00:00We are back with a Fox News alert. President Trump is telling Iran, quote,
00:04the clock is ticking. After speaking with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier today,
00:10reports suggest the U.S. and Israel could take military action against Iran as soon as tomorrow.
00:15Ashley Webster joins us live from Tel Aviv with the latest. Ashley?
00:21Yeah, hey there, Tommy. I think there is a sense in Israel tonight, certainly,
00:25that the chance of more military action against Iran is just a matter of time. As you say,
00:32President Trump having a talk with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu today lasted about 30 minutes.
00:39Shortly after that meeting, President Trump taking to social media, warning Iran, look,
00:44the clock is ticking. Time is of the essence, he put it. Meanwhile, Netanyahu himself holding a
00:50security cabinet meeting, a smaller version of that because it was just with his top military
00:56leaders and advisers as they decide their next step. It is believed that the U.S. and Israel are
01:03certainly making intense preparations, as one person put it, for renewed attacks against Iran.
01:09But Iran's foreign minister says that makes no sense. Take a listen.
01:15An attack on our nuclear facilities has already taken place once,
01:18and they claim they completely destroyed them. Yet now they are once again talking about attacking
01:23the facilities. These contradictory statements truly indicate the depth of America's confusion
01:28regarding their objectives in this war.
01:32And meantime, the logjam in the Strait of Hormuz continues. No relief in sight. More than 1,500
01:39commercial ships stuck in this very vital waterway. And later on today, meantime, the logjam of ships
01:46are continuing with Iran saying it will continue to make plans to charge tolls, which is not sitting
01:53well with the U.S. Meantime, authorities in Abu Dhabi say a drone attack caused a fire to close a
01:58nuclear power plant just west of the city. The UAE is saying, look, they're targeting of a power plant,
02:05whether it's by a principal perpetrator, they say, or one of its proxies, is a dangerous escalation.
02:11And that is an understatement, I believe. Tommy, back to you. Ashley Webster, thank you so much.
02:18My pleasure.
02:20All right, Joey, bringing it back out to the table. We talked about it yesterday. It seems like it's
02:23even closer than it was yesterday. President Trump, you know, seems a little antsy to do something
02:28to make a move. What do you think the chances are we see some action this week?
02:32If all things stay the same, I think it's pretty high. I know President Trump, I mean,
02:38our biggest concern for us right now is just depletion of our weapons. We've used a lot of
02:44certain things like TACAMs, Patriot Stads, things that take a little bit longer to replenish that we
02:49would need, cruise missiles, things that we would need if China were to make a move or something like
02:53that. So that's a concern. And I'm sure they've taken some time to count some beans and bullets and
02:58have a plan for that because ultimately we'll spend as much money as we need to to save our
03:03own lives. You saw what we spent to go capture a pilot or retake a pilot so we wouldn't be
03:09captured. So that's a concern. But can we win the war? Do we have what it takes to win the
03:15war? Of
03:15course. Whether we do it from the sky or a landing, it's just what do we spend, what are we
03:20willing to
03:20spend to do it? And Iran sits there, and if they're backed into a corner, what other option do they
03:27think they have? So it feels like we're on an inevitable path. Unless something like China
03:32comes in and says, hey, we're taking your lifeline away. I don't know what off ramps there are at
03:37this point. Anita, to that point, when we hear the foreign minister essentially taunting President
03:43Trump, saying you said you got our facilities before, now you're saying you need to get them
03:47again. I mean, it feels like a taunt to me when I listen to it, or the translation of it
03:52anyway.
03:53You mentioned the commercial break. It doesn't feel like Iran is scared. Maybe that's a posture.
03:57I'm sure it is. But what do you think their calculation is here?
04:01Well, I don't know. I guess they didn't read the president's truth social post. But in the post,
04:06he says, you know, clock is ticking. They better get moving fast, or there won't be anything left
04:10of them. Time is of the essence. I mean, we've seen President Trump make these threats before and
04:16carry them out. So they should know by now that when the president says he's going to do something,
04:21he's going to do it. And then the other question here is, how long can Iran hold on in this
04:27economic
04:28state that they're in? They haven't been able to export any oil for about a month. Their economy
04:33is in trouble. They have skyrocketing inflation. They have basic, they have shortages of food and
04:40basic goods. So how much longer can they be in that position? I think, you know, that's the question.
04:45Maybe they're waiting out what's going on here at home politically. Maybe they're waiting out more
04:51infighting and more Democrats, badmouthing this excursion.
04:56Well, part of the problem is Iran is using its drone capabilities to go after the UAE and its
05:02nuclear facilities. So I think there's pressure still within the Middle East. Hey, United States
05:06continue to do this. The United States took out their Navy. They have no Navy. They took out their
05:11air force. They have no ability to launch an aircraft, but they have the ability to move some
05:15money, pay their terrorists that they've paid in the past. And they do have the ability to launch
05:20these low tech drones and do these little pinpricks, which are quite annoying. And certainly if you're
05:27trying to move through the straight of Hormuz, these ships that can be deadly. And so there is a lot
05:32there. But I tell you, the president can walk and chew gum too. And he has been doing a lot.
05:37I love what
05:38he did in Nigeria. We will not get enough credit or enough attention because of everything going on
05:43Iran. But he said when he took out al-Manuki, who is the number two ISIS leader, that was kinetic
05:50action in Nigeria. As I said yesterday, one out of every five people in Africa live in Nigeria. That
05:56is a strong message. Hey, terrorists, you got to stop picking on Christians. You got to stop picking on
06:01school kids and little girls. And you know what? If you're going to act like a terrorist, you're going to
06:05get treated like a terrorist. And that means you're going to die. Joey, I'll let you finish
06:11out this discussion here as we're on the eve of a new week. You mentioned that you think
06:16probability is high. We're going to do something. What does that straight look like? I'll tell you
06:19what we don't know. Now, the Department of War may know. But what we don't know are how many
06:24missiles, ballistic missiles, are sitting in tractor trailers around Iran getting moved around by
06:29trucks. We don't know how many drones they have. We don't know what ability to inflict pain either
06:35locally or regionally is left. I would imagine we've used this time to try and find that out,
06:42to use intelligence, to calculate that. Another thing is President Trump has said,
06:46hey, I'm just going to punch you. And then what's he done? He's extended this treaty, this peace
06:53ceasefire. And then he also suspended, what was it, Project Freedom, the idea of going ahead and
06:58pushing ships through the strait. So there is some cat and mouse going on here. And Iran's playing the
07:03only cards they have, I think, which is to try to extend that cat and mouse. What can they offer?
07:07It doesn't cost them anything that we get President Trump to back off. And I think
07:11President Trump is on to the game a little bit. And I think those in Iran are very well aware
07:15that
07:16it's primary season. Yeah. So that perhaps calculates as well.
