September 1992, I had recorded a backing track using Juno-6 arpeggio & Korg MS-10 Bass, then improvised a guitar solo on a a second tape deck, then added more Juno on the 3 layer back to the first machine. These parts were mixed & couldn't be separated, however the original 2 instrument layer was on the other side of the cassette and I was able to mostly separate the two instruments. This enabled me to add some delays to the Juno arp sound in places and variable amounts of Stereo Juno Chorus to the MS-10 Bass sound ... I then meticulously re-recorded my original 1992 guitar improvisation, then I had to process that guitar layer about 10 times over to get close to the original's tone and precise pitching (pitching it only slightly higher than normal as I tend to do with my guitar sounds, then getting it to sound right). The seven take guitar solos I had recorded on video previously had their volumes turned down and with a load of reverb it sounded a bit like an ocean of floating guitar notes, so I mixed a small amount of that into it. I also added an intro into the track and bits of an eighth guitar layer that appears in places using my 'tracer fire' FX setup. The working files in the project total 6.86 Gigabytes.
