00:04So one of the things that you can actually go ahead and do in PowerPoint is create out your
00:09own custom ribbon tab as well with the settings and options that you want. So to do that over
00:16here in the ribbon area, you can simply go ahead and right click and then choose customize the
00:22ribbon. So once you go ahead and do that, this is what you have as you can see. So you
00:26got this
00:27dialog box and then over here what you can do is you can click on new tab. So here what
00:32you can
00:33simply do is you can go ahead and name the tab to whatever you like. For example, I can click
00:38on
00:38rename right here and type in simple tutorials right here just like this and I can press OK and
00:45then you will get that particular tab. Inside the tab, you can go ahead and add in let's say new
00:50groups right here so I can add in multiple groups and for each group, I can go ahead and rename
00:55and
00:56let's say for example choose a particular icon right here for the group and I can go ahead and
01:02name it as I want. So I'm just going to go around and say let's say rename it as tools
01:07one right here
01:09just like this. I'm going to go around over here rename and say tools two. You can go ahead and
01:14rename it out to whatever you want and you can go around over here and rename to tools three right
01:20here just like this. You can go around over here and rename to tools four right here and so forth.
01:26Apart from that, you can go around right here on the left hand side and choose from which tab you
01:32want
01:32to add the tools from. So you can go ahead on to all tabs, let's say for example and then
01:37you can go
01:37ahead and add in let's say for example these particular elements. So I'm just going to go around. You can
01:44see
01:44that I actually added in tabs instead of the tools. So I'm just going to go around over here onto
01:50file
01:50tab and then I'm going to go around over here and add these in right here just like this. So
01:56let's just
01:56go around over here add these in. I'm going to go around over here and add these in right here
02:02just
02:02like this. So I can go ahead and choose different tabs as you want right here just like this like
02:08for
02:08example in the main tab. I can go ahead and expand this out and I can go around over here
02:13and add
02:15these out right here just like this. So I'm going to go to the tools four as well and let's
02:20say for
02:20example go to uh let's say uh let's say another tab like file tab and then I'm going to go
02:26ahead and
02:27add these in. So now once you go ahead and do that and press ok under let's say for example
02:33simple
02:33tutorials you can see the tool one two three four and you got the tools right here. So you can
02:39go
02:39ahead and utilize let's say if you have certain tools that you keep on using then you can simply
02:45go ahead and create out a custom ribbon tab just like this and then go ahead and then use it
02:52out in
02:52PowerPoint. So I hope you found this video useful. Be sure to hit the like button. Don't forget to share
02:59this out with your friends and family and for more contents like these do follow simple tutorials.
