Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer says he'll "100% back whoever the candidate is" for the Makerfield by-election. It comes as Andy Burnham has put himself forward to fight the vote, and is widely thought to be a potential challenger to the Prime Minister's leadership of the Labour Party if he wins.
