00:00Of course, we got some details on open AIs, fundamentals, on Anthropics fundamentals.
00:06We got the NVIDIA report.
00:07And of course, we got that long-awaited S1 disclosure from SpaceX.
00:12What, if anything, is most important to you right now?
00:15Well, you just threw out like everything that's important to me, right?
00:19And all in one thought.
00:21So yes, there's this convergence of sort of AI and space that, you know, is sort of led
00:27by SpaceX, but followed by NVIDIA and many of the other companies making hardware for
00:32the AI scalers.
00:33And so it's a really exciting time for technology when you think about the convergence of space
00:39and AI and data and connectivity.
00:42And S1 for, you know, SpaceX was one of the more interesting documents that I've read
00:47for a company in my lifetime.
00:50So I think it's a very aspirational company.
00:53And on the other side of the coin, you have NVIDIA, which is really just in the sweet
00:57spot of just profiting off the massive investment coming from all over into building, you know,
01:04AI systems and data centers.
01:06So it's a really unique time in technology history.
01:10And it almost feels very different than .com in that all these companies are so legitimate,
01:15where in .com, a lot of it was just, you know, BS.
01:19Yeah.
01:19Well, I am curious.
01:20Chris, I do want to zero in on NVIDIA because the thing that really jumped out at me was
01:23when they talked about how they're breaking out as a line item, both the data center revenue,
01:28but also this edge computing revenue, which let's face it right now, a tiny part of their
01:32business, less than 10% of revenue.
01:34But he was very clear on that conference call, as was Colette Kress, about how the idea that
01:38this is where the puck is moving and that, at least in their view, NVIDIA was still going
01:43to be the center of that the way it has been at the center of the LLM data center build
01:48out.
01:49And I think that was important to them to show that they're evolving as a business and
01:53not just sort of sitting on their laurels, raking it in on their, you know, chips and
01:58sort of like waiting for people to take their business.
02:01In fact, they're moving very rapidly to compete in the CPU space, which has been sort of this
02:07hot discussion, like Intel's all of a sudden going to be good at something again.
02:10And actually, you know, NVIDIA is literally looking to compete directly with all of its
02:16competitors.
02:17And so I actually think the competitors should be more scared of NVIDIA than NVIDIA needs
02:22to be scared of them because they're very good at what they do.
02:25But I also thought it was very interesting the way they broke out the data center revenue
02:28now from hyperscalers to other AI builders like Sovereign, robotics and such, because really
02:35what he's saying is we've made a lot of money off the Microsofts and such, but we're going
02:40to make a lot more money in the future as many different enterprises and governments want
02:44to build their own AI that aren't open systems like, you know, ChatGPT.
