00:30The Thunder and Suns, the first round presented by Popeyes.
00:34Oklahoma City begins its quest to become the NBA's first repeat champ since Golden State in 2017 and 2018.
00:44The last Western Conference repeat champ was also the Warriors over a five consecutive season span.
00:51They take on the Suns in the 1-8 matchup in the West.
00:55Phoenix, a team that wasn't supposed to be here.
00:57Supposed to be a rebuilding year, but 45 wins, they make it out of the play-in.
01:02The Lakers and Nuggets won their first-round games yesterday, Spurs-Blazers.
01:07Later tonight, our friends at NBC will have that game.
01:10And hi everybody, Dave Pasch, Doris Burke with Malika Andrews.
01:13Well, in a very short period of time, Shea Gilgis-Alexander has become one of the faces of the NBA.
01:19An MVP last year, a champion last year, and you can make the case, Doris, he is still ascending.
01:24You can. NBA greats are never satiated by success.
01:27So, how does that manifest?
01:29Well, the fourth straight year where Shea Gilgis-Alexander goes north of 30 points, but the first time in NBA
01:35history that a guard shoots 55% and consider.
01:39That is a guy at the top of the scouting report.
01:42In my opinion, he should be the back-to-back MVP.
01:45Yeah, Phoenix with a tall order, not just Shea Gilgis-Alexander, but Jalen Williams healthy, Chet Holmgren, an all-star
01:52this year.
01:52The Suns do have Devin Booker, who's been to the NBA Finals, and his career average in the playoffs in
01:58terms of scoring is eighth in NBA history as we look at our driven performance brought to you by Duncan.
02:03This is one of the well-studied, very cerebral basketball players who's highly skilled.
02:08So, eight times he has gone for 40 in just 47 career games.
02:13So, they need a number from him offensively, but he's got to lift up the guys around him.
02:18This is a jump-shot-heavy team and a guy who can do it at a very high level.
02:23And look at all the spots on the floor.
02:26Left side, right side, from distance, or at the rim.
02:29He's averaged 35.
02:31Jalen Green has got to put a number on the board for them to have any chance.
02:35Our starting lineups brought to you by Metro by T-Mobile.
02:39No Mark Williams, the starting center for Phoenix.
02:41He is hurt again, so it will be Iguodaro in the middle.
02:45Jordan Goodwin, who had a big game and a win for Phoenix against Oklahoma City during the regular season, along
02:51with Brooks, Green, and Booker.
02:53We'll see a lot of Dylan Brooks on Chet Holmgren.
02:56And then Sheikyo Desalexander, second in the league in scoring, fourth straight year, better than 30 points per game.
03:02The first player to do that since Michael Jordan.
03:05Holmgren, an all-star, likely an all-NBA player.
03:08He'll be 24 years of age in just a couple weeks.
03:12And after missing almost 50 games, Jalen Williams is back for the Thunder.
03:24Game two here, Wednesday, game one, underway at Paycom Center.
03:32Jalen Green, in his first year in Phoenix, he was the number two pick back in 2021 behind Cade Cunningham
03:38by Houston.
03:39The Suns moved on from Kevin Durant.
03:41They got Green and Brooks, and their team got better.
03:46Brooks, a career year.
03:48He starts the game with a three-point miss.
03:50Rebound, Hartenstein.
03:55Gilgis-Alexander spinning in the lane and kicks it out to Williams.
04:00Remarkable season broke, Oklahoma City, considering Williams a third-team All-NBA last year.
04:05Missed as much time as he did, yet the Thunder still won an NBA-best 64 games.
04:10Another missed three.
04:12Batted out by Godaro.
04:14Brooks will try it again.
04:15This one's good.
04:17So here's what's fascinating about this matchup.
04:20Oklahoma City is the best defensive team in the league, but their first priority is take away the paint.
04:25It's not an area Phoenix looks to exploit.
04:28They are a jump-shot-heavy team.
04:36Shot clock down to five.
04:38Brooks challenging Holmgren.
04:39Lost his footing and lost the ball.
04:41And out in space.
04:43Booker will take it himself for the easy two.
04:45It's 5-0 Phoenix.
04:46And the similarity between these two teams is they both excel on the defensive end.
04:52For Phoenix, just like Oklahoma City, they want to turn you over and let that lead them into offense.
04:58Phoenix, ninth in defense during the regular season.
05:01Oklahoma City, number one.
05:03Dort for three.
05:04And that's a good sign because he did not shoot it well during the regular season.
05:08Just 34%.
05:12But in April, he's been heating up about 48% from three this month.
05:17Good one from outside.
05:18Too strong.
05:19Rebound Dort.
05:24He'll look, just Alexander.
05:26That's a 180 as Goodwin tried to reach in and strip it.
05:30Got all ball.
05:32But then a foul is called, and Goodwin picks up his first, and the first foul in the game on
05:37either team.
05:41Shane Gilgis-Alexander.
05:42Дорис mentioned it, favorite to win MVP.
05:46There have been 15 players who have gone back-to-back winning MVP awards.
05:50Николай Jokic, the last to do it in 21 and 22.
05:54And there are any number of reasons why I think he's the MVP.
05:57I think, you know, obviously, significant time missed by key personnel on his team.
06:03He's not the only candidate to have experienced that.
06:06His defensive numbers, and I understand that, you know, he's probably taken the third best player.
06:11But all the defensive metrics for this guy, you know, are terrific.
06:16Like, he gives you incredible effort nightly on that end.
06:21It is just a million reasons, but they're the best team in a brutal Western Conference.
06:26Like, the consistency is insane to me with Shea Gilders, Alexander.
06:30Booker with the off-balance shot.
06:33He's got four points.
06:37Williams trying to drive on Brooks.
06:40Here's SGA now.
06:43On the baseline.
06:45Can't connect.
06:46One and done for the Thunder.
06:51Jalen Green, first time in his career with back-to-back 35-point games.
06:55An air ball on the floater.
06:58Getting downhill.
07:00Gildas Alexander stripped.
07:01Out of bounds will stay here.
07:03SGA thought he was fouled.
07:05Leading the league in free throw makes.
07:07Came on the air talking about this guy's ability in the playoffs.
07:10Tough shot maker.
07:11I like the non-whistle.
07:13Yeah, there's a little bit of contact, but great concentration by him.
07:17Veteran crew officiating today's game.
07:20Mark Davis, Sean Wright, and Mark Lindsey.
07:24Entry pass.
07:25Holmgren on the catch is fouled.
07:27Second foul on the Suns.
07:30And it's on Goodwin.
07:33So two quick wins against the former undrafted player out of St. Louis.
07:38You look at the makeup of this roster led by the head coach, Jordan Ott.
07:42They have a number of players that were undrafted that play key roles like Goodwin and Colin Gillespie.
07:48Gillespie about to check in.
07:50I mean, Gillespie's improvement has been incredible to me.
07:56And his shot-making is just absolutely invaluable to what they do offensively.
08:02Shaw Doris, that shot of Brian Gregory, the first-year general manager for the Suns.
08:07Long-time college assistant and head coach.
08:10Gets an opportunity to be an NBA GM.
08:12Done a very good job putting this group together.
08:15Holmgren from the free throw line.
08:16Ties it up at seven.
08:20First points for Chet Holmgren.
08:22A career-high 17 points per game.
08:25Gillespie's three swishes through.
08:27He can shoot it from deep.
08:28He comes right off that little screen.
08:31Shot ready.
08:33A franchise record 232.
08:37Eight threes for Gillespie during the regular season.
08:39Gilgis Alexander short on the spin and fire.
08:42He's over three from the floor to start the game.
08:46Defense!
08:48Defense!
08:49Nice defense by Holmgren.
08:52With the steal.
09:00Live ball turnovers, particularly those in the middle of the floor.
09:05That is absolute death against Oklahoma City.
09:08And Holmgren, an all-NBA defender among the leaders in blocks, got the steal.
09:12Great play by Jalen Green as Holmgren was trying to swat it.
09:15Green gets his first bucket.
09:17He's got unbelievable athletic burst.
09:19You saw it on the first step there.
09:22Four minutes gone by.
09:24Phoenix by three.
09:25Williams will pop for three.
09:26And it's good for Jalen Williams.
09:29So Goodwin going out forces everybody to step up a matchup.
09:33So their jobs defensively become much harder.
09:36Good steal.
09:36And Williams will take it himself.
09:39Five quick ones for Jalen Williams.
09:53And Williams is ruling the court brought to you by Burger King.
09:56And Oklahoma City has been waiting to get to today, these playoffs, all year long.
10:00And they arrive here in dominant fashion, combining for 132 wins over the last two seasons, which puts them in
10:08elite, dynastic company.
10:10And now the road to repeat begins.
10:12And Shep Holmgren told me he already feels the ways in which going for a second title is actually harder
10:17than going for the first.
10:19And to exemplify that, he took me back to the first two games of the season, where he said that
10:24he was talking to Shea Gilvis-Alexander.
10:26And they looked at each other in those games that went to overtime and said that the energy that they
10:31needed to exert, it was just not sustainable over the course of the season.
10:34Well, fast forward, and they rallied off a 24-1 start from there.
10:38But guys, Mark Dagonalt said that he is looking at this game one as an information-gathering session, Dave and
10:45DB.
10:45And part of that Malik, as Williams puts up an air ball, is because of how deep and versatile they
10:50are.
10:50They have such a great bench that some of the guys we see today we may not see in other
10:56games.
10:57As Holmgren takes a shot to the face from Dillon Brooks accidentally.
11:04Dave Nall wants him to look at it for a flagrant review, as that's the first foul in Brooks.
11:12So, bodied up by Jalen Williams, he goes to make the strip and catches all of Chet's chin.
11:19They will go to the monitor.
11:24Unnecessary physical act, but does it rise to the level of a flagrant one?
11:29We'll review this foul to see if it meets the criteria for a flagrant foul.
11:33Oh, that's Mark Davis in his 28th season as an NBA official, working his 219th NBA playoff game today.
11:43And Brooks, who's had a couple of run-ins with the Thunder in the last few seasons, including when he
11:48was with Houston two years ago,
11:51getting into the mix here in the first five minutes of the game.
11:53So, the first time it looks like he's absolutely making a play on the ball.
11:58So, this is the second swipe at the ball.
12:01Right.
12:02And I think, to your point, Doris, that's it.
12:05Initially live, full speed, it looked accidental.
12:08This looks a little more than that.
12:11That's correct.
12:11The first one looks like he's absolutely making a play on the ball.
12:14This one looks...
12:15Upon review, he's been determined that the contact above the shoulder was unnecessary,
12:20and, therefore, a flagrant foul, quality-one, will be assessed.
12:24So, two free throws.
12:26Two free throws, and OKC will take the ball out of the free throw line extended.
12:29Please reset the shot clock to 24.
12:31That's the right call, but make no mistake, okay?
12:34The edge this guy plays with changes every team that he plays on.
12:41Like, that's an appropriate call.
12:43It's unnecessary, really had no chance at it.
12:45But his presence and the way he approaches things has clearly had an impact on the culture.
12:53I think you saw four-time champions, Steve Kerr and Draymond Green,
12:58after that game was over, talk about Dylan Brooks
13:01and his influence on this group and its culture.
13:05Devin Booker told us the same thing when we sat down with him before the game today
13:09about how Dylan Brooks and the edge that he brings,
13:14along with the leadership that he brings, has been a big factor.
13:17But, obviously, there's no place for that in the game,
13:19where you look at how locked in Dylan Brooks is before the game.
13:22But if you're the Suns, you can't have that happen in a playoff game.
13:26Unnecessary play.
13:26And, obviously, you have a possibility of an injury when you do that to a guy's face.
13:33Well, listen, I think Charles Barkley said this pregame,
13:36we need points, not antics, from Dylan Brooks.
13:41There's a foul on Booker, so that's four on Phoenix.
13:44None yet on Oklahoma City.
13:48A 7-0 run right now by the Thunder.
13:50Now, I agree with Charles.
13:53Can I talk out of two sides of my mouth here and say, like, they need both.
14:00Antics may cross the line, but they need Dylan Brooks' physicality,
14:04his sort of willingness to try to get under people's skin.
14:08And what you're seeing from Phoenix early in this basketball game
14:11is a team that's not intimidated,
14:14a team that clearly has a rhythm from playing every other day now
14:18for the, whatever, third straight game.
14:21But they look confident and comfortable.
14:25Jalen Green has been in the playoffs.
14:27Devin Booker playing in his 48th career playoff game.
14:30Dylan Brooks, his 30th career playoff game.
14:34And the Thunder, one of the top free-throw shooting teams in the NBA,
14:37will be at the line for the remainder of the quarter
14:39with the Suns over the limit.
14:40If you look at our upcoming NBA playoff schedule,
14:43brought to you by Progressive tonight on NBC and Peacock.
14:46Game one, Detroit, Orlando, Portland, San Antonio.
14:49Game two tomorrow night, Cleveland, Toronto.
14:52Knicks, Hawks, Denver, Minnesota, all the home teams won game one
14:56from MorganNBA.com or visit the NBA app.
15:02So, no fouls committed by the Thunder,
15:05no free-throws attempted by Phoenix.
15:07Meanwhile, OKC is 6 of 6 at the line.
15:10Holmgren is 4 for 4.
15:12Nine straight Thunder points to take a 6-point lead.
15:17Booker doubled.
15:18That's an excellent Thunder defensive team.
15:20Gets deep in the lane.
15:21Lost the ball, but a foul.
15:24Going to go on Hartenstein.
15:26Boy, you can see how hard they make you work.
15:28They send him off a stagger screen, but look who's there.
15:33They got a little bit of a window up the stagger,
15:35but Isaiah is in the gap.
15:38He's in help.
15:39It allows Lou Dort to get back in front with great body position.
15:42They end up putting him at the free-throw line,
15:44but boy, does Oklahoma City work hard on the defensive end of the floor.
15:49Lou Dort, first-team all-defense last year.
15:52Again, we mentioned Holmgren.
15:54You got Kaysen Wallace, who led,
15:56couldn't even start a lot of the games,
15:59and led the NBA in steals.
16:00He's going to be all-defense.
16:04They work so well together, too.
16:06It's not just the individual defenders they have.
16:09Look at Alex Caruso.
16:10This guy last year didn't play a ton in the regular season.
16:13They don't win the championship without his defense
16:15in many of the rounds.
16:17I mean, it's cross-positional.
16:19He can card bigger guys.
16:21Think about the job he did in Game 7
16:22against Nikola Jokic in the Western Conference playoff lead-up.
16:28So Booker gets both free throws.
16:30Phoenix back within four.
16:31He's defending Holmgren right now, who lost his footing.
16:35Archstein cleans it up, though, inside.
16:37But you make a great point.
16:39Like, he's had, Booker's had that matchup
16:42for a couple of stretches here.
16:43This is an undersized Phoenix team,
16:46and so it skews your matchups.
16:48Green with an air ball and a triple try.
16:51The kick out by SGA.
16:53The three no good from Williams.
16:54And then Green fouled by Hartenstein.
16:56That's two quick ones against him.
17:02That's going to get Alice Caruso up and off the bench.
17:05Hartenstein will go out.
17:07Chet will toggle to the five.
17:09And you know what you don't lose with Chet at the five?
17:11Elite rim protection.
17:15Holmgren's second behind Wembenyama in blocks this year.
17:20He's been brilliant defensively, Chet Holmgren.
17:26Booker trying to get free, going around a number of screens.
17:29Midway point of the first quarter.
17:31Thunder up six.
17:32Booker again guarded by multiple defenders.
17:35That lob pass off target, but they're going to get Holmgren for a foul.
17:39He didn't look like much, but maybe down low.
17:42Got the leg clipping there of Iguodoro.
17:45His first foul, third team foul.
17:47No, it's exactly right.
17:48It was the lower body that sort of disengaged Iguodoro.
17:53Exactly right.
17:54So it makes it impossible to catch it.
18:01Phoenix, the eighth seed, came out of the play-in.
18:04They had the seventh best record in the West.
18:06Lost the play in opener against Portland and then beat Golden State two nights ago.
18:12Many of the Thunder starters have not played in about 11 days.
18:16They did not play the last couple games of the regular season.
18:19Great pass by Gildas Alexander.
18:21His third assist, Caruso with the finish.
18:23Yeah, Caruso is an excellent off-ball cutter.
18:26Just does such a good job finding gaps.
18:29Booker on the cut.
18:30Rejected by Holmgren.
18:34Gildas Alexander racing down court.
18:37Up and under move.
18:39And the score.
18:40Another Phoenix timeout.
18:46The Oklahoma City offense is humming.
18:49And the defense, not too shabby either by the Thunder.
18:52Chet goes to the five, folks.
18:54This is an elite defensive player.
18:56Comes over in health rotation.
18:58And then it triggers the fast break.
19:01Shea Gildas, downhill.
19:03Little craft and root to the bucket.
19:08NBA first round on ABC is presented by Popeyes.
19:12Love that chicken from Popeyes.
19:15And in part by Google.
19:19Who is making it look easy brought to you by Booking.com.
19:22You're going to need every bit of this for Devin Booker for the Suns to have a chance in this
19:26series.
19:27He's eighth all-time in NBA playoff scoring average.
19:30He's got six points already.
19:31He's been a staple with the Suns all 11 years with Phoenix.
19:35And he told us before the game, he was part of the hiring process.
19:38He was able to meet with each head coach for about 30 minutes.
19:41And he really liked Jordan Ott's creativity.
19:43Ott, a 12-year NBA assistant.
19:46Former manager at Penn State.
19:48Video coordinator at Michigan State.
19:50First-time NBA head coach.
19:52Here's Booker for three.
19:54A round and out.
19:55Rebound home grip.
19:56Booker talked about how different coaching is at this point from even when he entered the league.
20:04I thought this about Devin Booker.
20:06Only he and Giannis Antetokounmpo have averaged at least 25 points per game for eight straight seasons.
20:16But right now the Suns on a three-and-a-half-minute drought.
20:19A 15-2 Thunder run.
20:21Highsmith checking into the game.
20:23He's short on the triple try.
20:28Dildas Alexander.
20:30Four points, three assists early on.
20:33That one falls off the rim.
20:34Rebound Highsmith.
20:36Got a lot of playoff experience from his time in Miami.
20:43The additions that Phoenix made in the offseason, they did bring in a lot of guys with postseason experience,
20:48including Brooks, who has the ball now.
20:49He switches hands but missed the layup.
20:52Rebound Highsmith.
20:57Brooks picking up that flagrant one, so he's getting booed by the Thunder crowd.
21:01He missed the shot.
21:02The drought continues.
21:04The Suns now shooting 29%.
21:07Oklahoma City took a 15-2 run to get to this place.
21:12Can they add to it here?
21:14A.J. Mitchell on the floor.
21:16Barely played in the playoffs last year.
21:18He was one of the most improved players when healthy in the NBA this year.
21:21And now a big part of the rotation.
21:24Holmgren rises up.
21:25Can't knock down the three, but there's Mitchell with a second chance opportunity.
21:31Great find, but the miss.
21:33Holmgren there with the putback after Caruso couldn't finish the first time.
21:39And the lack of size for Phoenix is an issue right now.
21:43Came out on the last break.
21:44They were six for nine in the paint.
21:46There's another paint delivery.
21:49And on this end, the Suns have missed eight in a row.
21:52That ends, though, on the three by Jalen Green.
21:56Listen, he can be a hot and cold guy.
21:58We talked about coming in in the two play-ins.
22:00He's averaging over 35 points per game.
22:03You know, Jalen Green can't have a night where he goes three for 14.
22:06Like, they need efficient, high-level shot making.
22:12Mitchell driving, puts on the break.
22:14Shot clock inside of 10.
22:15Mitchell through the lane.
22:16Has it blocked by Green, but it ends up in the hands of Holmgren
22:19for his easiest bucket, maybe, of the year.
22:23I mean, look at how small the Phoenix Suns are playing.
22:27Not a single big.
22:3110.6 rebounds, a block already for Holmgren.
22:34Green can't hit the three.
22:36Loose ball out of bounds will stay here with the Suns.
22:41Well, I talked about Alex Caruso's cutting.
22:44So, he's opportunistic, but Chet hanging around the rim.
22:50Here's the block shot by Jalen Green, but another opportunistic bucket.
22:54Couple in a row for Chet.
22:58They'll get a breather here.
22:59Dort also to the bench.
23:02Jalen Williams checking into the game for the Thunder,
23:04along with Kaysen Wallace.
23:06Booker driving on Caruso.
23:08Excellent help by Jalen Williams.
23:10They force another turnover.
23:16Gildas Alexander with the step-through and kick-out.
23:19Swing to the corner.
23:21Caruso's three.
23:21No good.
23:2711-point lead for the Thunder,
23:29despite just four points for Gildas Alexander.
23:32And they're going to say a foul on the floor.
23:34No basket by Booker.
23:36Although Mark Davis may come over to Mark Lindsay
23:38and have a conversation.
23:39Did look like it was continuation,
23:42as the foul was called on Mitchell, his first.
23:45We'll get a second look at this.
23:46I agree.
23:46I thought he was in his gathering
23:48and ready to go up with that.
23:51And they will change it.
23:52It is a successful field goal in the active shooting.
23:56So one free throw for Booker.
23:57He's got eight points so far.
23:59And for Jordan Haidt,
24:01you are missing a couple of key guys.
24:04Mark Williams,
24:06their starting center on the bench.
24:08He's got some health issues.
24:10Grayson Allen,
24:11a player who is taking over eight threes
24:14and gives him legit threat
24:15from deep.
24:17Now he's available,
24:19but I think Malika Andrews telling us earlier
24:21it's sort of a tap the glass,
24:23break the glass,
24:25emergency only situation for Grayson Allen.
24:30This is really the first time
24:31either team has been
24:33close to healthy
24:34and the Suns still aren't at 100%.
24:37Extra possession.
24:39Williams for three.
24:40No good.
24:41Caruso goes flying in there
24:42to get the rebound
24:43and keeps the play alive.
24:45That's what he does.
24:49What a handle by Gilgis Alexander
24:51and then goes to the left of the lane.
24:54He is something else.
24:56And then, first of all,
24:57the turnovers,
24:58the domination on the glass
25:00by Oklahoma City.
25:03Done on the cut,
25:05lost the handle,
25:06ripped away by Jalen Williams.
25:09About an 11-second difference
25:11in the game in shot clocks.
25:15Gilgis Alexander,
25:16fouled by Dunn.
25:18Well, he knew exactly
25:19when that contact was coming,
25:21anticipates it so well,
25:22and he'll go to the line.
25:24And they're sending
25:25and they're sending
25:25any number of guys.
25:26Goodwin obviously
25:27in foul trouble,
25:28which means your stars
25:28are going to step up.
25:30Well, Booker going to try
25:31to deal with his ability
25:32to get downhill.
25:33Shea is an elite driver.
25:35Booker does a good job
25:36in that instance
25:36forcing a contest,
25:38but then you've got
25:39to do it nightly,
25:40and you've got to do it
25:40possession after possession,
25:42and that left-hand finish
25:43is tough.
25:48Shea Gilgis Alexander
25:49last year became
25:50the fourth player ever
25:52to win MVP
25:53in the regular season,
25:54finals MVP,
25:55and the scoring title
25:56in the same year.
25:57And now has a chance
25:59to be a back-to-back champion
26:00and a back-to-back MVP.
26:02And if they get that far,
26:04obviously a run
26:05at the finals MVP.
26:06So Michael Jordan
26:07had the record
26:08for guards who averaged
26:1030 points and,
26:11you know, 50% shooting.
26:13I think Michael was
26:1453.9.
26:15Shea tops that this year
26:17at 55%.
26:18I mean,
26:20it's nightly,
26:21he's not only getting
26:22the best defensive player,
26:24they're shading,
26:25they're gapping him,
26:26they're trying to keep him
26:27off the free throw line,
26:29but like a metronome,
26:31Shea just keeps
26:32that rhythm.
26:34One second difference
26:35in the clocks.
26:36Here at the end
26:37of the first quarter,
26:38Caruso hounding Green
26:39with three to shoot.
26:40Green trying to create
26:41some airspace,
26:42lost his footing,
26:43but a foul is called
26:45on Caruso
26:45that will send
26:46Green to the line.
26:49First on Caruso.
26:52This guy is just
26:53such an excellent
26:55defensive player.
26:56And again,
26:57it can be cross-positional.
26:59So now on the switch,
27:00he stops Jalen Green.
27:01Now watch the pressure apply.
27:03And I know this is going
27:04to end up in a foul,
27:05but their ability
27:07to come at you
27:08with any number,
27:09as you mentioned,
27:10Kaysen Wallace
27:11in all defensive level.
27:13Caruso, you know,
27:14not playing enough minutes
27:15or healthy enough
27:17all year to be
27:18an all-defense guy.
27:19Chet Holmgren in the front
27:21court, elite.
27:22Shea Gildas Alexander
27:24battles.
27:25Lou Dort,
27:26all defensive.
27:26Like, it's player
27:28after player
27:29after player
27:30with great defensive
27:31intensity and skill.
27:32They go out
27:33in the middle
27:34of the season
27:34and acquire
27:35Jared McCain,
27:36who was with Philadelphia,
27:37who last year,
27:38before he got hurt,
27:39was looking like
27:40rookie of the year.
27:42And there's Sam Presti,
27:43the outstanding general manager,
27:45as good as any
27:45in sports right now.
27:46Plus, they get another
27:47first-round pick this year
27:49with that Paul George trade
27:51still giving and giving
27:52to the Thunder
27:53with the Clippers
27:53missing out on the playoffs.
27:55They got another
27:56first-round pick
27:56in the lottery.
28:00Like a 1% chance
28:02to get the number one pick
28:03for the Thunder.
28:052.7 left.
28:08Baseball pass down court.
28:10Holmgren on the catch.
28:11Gets it away in time.
28:13And hits!
28:14At the buzzer!
28:21The pass on target.
28:24Holmgren with great awareness
28:26knowing exactly how much time he had.
28:28And then the hit
28:29at the horn
28:30to push the lead
28:32to 15 after one.
28:3513 first quarter points.
28:38This presentation
28:39of the NBA playoffs
28:40and ABC
28:41presented by Google
28:42will continue
28:42after this message
28:43and a word
28:44from our ABC stations.
28:48to Oklahoma City
28:50for the first round
28:50presented by Popeyes
28:52here with Dylan Brooks.
28:53And Dylan,
28:53before the game,
28:54Jordan Ott
28:54emphasized the importance
28:56collectively
28:56of taking care of the ball
28:58and defending
28:58without fouling.
28:59Where can you be
29:00more disciplined there
29:01as a group?
29:01We haven't been doing
29:02a good job
29:03in the first quarter.
29:04We've got to settle
29:05in a little bit.
29:06I think we're getting
29:06good looks,
29:07just missing them.
29:08But, you know,
29:09we've got to challenge
29:10ourselves on a defensive end.
29:11Without Mark Williams,
29:12which creates some size
29:14mismatches for you all here,
29:15how do you maintain
29:16the fight that you had
29:17all year
29:18knowing that you're down a man?
29:19Got a scrap
29:20that we've been doing all year.
29:22We've got guys out all year.
29:23We've got to figure it out
29:24each quarter,
29:25each possession,
29:26and play together.
29:27Dylan, thank you very much.
29:29DB, Dave, back to you.
29:30Well, it's now a 17-point deficit
29:32after that ferocious finish
29:34by Hartenstein.
29:36Phoenix trying to
29:37get some size on the floor,
29:39so come on, Malawach,
29:40the rookie out of Duke,
29:41checking in.
29:43So they run Jalen Williams
29:45off a staggered screen.
29:47He's got the ball
29:48in his left hand.
29:48He's getting downhill.
29:49He's got his shoulders turned,
29:51and then it becomes
29:52an easy alley-oop pass.
29:56Points in the paint now,
29:5720-6 in favor of the Thunder.
29:59Yeah, they lit him up inside.
30:02There's very little side.
30:04That's why you go to Malawach
30:05here, because you're just
30:07looking for answers,
30:08and you don't have many options.
30:11Gillespie with two to shoot,
30:12gets it away in time,
30:13and connects on his
30:14second three-pointer.
30:17Was part of the Denver team
30:18that won the championship
30:19a few years ago,
30:20but didn't play,
30:21and then really didn't play
30:22with Phoenix until late last year.
30:25Then terrific this season, though.
30:28As Hartenstein caught
30:29Royce O'Neal upstairs,
30:31they may need to go to the monitor
30:32to look at that one as well.
30:33Got a flagrant on Dylan Brooks
30:35in the first quarter
30:36for a shot to the face
30:37of Chet Holmgren,
30:38and now Brooks is saying,
30:39hey, you guys got to look
30:40at that one against Hartenstein,
30:42who picks up the personal.
30:44His third.
30:48officials are not going to the monitor,
30:50at least not yet.
30:51Brooks is pleading with Mark Davis,
30:53saying that Hartenstein was flailing.
31:00Hartenstein was saying,
31:01they are going to maybe go take a look.
31:02Hartenstein was saying that he was pushed.
31:06He definitely saw the left arm extend
31:08of Royce O'Neal above the neck
31:10of Hartenstein,
31:11but then the question is,
31:12is that necessary,
31:13or by Hartenstein,
31:16or accidental?
31:16We'll review this foul
31:17to see if it meets the criteria
31:18for a flagrant foul.
31:31Well, I mean,
31:33would Royce ever be called
31:34for a foul here first?
31:38With the push off
31:39with the left arm?
31:40I mean, that's...
31:40This is not being challenged, though,
31:42by Mark Dagnall.
31:46Watch Royce
31:47with the left arm first.
31:49Unless you would consider
31:50that to be flagrant
31:52against O'Neal.
31:53They can't just
31:54change it to a personal
31:55on O'Neal
31:56unless it's a challenge.
31:56They could rule it
31:57as a flagrant, though,
31:58but it didn't appear to be
32:00by O'Neal.
32:01I don't think it's...
32:02It was a flagrant
32:04by any stretch
32:04of the imagination.
32:08On O'Neal, I'm saying.
32:10Yeah.
32:12That was different
32:14than the Dylan Brooks,
32:15but it still may rise
32:16to the level of flagrant.
32:17to determine
32:18that the defender flail
32:19with unnecessary contact
32:21above the shoulder
32:21into the face of Royce.
32:23Therefore, this would be
32:24ruled a flagrant foul
32:25killing a one.
32:27So two free throws
32:28in possession
32:28for Phoenix
32:29trying to get back
32:30in this game.
32:38Good call.
32:40Unnecessary physical contact.
32:42The flail by Hartstein.
32:43Three fouls.
32:44He'll have to sit down
32:45with 10-34 to go
32:46in the second quarter.
32:51And Royce O'Neal.
32:5471% free throw shooter
32:56and the Suns struggling
32:57as a team at the line.
32:58Just three for six
32:59so far in the game.
33:02Ninth season for O'Neal.
33:04A lot of playoff experience.
33:0548 prior postseason games.
33:08Many of those
33:08with the Utah Jazz.
33:10He was a critical piece
33:11of those Utah Jazz teams.
33:13Played with Donovan Mitchell,
33:15obviously.
33:16Turned himself
33:17into a legitimate
33:18three-and-D guy.
33:20You could count on him
33:21to make shots.
33:22A lot of catch-and-shoot
33:23opportunities
33:24and an excellent defender.
33:28So one out of two
33:29for O'Neal.
33:32Green driving.
33:33Stops.
33:34Turnaround.
33:35And he front-rimmed it.
33:36Rebound Jalen Williams.
33:38Green just two for six.
33:42Wallace penetrates.
33:43Pass Brooks.
33:44Kicks it out.
33:44Williams.
33:45No good on the three.
33:48Phoenix needs Jalen Green
33:49to get going.
33:50He's had a lot of
33:51ups and downs
33:52as you look at his numbers
33:53over the course of his career.
33:54He's fouled here by Joe.
33:59That's his first.
34:01Team foul number two.
34:03But Green's had some big games.
34:05He had a big game
34:06in the playoffs
34:07with Houston last year
34:08at 38 in game two
34:09in their first round
34:10loss for the Warriors.
34:11Problem was in the other games
34:12he didn't do much offensively.
34:15He lost the ball here.
34:16Turns it over.
34:21Mitchell steps into a three.
34:24A.J. Mitchell
34:26with his first basket.
34:28They just
34:29they have incredible
34:30optionality
34:31and incredible depth
34:33in Oklahoma City.
34:35Jalen Williams
34:36is their third big
34:37so when they downsize
34:38this guy comes in
34:40at the center spot
34:41and can play it
34:42at a high level.
34:4513-2 points off
34:47turnovers now
34:48in favor of the Thunder.
34:49Mitchell same spot.
34:51Same result.
34:52Back-to-back plays
34:53for A.J. Mitchell.
34:56Largest lead
34:57for the Thunder
34:58at 19.
34:59If you want to know
35:00in what way
35:01Oklahoma City
35:01is different
35:02and better
35:03than a season ago
35:04that is one big answer
35:06right there.
35:07A.J. Mitchell.
35:08Another Phoenix turnover.
35:09Williams
35:10no look to Wallace
35:11with a slam.
35:12Timeout Phoenix.
35:24Delivered by Papa Johns.
35:26So the pairing
35:27of Holmgren
35:27and SGA
35:28went to the bench.
35:29So your
35:30others step in.
35:32I think that's what
35:32Shaq calls them.
35:34Into transition
35:35A.J. Mitchell
35:36one of the dynamic
35:37players that now
35:38elevates
35:39and deepens
35:40this roster.
35:41little handoff
35:42by Jalen Williams
35:44but the calling card
35:46folks
35:46is the defense.
35:48They swarm
35:49and if you turn it over
35:50in a live ball situation
35:52they are breathing
35:53down your neck
35:54in transition.
35:56Great running
35:56on the floor
35:57by Kaysen Wallace.
35:59And J. Will
36:00the other Jalen Williams
36:01has four steals
36:02in three minutes.
36:03He just saw one of them.
36:06They have 15 points
36:07off turnovers
36:088-0 run
36:09all by the bench
36:10as you mentioned
36:11both Holmgren
36:12and SGA
36:12on the pine
36:13right now.
36:16The lead is 21
36:18three minutes
36:18gone by
36:19in the second quarter.
36:20Does Phoenix
36:20have an answer?
36:22Booker has doubled
36:22he'll swing it
36:23to Goodwin
36:24and Goodwin
36:25three is off the mark.
36:28One and done
36:29for Phoenix again.
36:31And when you get
36:32clean looks like that
36:33those are the shots
36:34you have to have.
36:36Williams brought
36:37the ball high
36:38and is able
36:39and is able to put it in.
36:43This is going to be
36:44a monumental challenge
36:46for a Phoenix team
36:47that overachieved
36:49this season.
36:49They played Wednesday,
36:51they played Friday,
36:52they tip at
36:532-30 local.
36:55They are outmanned.
36:57Jay Dove with the slot.
36:59Here come the Thunder again.
37:01Joe short on the three.
37:03Rebound Brooks.
37:06Now the Suns actually
37:07beat the Thunder twice
37:08during the regular season.
37:10One of only three teams
37:11to do that
37:11but one of the wins
37:12was the last game of the year
37:13when nobody played
37:15for either team.
37:16Devin Booker
37:17beat the Thunder
37:17back in January
37:18on a 35-footer
37:20with under a second to go.
37:25Jaylen Williams penetrates.
37:27It falls off the rim
37:28but he's fouled
37:29and he'll shoot two.
37:32Let's watch the work
37:33that happens
37:34from Jay Dove.
37:38Stood up in the paint
37:39by Jay Will.
37:40That allows recovery
37:42by Jay Dove.
37:44He's going to let
37:46Dylan Brooks know.
37:47You're going to score
37:48in the paint on us.
37:49It's going to be
37:50very, very challenging.
37:52Second foul on Brooks
37:53and Jaylen Williams
37:55at the line.

38:05Jaylen Williams told us
38:06pregame,
38:07I'm 100%
38:08for the first time
38:09this year.
38:10Hamstring injury
38:11cost him
38:11about a month
38:13and a half
38:15in February and March
38:16and then of course
38:17the wrist surgery
38:18that he had to have
38:19after the finals
38:20last year
38:20when he missed
38:21the first 19 games
38:22of this season.
38:26Jay Will's
38:27health defense
38:28cutting off those
38:29drives
38:30is elite.
38:33With two on the timer
38:35contested shot
38:36by Brooks
38:37Wallace out of there
38:38with it.
38:38Suns three
38:39for their last 20.
38:41Joe rises up
38:43can't get the three
38:44backside board
38:45for O'Neal.
38:45The 25-point lead.
38:48The Suns have just
38:4824 points
38:50in 17 minutes play
38:52but they get two
38:52here on the floater
38:54from Goodwin.
38:55Goodwin just referencing
38:56the wins they had.
38:57That one win
38:58on January 17th.
39:00Goodwin went
39:00for eight threes.
39:02They made shots.
39:03They beat Oklahoma City
39:04on the offensive glass.
39:08Goodwin knocks it away.
39:10It'll stay with the thunder.
39:15You mentioned this
39:16the Suns overachieved.
39:17Last year
39:18they were 10 games
39:18under 500.
39:19They moved on
39:20from Kevin Durant.
39:21Jalen Green
39:22Dylan Brooks
39:23part of that trade
39:23with Houston.
39:24Nobody thought
39:25the Suns would be
39:27even in the conversation
39:28for the playoffs.
39:29There's Matt Ishby
39:29the owner
39:30and they started hot
39:32and then down the stretch
39:33did not play as well
39:34but they had a lot
39:36of injuries
39:36this year
39:37as Jordan Nott
39:38is going to challenge
39:40the ruling on the floor.
39:47With 6.54 to go
39:48in the second quarter
39:50back to OKC
39:51in a moment.
39:57This is off
39:58at the very end
39:59off the fingertips
40:00of Jalen Williams
40:01out of bounds
40:02Phoenix ball
40:03but the Suns down 23.
40:05Meanwhile
40:05Alex Caruso
40:06of the Thunder
40:07is mic'd up today.
40:13Come on
40:1448 minutes together
40:15let's get this down
40:15the whole
40:161-0-3-1-2-3
40:27they're treating our makes
40:28like transition
40:29right
40:29we got caught a couple
40:30times
40:30the cross match
40:31ball goes in
40:32we got to know
40:33next play
40:33Cheddar
40:34Cheddar go
40:34go Chet
40:35it stops
40:36those are free chances
40:37to get downhill
40:38into the paint
40:43Caruso a sensational
40:45defensive player
40:46but also last year
40:47offensively in the finals
40:48he had two 20-point games
40:50Wallace with the slam
40:51off the alley-o
40:52pass from Williams
40:53the onslaught continues
40:56their speed
40:57changing ends
40:59is ridiculous
41:03it's a 25-point lead
41:05Brooks
41:06no good
41:06off the heel
41:07batted out by
41:08Godaro
41:09Booker pulls up
41:11and scores
41:13Booker the first son
41:14in double figures
41:15yeah you've got to be
41:15opportunistic
41:16if you're going to
41:17compete
41:18every 50-50 ball
41:20get to the
41:20offensive window
41:24Williams downhill
41:25stripped by Godaro
41:28out of bounds
41:29we'll stay with the
41:29Thunder
41:29this is who the
41:30Thunder is
41:31their signature
41:32is their defensive
41:32pressure
41:33Kaysen Wallace
41:33you said it
41:34leads the league
41:35in steals and
41:36deflections
41:36and then his ability
41:38to sprint the floor
41:39it's not the first time
41:40his speed has made
41:41an impact
41:4422 years of age
41:46Kaysen Wallace
41:47like so many of
41:48these Thunder players
41:49as a foul is called
41:50here
41:50they're going to
41:51get Jalen Williams
41:52on the screen
41:53he's shaking up too
41:54holding his right ankle
41:58can we just go back
41:59to that like Alex
42:00Caruso sound
42:01to me
42:03it's
42:04it's such an
42:05important skill
42:06and the communication
42:08he provides
42:08is observational
42:10from when he's
42:11sitting there
42:12versus tactical
42:13when he steps
42:14between the lines
42:15and coach has told us
42:17like it's another
42:17coach on the floor
42:18for me
42:19you know he's
42:20telling Chet
42:20when to go
42:21and to help
42:22calling out screens
42:23they're just
42:24and Mike Krzyzewski
42:26used to say this
42:26all the time
42:27like communication
42:28is as valuable
42:29a basketball skill
42:30as you can have
42:31and one thing
42:32that's notable
42:34it's not
42:34to me it's team wide
42:35because you know
42:36who are excellent
42:36communicators
42:37on the Sokohama City team
42:39they're five men
42:40both Chet
42:41and Isaiah
42:42from that look
42:44little anchor spot
42:45have been exceptional
42:46communicating
42:49following case
42:50and Wallace
42:51his first
42:54and the third
42:55on the Thunder
42:55in the quarter
42:59Booker
43:00tough shot
43:01with Wallace
43:02defending beautifully
43:03now Wallace
43:04up ahead
43:05but the Suns
43:06get back
43:07Williams
43:08driving kick
43:09Holmgren
43:10got Brooks
43:11off the speed
43:11but didn't
43:12let it fly
43:15Williams
43:16trying to cross
43:17over Iguodaro
43:18jump shot
43:18on the baseline
43:19swishes home
43:20for Williams
43:21and since he returns
43:23like I've been
43:24impressed with his
43:26passing game
43:26but he
43:27that's secondary
43:28ball handling
43:29skill critical
43:31Dylan Brooks
43:32knocks down
43:32a three
43:33he's just two
43:34for ten
43:35from the floor
43:38and now
43:39we've got a timeout
43:40by Mark Dagnall
43:41still a 22 point lead
43:43for the Thunder
43:44but
43:45Jalen Williams
43:46was shaken up
43:46and just went back
43:48to the locker room
43:49for the Thunder
43:53shaken up on this play
43:56you'll see his
43:58right ankle turn
44:00there
44:00as Devin Booker
44:01was coming around
44:02defensively
44:03Jay Will went back
44:04to the locker room
44:05for the Thunder
44:07I hope that's just
44:08a retape
44:09he was up on his
44:09tippy toes
44:10and the contact
44:11by Booker's foot
44:13just twisted that
44:16Williams had a
44:17very good season
44:17in his fourth year
44:18out of Arkansas
44:20whether it was
44:21as a starter
44:21or coming off the
44:22bench
44:23a career high
44:23in scoring
44:24a very solid
44:25three point threat
44:26as well as
44:27excellent defender
44:28Gildas Alexander
44:29fouled by Jalen Green
44:31his first
44:31and SGA
44:32goes back to the line
44:33where he is
44:33four for four
44:34so far in the game
44:40Gildas Alexander
44:41who was almost
44:42a Phoenix Sun
44:43you think about
44:44that great
44:442018 draft
44:46that included
44:46Luka Doncic
44:47and Jalen Brunson
44:48the Phoenix Suns
44:49and then general
44:50manager Ryan McDonough
44:51were set to take
44:52Gildas Alexander
44:54at number 10
44:54but ownership
44:55which is different
44:56ownership
44:57now
44:58Robert Sarver
45:00said nope
45:00we're going to take
45:01Mikkel Bridges instead
45:02so the group
45:04was overruled
45:05Gildas Alexander
45:06goes the next pick
45:07to Charlotte
45:08traded on draft night
45:09to the Clippers
45:10and then one year leader
45:11traded to the Thunder
45:12and the rest is history
45:13obviously I don't think
45:15anyone could have
45:15predicted the kind of
45:16player Shea Gildas Alexander
45:18has turned himself into
45:19what I think that story
45:21draws into focus
45:22is something you hear
45:24Steve Kerr talk about
45:25all the time
45:25which is complete
45:29alignment organizationally
45:31across levels
45:32and it starts with
45:33ownership
45:34and goes to management
45:35through to the coaching
45:36staff
45:37everybody's vision
45:38of what you're doing
45:39has got to be the same
45:40when it exists
45:41success is possible
45:43when it does not exist
45:46obviously the results
45:47are a lot tougher
45:48to come by
45:49here in Oklahoma City
45:51they are completely
45:53aligned
45:53yeah that's a big reason
45:55why
45:56great shot there
45:57Presti in the background
45:58and Dagnalt
45:58Mark Dagnalt's told us
45:59many times how easy
46:01his job is
46:02because of
46:02Sam Presti just letting
46:04him do his thing
46:05and doing his own work
46:06and trusting Dagnalt
46:07vice versa
46:08and that's why they've been
46:10record-wise the best team
46:11in the league
46:12the last three years
46:13and trying to win
46:14their second straight
46:14championship
46:15the last team to do that
46:17the Warriors
46:18in 2017-2018
46:22they have a 24-point lead
46:24in game one
46:25game two is Wednesday
46:26back here at Paycon Center
46:29got kicked by Mitchell
46:31Shea Curtis Alexander
46:33just battled Dylan Brooks
46:35from the free throw line
46:36he was trying to play
46:38bully ball Brooks
46:39and get Shea
46:41buried in the restricted area
46:43and Shea battled him
46:44every step of the way
46:48officials
46:49having a conversation here
47:03Mark Dagnalt
47:04I mean Mark Davis
47:06trying to communicate
47:07with Mark Lindsay
47:07about how you can hear
47:09each other in here
47:11Booker
47:11kicks it out to Brooks
47:16Green's three-pointer
47:17no good
47:18rebound
47:19Iguodaro
47:20just six points
47:22for Jalen Green
47:22after 71
47:23in the two play-in games
47:25Brooks fouled
47:26and count the basket
47:27a four-point chance
47:29for Dylan Brooks
47:30we were talking about
47:31in their win in January
47:33they got to the
47:34offensive glass
47:34also now
47:36on a couple of
47:37straight possessions
47:38gets them a second chance
47:40opportunity
47:40and off that
47:41offensive window
47:43everybody's spaced out
47:44Shea Gildas Alexander
47:46tries to challenge
47:47the three
47:47and Dylan the villain
47:49just wants to make sure
47:50the Oklahoma City crowd
47:51hears from him
47:53Devin Booker
47:54told us before the game
47:55the way Brooks
47:57is on the floor
47:58he is the complete
47:59opposite
48:00off of it
48:01but he has embraced
48:03the Dylan the villain
48:03role
48:04and just flips a switch
48:05when he takes the court
48:08pull-up jumper
48:09Gildas Alexander
48:10and another foul
48:11this is on Brooks
48:13his third
48:14back to the line
48:15goes SGA
48:21Swaps the intensity
48:22of Dylan Brooks
48:23and the futility
48:24of trying to contend
48:25with Shea Gildas Alexander
48:27who showed you his eyes
48:29before the game
48:29he's locked in
48:30but if you allow Shea
48:32to get to that mid-range
48:33and then follow through
48:34with contact
48:35he's going to live
48:36right here
48:38a one-time
48:39mild-mannered
48:40score at Oregon
48:41that's what he was
48:42now he was intense
48:43Dane Allman
48:44said many times
48:45I could let Dylan
48:46run the team
48:46they made it to the
48:47final four that year
48:48because of his leadership
48:49but he was a scorer
48:50that's how he came
48:51into the league
48:51they just weren't sure
48:53if he was good enough
48:54defensively
48:55think about that
48:55that's incredible to me
48:57I mean you showed me
48:58pictures of him
48:59at Oregon
49:00he looks like a totally
49:01different guy
49:03first missed free throw
49:04for the Thunder
49:05as a team
49:06they're now 13 of 14
49:07their lead is 21
49:09Booker from about 13 feet
49:11around and out
49:12tapped out by Iguodaro
49:14another second chance
49:15opportunity
49:16Brooks walks into a three
49:18that one's no good
49:19batted out again
49:20Iguodaro is doing work
49:22right now
49:22I love it
49:23look at this
49:24so this is about Iguodaro
49:26and the persistence
49:27on the window
49:28that's creating
49:29listen
49:30you've got it
49:31their defense is so good
49:32you're going to have to have
49:33a night on the offensive window
49:35to give yourself
49:36more of a chance
49:41on the switch
49:42Iguodaro's got
49:43Kildas Alexander
49:44he'll take the three
49:46long rebound
49:46Mitchell
49:48now Kildas Alexander
49:50drives
49:50Eurostep
49:51bank is good
49:52I mean he
49:54he's facing his bench
49:56and didn't look like
49:58he was on balance
49:59he gets that to go
50:00ridiculous
50:0113 points now
50:02he averaged 31 per game
50:04second in the NBA
50:05behind Luka Doncic
50:08and now we've got a whistle
50:09and a foul with Dort
50:10and Brooks getting tangled up
50:12they're going to call it on Dort
50:15free throws for Brooks
50:16penalty situation
50:27why is that on Dort
50:28that's his point
50:29he's like hey
50:30hey
50:30he's being physical with me
50:32I'm returning the favor there
50:37Brooks gets the first free throw
50:38now has 11 points
50:44just like a play on
50:45play on
50:46as physical as
50:48the playoffs are
50:52Brooks now with
50:54eight and a quarter
50:54he's trying to keep
50:55Phoenix
50:57within
50:57striking distance
50:59just to me
51:00like
51:00how are you determining
51:01who initiated that
51:03Brooks was
51:03being as physical
51:05with Dort
51:05as Dort
51:06was back
51:09team high
51:1012 points for Brooks
51:11Booker with 10
51:1213 for Holmgren
51:14and 13 for Gilgis Alexander
51:16SGA now into the lane
51:17and the midrange shot
51:19is no good
51:19rebound to Godaro
51:20he's got eight rebounds
51:23getting to start at center
51:25because of the injury
51:26to Mark Williams
51:27on the cut
51:28Brooks
51:29misfire
51:30trying to hit
51:32Booker
51:32on the baseline
