00:04so over here you can see that i have a powerpoint slide and by default the slide that you see
00:10right
00:10here is 16 by 9 uh that is uh it is wide screen format but if you want to go
00:18ahead and present it
00:19for a more traditional screen then you might want to use 4 by 3 aspect ratio format so to do
00:24that
00:24you can simply go around over here onto the design tab and then you can go to slide size and
00:30choose
00:30standard right here so once you do that you can go ahead and maximize it out right here so that
00:35whatever you see right here is cropped out but this doesn't look that great so let's just go ahead and
00:40press ctrl z what you can actually do is while going to standard you can sure you can ensure fit
00:46right
00:46here so that everything fits inside and it's much more easier to go ahead and manage this out right
00:52here later on so once you go ahead and do that you can see that some of the areas right
00:57here
00:58does need to be worked around a bit so you can go ahead and then pull this out to go
01:02ahead and change
01:03it to ensure the fit is correct you can go around over here onto slide size and go to custom
01:09slide
01:09size right here and what you can also do is you can choose another sort of the size as well
01:15just like
01:16this ensure fit and the size of the slide changes out you can go to custom slide as well and
01:21you can
01:22change around the width and the height right here and then number out the slides change out the slide
01:27make it portrait even right here and then press ok ensure fit and then you got portrait slides just
01:33like this as well so depending on what you need you can simply go ahead and change around the slide
01:39size
