so you need also to be quite resilient through the next couple of
01:27well maybe six six months that accepting that this is another opportunity to learn
01:33actually we have given an environment where the players believe in we believe in them so
01:43we establish trust between us but also a player getting more mature understanding the decisions
01:52they're taking but I would say it's the environment that establish trust and belief that it this is
02:02possible yeah we discussed also the other day that very honest conversation not running away
02:10uh I of course understand when players just lose they want to protect themselves a little bit but okay
02:15right there we might not go hard but the next day we need to have honest uh talk about what
02:21actually
02:22happened on the emotional side that did you let go did you get nervous did you get tense or did
02:28whatever
02:28possible what I get happy about is helping the players live out their potential and dreams that is what makes
02:38me
02:38happy yeah that is what drives me so when they have goals it's my job
02:42finest job is to help them try to achieve these goals it don't matter what goals I have because
02:48I'm not going to hit one single shot they are going to do it yeah so I work through my
02:53players not
02:54by my big intentions so yeah it makes me super happy to see them fulfill their potential and starting
03:02the process where they get more belief in themselves people around them get more belief now we just have
03:08to control that that doesn't allow the expectation to go way too high way too fast because then that would
03:17be a shame
