00:04A time in my career where I felt the most successful. I would say honestly right now
00:10when I was younger that time in my life with Victorious and all of that was just crazy.
00:15But right now it's really nice to be able to kind of have the creative freedom that I do and
00:20to be
00:20able to kind of pick and choose things that make sense for me right now and that I am excited
00:25about.
00:25So you know musically being able to do that and kind of just being able to write a song and
00:29put it out
00:30as I please is really empowering and really exciting. My first job was an Ovaltine commercial
00:37when I was eight years old. I ended up getting it and I was thrilled over the moon like it
00:42felt
00:43like this was my big break I was so excited and I was like the scrawniest little kid on set
00:47I had
00:47to wear this like soccer uniform that was like ten times too big for me but I was so happy
00:52and I just
00:53remember being on set thinking to myself like wow this is really something I could get used to
00:57doing. My first paycheck was probably when I was working on Zoey 101 and I remember a cast member
01:03and I went to some like little boutique and saw a shirt that I really liked that was like probably
01:11like 150 bucks or something and I'd never spent that much money on an item of clothing before so I
01:16think that was like the first time where I was like okay big spender here we go. So if I
01:22were to
01:22list some of my skills on a resume that make me unique I would say that I'm great at a
01:29game night
01:30I'm really good at this game called Scattergories it's one of my favorite games kind of crush at it
01:36not gonna lie I'm also really good at so you know when like you finish eating and you're putting your
01:43food away and you have to find the right Tupperware I'm really good at finding the perfect size Tupperware
01:47for the food so like it never goes over it's always just the right amount and then finding the lid
01:52that
01:52that's like a special skill of mine. Next career goal I guess would just be to continue making music
02:00and writing music and experimenting and pushing myself in that way and just you know work with
02:06people that I admire and that are gonna make me better I think is always the goal. What can you
02:11expect
02:12from my new music you can expect I think everything that I write comes from a pretty authentic and
02:18personal place and so you can expect some diaristic singer-songwriter type of songs but also just songs
02:26that make you feel good and make you want to move and dance and just have like a really chill
02:31vibe. Three
02:32people in my industry that I would love to work with that I look up to would definitely be Sara
02:38Bareilles
02:38she's always been one of my favorite artists she her voice is just magic to me and she's also an
02:44incredible actress would love to somehow work with her someday also Ray is another one of my favorite
02:50artists right now I just admire her so much as a songwriter and I just appreciate her so much as
02:55a
02:55performer she's so authentic and so real and it's it's really about the art and I really respect that a
03:01lot I would also say Greta Gerwig I just love every single film she's directed and she's has a great
03:07sense of
03:08humor and to work with a female director like her it would just be iconic where would I go for
03:15a power
03:16lunch this is maybe segwaying into more of a power dinner but one of my favorite restaurants in LA is
03:20a place called Koi definitely a great place to close a deal and have some good food that's it
