These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
How is everyone's societal value is perceived and acted upon, in general, across all cities and countries. I will explain the truth to everyone, the real truth, not the wishful thinking, propaganda bullshit they spoon feed everyone, to keep everyone contented and more or lease partially happy in everything they do.
The real truth is that nobody has any real intrinsic value beyond what their perceived status, rank, and utilitarian systemic usefulness is. Those without high enough rank, resources, and functional utility are classified as "uselell eaters". They exist, consume resources, and contribute nothing to the societal system. That is how they are perceived and treated. You think protesting about the social inequalities are going to matter a lot? Those in the higher ranks and resources will treat all protests as constant bleating noise to be contained, silenced, and/or disappeared in the shadows, and discretely.
What does this have to do with the uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpstrators and collaborators? The corrupt officials and the uniformed gangstalking perps manipulate the lower societal sediments to become their street perp puppets because they are low enough rank status to not matter if anything unfortunately should happen to them, as they do not really matter to society if they exist or not, expendable.
What those police vehicles and the larger amount of street bums, in this video, means is that the corrupt officials and corrupt uniforms, either bribed, manipulated, or otherwise coerced the street bums to loiter excessively around my location area, in order to annoy and bother me. They know I will surely make those street bum gangstalking perps internet famous like all the other uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators. They are thinking that should any of my other international group associates or I, make the street bum gangstalking perps disappear, then they would still benefit from one less street bum, drug addict, mental case, or whatever. The corrupt officials, uniformed perps, and civilian perps are attempting to manipulate all side, so they can gain from any angles.
The uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators, along with their corrupt officials, are trying to distract, divert, or manipulate my global associates and I from getting too close to any of their corruption allies.
