00:51what does performance look like compared to the last person who had it that's perfect now you get
00:55to find out what that last person did wrong what they expect from the new person and you walking in
01:00with those marching orders helps you nail the job plus it shows you are committed to seeing yourself
01:06in the position they're like this person ain't even got the job yet and they're already imagining how
01:10they're going to perform in the job now they're going to talk to you talk about you to the next
01:14person when you leave
