00:01right now we are seeing a lot of big companies cutting teams and again the
00:05conversation keeps coming back to AI but if you step back and look at it
00:09properly there is a bigger pattern over the last few years many companies scaled
00:13very quickly they hired aggressively they build teams to support growth but a
00:18lot of that growth wasn't supported by strong systems so what happened more
00:23people more processes more complexity but not necessarily more efficiency
00:30now things are slowing down and businesses are being forced to rethink
00:33how they operate they're asking what do we actually need what can be simplified
00:39what should have been structured earlier AI is part of that conversation but
00:43that's again not the full story the real story is about moving from growth with
00:48our structure to growth with systems
