Check out this dramatic moment powerful storm winds rip part of a roof from a building and send it crashing into nearby power lines.
Geoff Glandt, from Fair Haven, New Jersey, USA, captured the intense scene near the Long Branch Skatepark in Long Branch, New Jersey on 20th May.
The video shows strong winds tearing debris, believed to be roofing or siding, from a nearby apartment building before launching it through the air.
As the camera follows the flying debris, the object collides with overhead power lines beside a neighbouring apartment complex.
The impact triggers a sudden explosion of bright sparks and electrical arcing, briefly lighting up the stormy sky.
Witnesses can be heard reacting in shock as the dramatic collision unfolds within seconds during the severe weather conditions.
Viewers were stunned by the footage in the comments.
