Andrea Krakovská isn't just a guitarist; she's an aerial guitarist. Watch as she performs a stunning cover of Joe Satriani's 'Always With Me, Always With You' while suspended upside down from aerial silks, a feat that Satriani himself called 'the most impressive' he's ever seen.

00:04Hi, I'm Andi. I recorded my own version of Joe Satriani's Always With Me, Always With You and
00:10then climbed 20 feet up the silk to play it in the air. This is the song that originally got
00:19me into instrumental guitar so it was a really special one for me to cover.
00:27I wanted to bring my own style to the track with guitar harmonies, heavier rhythm sections
00:32and if you listen close enough you can even hear additional background notes.
00:40For the music video I had a vision of these beautiful long flowing silks just floating
00:46in the wind. This was actually my first time ever doing aerial guitar outside and having
00:52to deal with the silks in the wind.
00:54How do I play guitar while hanging upside down? Disclaimer, I've been training in aerial
00:59arts for over 10 years so do not try this at home.
01:03First I climb up with the guitar on my back. Once I think I'm high enough I'll get into
01:08position to invert and this is where I hook my leg on so that I can have both arms free
01:12to play guitar. A lot of people might think that this is AI but I can assure you that I
01:17I'm 100% up there doing this. The hardest thing about trying to play guitar upside down
01:23is that your arms are already pumped from climbing all the way up there and on top of that you're
01:28trying to hold them up while upside down, while holding a guitar and trying to play at the
01:33same time. The closest thing I think I can compare it to is if you've ever gone to the
01:38gym and tried to lift really really heavy weights with your forearms and then tried to play guitar straight
01:43afterwards, you would know what I'm talking about. Your muscles are so pumped that they
01:48can hardly move. My dream came true when Joe Satriani actually shared a clip from my video
01:53on his social media pages. Joe, if you're watching, thank you for inspiring thousands of guitarists
01:59like myself with your music.
