00:01Muni's different, man. Muni's not Japanese. He's like Dominican, Venezuelan.
00:07These guys say hi to everyone, very nice with his teammates.
00:11You know, show people how good he is or how good he can be.
00:14It's just like, I keep saying this, when you bring a guy from Japan,
00:19you know what I mean, his culture is a little different than everybody else's culture.
00:23They stay with themselves. They're not outgoing guys.
00:27They say hi to you, polite. They're not much talking in the clubhouse.
00:31And Muni, you see him enjoy the game, really enjoy the game.
00:36Workaholic, and I think everybody in that clubhouse looks up to him
00:41because good or bad, he's the same guy.
00:44I hear, I don't know, some of the kids say yesterday, you know what I mean,
00:49this guy is 0-4-4. After the game, go back to the cage, have some swing,
00:54and take a shot when he leaves. Well, players look up to that.
00:58And right now, as I say, he's the leader, but example.
01:03He's the guy who runs the base well, do a lot of great things,
01:06and also have fun with the ball club.
01:08You don't see that many Japanese do what he does, especially the first year.
01:12I don't think anyone, you know what I mean,
01:14I think Otani is just a little bit funny now for having more fun
01:17after seven, eight years in the big league.
01:19But this guy did it right away.
01:20It's fun to see guys have fun when they come to another concert
01:24to play in the big league.
