00:00Hello. Come on in. Come on in. You look beautiful. It's so good to see you. How are you tonight?
00:05I'm fabulous. I'm having a great time. Good. We're just getting started, of course. We are just getting started. We
00:12have a night ahead. The first thing I want to ask you about, I was on the internet last night
00:15scrolling through Harry Styles tour videos, right? He launched the tour last night. He's running all over that stage going
00:20crazy. You're going to be over there with him soon, so tell me how you feel about everything. Well, I
00:24can't wait to see Harry. It's been a while. We've both been very busy. I've been busy making my new
00:29album with Miss Twain, and he's been busy preparing this world tour that's enormous. So we'll come together in London
00:38soon and rock it. Oh, I can't wait to see you guys do that. I love that. I will say
00:43this is my first experience hosting. I'm a little nervous. I feel like we're kind of having some similar first
00:49night. What is the key to being a good host? I would say be yourself. I think our job as
00:55hosts is to bring the public into the show environment.
00:59So we're connectors, you know, that's what we are. And I know you're an Ella Langley fan. She's number one
01:06and number two and number eight on our charts right now. So how do you feel about the women in
01:09the music industry and Ella right now?
01:11I mean, Ella is really a super talent. She's a great writer. She's got a fabulous attitude. In that I
01:20say, I think she just really is unapologetic about what she writes and says.
01:24And so, you know, she commands respect. I love that. Avery Anna is also just a really strong artist. We're
01:33going to see a lot more from her. So yeah, we've got a lot of great women this year and
01:38all the great men are here too. So that's fabulous.
01:41And I love that you talk about commanding respect because I feel like you command respect because they all, let's
01:44be real, they all learn from you.
01:46And I was watching your new music video and just like all the flair and the attitude that you still
01:50have today. What are you putting into this album? What else can we expect after seeing this video?
01:54Little Miss Dwayne is my long journey from childhood performing to when I got my first top 10 record, which
02:01was Who's Bed of Abuse Went Under. It never went number one in country.
02:04But I still felt like that was, I made it, right? So the album, Little Miss Dwayne is all about
02:11that journey. Yep. So it's a reflection album.
02:15Well, we know that still at this point in your career, you can only go up, okay? All right, girl.
02:19Thank you so much for hanging out with us.
02:21Thank you so much.
02:21You're the best.
02:22Thank you so much.
