00:21If you want to know what I've been doing for the last four years, I was in a cult, man.
00:29In 2017, there was a lot of Caucasian male killing a lot of black people.
00:36A lot of black people seemed to be dying all the time at the hands of people that were supposed
00:40to be protecting us.
00:42You know this is not how life's supposed to be. Get to the sun.
00:48Nature Boy definitely made it seem like what he had for the black community was a utopia.
00:53We are Melanation. We are here to show you who you are.
00:58The end-all be-all solution for every single black person in the world.
01:03Known as Nature Boy. Nature Boy. Nature Boy.
01:06It was like waking up in paradise.
01:09There were a ton of people coming from all over the world.
01:12The beautiful nature places that he would go to. Oh my goodness, everybody wants to experience that.
01:18Melanation is out here for you.
01:21Nature Boy's use of social media seemed to bridge the gap between an online influencer and a street creature.
01:30Log on, Melanation TV.
01:32Nature Boy was going live on Instagram a lot. It was clear to see that he wanted to build the
01:36following.
01:36Is this thing working?
01:39We took it off to become leaders of the black community.
01:43It's gonna heal my people from slavery.
01:46He was obsessed with filming himself.
01:49We got the police out there. They can't fuck with us.
01:52He has no understanding that he's filming his own demise.
01:58It's cult leader 101. I'm God. You should listen to me.
02:02I'm here forever. I am the black man. I am God.
02:05Fight!
02:33I'm gonna give y'all a pan around. We in the middle of the river, man.
02:36I'm gonna teach you how to become pure, get away from negative ass people.
02:40The key is to isolate yourself. Remember, this journey is your own.
02:49The first post that I saw of Melanation was a video of Nature Boy himself sitting on a rock in
02:58the middle of a river in Costa Rica.
03:00Look at how beautiful your people is.
03:02Some of the initial things that I heard Nature Boy say were things like, just simple, like, let's get back
03:09into nature.
03:10That was huge for him.
03:11Squad in the building. You?
03:13He would have videos where he would be in nature.
03:16We are the heroes of the black community. We are the pioneers in the beginning of this.
03:21Nature Boy definitely made it seem like what he had for the black community was a utopia.
03:27He would make it look good online. The beautiful nature places that he would go, oh my goodness, everybody wanted
03:33to experience that.
03:34Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful and green places that you could live.
03:40I thought I was joining a group that was desiring to leave the commotion of the city life of, you
03:53know, the hustle and bustle, the nine to five.
03:56Your bills are basically what you're working for. You get caught up in this trap.
03:59A group that wanted to be more simple, more natural, more sustainable. A group that was about health, that was
04:10about solving issues non-violently.
04:13We don't need to be violent. We don't need to be angry. All we need to do is become one
04:20with nature.
04:33I was born and raised in Butler, Georgia. Racist, segregated.
04:40My prom was the first prom where black people and white people went together.
04:46They are making history with their school's first integrated prom.
04:49If you want to be successful in this world, then you have to do well academically.
04:55So that's what my theme was. Straight A's all the way throughout school.
05:0118, graduate, go to college, went into the military shortly after that, 2009.
05:10Once I left the military, it's like, what do I do now?
05:15There was a void present because the military provided me a sense of belonging for eight years.
05:20Brotherhood, network, huge.
05:23For the first time in a long time, I felt like I didn't belong anywhere.
05:32This is a movement.
05:35Y'all better get here and hurry up, baby.
05:44When I first heard about Melanation, it was about 2017.
05:50The president-elect of the United States, Donald John Trump.
05:55The Trump thing going on a lot in America around that time.
05:59There was a lot of cops killing a lot of black people.
06:03Of course, it was easy to believe that we're supposed to be separated from society
06:08because that was happening a lot in our community.
06:11Get out of the car!
06:13I will light you up!
06:14Get out!
06:15Now!
06:20Hey, bro, put your fucking hands on the car!
06:26All of these things collectively provided an avenue for me to be like, I'm done with America.
06:35Reflection, listen to me.
06:37Don't let nobody stop you from manifesting what you want.
06:412017 was the first time that YouTube recommended me a Nature Boy video.
06:48Y'all ready to go deep again?
06:49I'm the master teacher.
06:51None of y'all can fuck with me, homie.
06:53I speak actual facts.
06:55The master teacher drops never before her information video.
06:58It had 500,000 views on it.
07:01Nothing dies in nature.
07:03Cause it's immortal.
07:04It feeds off itself.
07:06It sustains itself.
07:07I'm like, wow.
07:09There's a lot of people that are watching this.
07:11So it must mean that this must have some truth to it.
07:15I'm thinking that because it has 500,000 views, that that equates to 500,000 people.
07:22And so that was a major part in my indoctrination process of continuing to watch more and more videos.
07:34We are Melanation.
07:36We are here to show you who you are.
07:39You can't tell me I ain't home.
07:41Everything online seemed cool.
07:43This is Costa Rica right here.
07:44We are at the market.
07:45Bailing our food out of jail.
07:48Coconut gang.
07:49Mango.
07:50Mango.
07:51It was about peace.
07:53It was about nature.
07:54It was about the sun.
07:55It was about living healthy and simple.
07:57Like, that's what it was being presented as.
07:59They're cool people.
08:11My name is Velva Marquez.
08:13I am from New Orleans, Louisiana.
08:16When I was younger, my parents never took me outside of my community.
08:20We weren't in more gentrified places of New Orleans where rich people live.
08:27In our community, people who are of the minority, we experience extreme poverty.
08:34We do not have access to adequate housing, adequate food sources.
08:41I just didn't want to be depressed anymore.
08:44I didn't want to feel lonely anymore.
08:46I felt invisible.
08:48Like, I was just so different from everybody else and didn't have a place in the world.
08:53I was deep into college and I found social media to be a place for me to express myself.
08:59Nature Boy was in my feed.
09:01And so I started to look at the tribe.
09:04Melanation is the perfect group to join because you're going to be around that melanin.
09:11Melanin is what creates the pigment in your eyes, ear, and skin.
09:18Melanation was geared more toward the idea that if you had more melanin, then you were closer to the earth.
09:26We are all reflections and refractions of the sun.
09:31This was a group of African Americans, darker skinned people, what we would call melaninated people, coming together for a
09:41cause.
09:42So this was revolutionary to me.
09:45I felt immediately like, wow, this is a group of people where I can express myself and I could potentially
09:54be heard.
09:55This could be where my life changes for the better.
10:01What's going on, y'all?
10:02I'm Omec.
10:02You can find me on Facebook at Omec the Ancient.
10:06After watching many of the videos, I decided to reach out to one of the people in the group who
10:12I thought I would have a natural, genuine, pure connection with.
10:19His name is Omec.
10:22Two weeks went by.
10:24Through our exchange of conversation, ideas, the mind, the heart, on a very spiritual level, I thought I found the
10:33love of my life.
10:35My mind was just like, gotta be with you, gotta be there, gotta be close to you.
10:42I wanna see how this evolves in real life.
10:46I had never left the United States.
10:48I did not have a passport.
10:50So I put one foot in front of the other to get my passport.
10:54And I was like, I'm gonna go.
10:57I just absolutely knew that I was not coming back.
11:00I knew that this was the end of me ever experiencing being in the States ever again.
11:19Flying to Costa Rica and meeting Omec for the first time was one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever
11:28had in my life.
11:32As we were driving from the airport, the scenery outside of the vehicle was just mountains on top of mountains
11:40for stretches of miles.
11:43Me and Omec were so wrapped into each other, my world disappeared.
11:48I remember thinking to myself, like, my romantic desire, dream has come true.
12:01When we finally arrived, Omec introduced me to Nature Boy.
12:06When he first opened his mouth was when my world got dark.
12:14New cuál was.
12:30Nature Boy with 34 years of age when I initially met him.
12:34Physically, his appearance was very attractive.
12:37but outside of his physical attractiveness to me he just was like a father I just
12:44pictured him as a father like his demeanor like all of his mannerisms was
12:49just like dad vibes and that's how I saw him I looked at him as like a guru you
12:55know so I had a lot of respect for him it's like having respect for God in a
12:58way
13:05as we started getting into the more detailed parts of their everyday life I
13:11thought it was cool it was different you know they lived out of tents at the time
13:18they had a home nice kitchen this is so good
13:26huge yard it was like waking up in paradise every day going from a place
13:34where it was hard and just depressive to a place of liberation being free I just
13:45literally felt like I was inhaling life
13:54these people are from Louisiana New York they're from all over the states and
14:00so there's a level of familiarity involved it's like oh man these people you
14:06know come from where I come from they understand the racism injustice that I've
14:12experienced in America you know
14:22my name is Chantel I go by the tea on YouTube and I was introduced to Melanation via Nature Boy
14:31aka
14:31Elegio I would watch him all the time Melanation is out here for you I'm going to show you how
14:38EJ
14:38is cultivating the land it was appealing probably to people who were looking for
14:44community or looking for to live off-grid but what it looks like to someone like me
14:51is Elegio just selling a dream a pipe dream anybody that got any common sense can feel that
15:03something's coming he felt that this is where I belong because I have autonomy out here I make
15:10the rules I call the shots and if people want to follow me they can once anybody joins Melanation
15:19you have no choice but to change your name usually your name comes from him you're not a number you're
15:25not a social security level you're not a birth certificate you're not your last name you're a cosmic
15:30being with a Santa there was a belief that your name as far as it pertains to your birth certificate
15:37social security number IDs those things were an illusion I refuse to be called velvet because that
15:43is not me stop calling me velvet when he would call upon that name he would call upon the character
15:49that's in his mind that you are all right so everybody tell them your name reflection my name is
15:56key I'm EJ omet you can find me on Facebook at omet the ancient he would express on multiple occasions
16:05that if he had named you he had some type of power over you he needed to call me something
16:11else so that
16:12he can feel like he was the creator and orchestra of who I was to him in that moment the
16:19name changes
16:20were really just nature boy flexing his muscle asserting his power and dominance over these
16:25people we are all doing witchcraft so what someone calls you is summoning and invoking who you truly
16:32are we were only able to eat certain items and we only was able to eat things outside of what
16:44he
16:44originally told us to eat if he had consented nature is the way you got to eat from the earth
16:49you got
16:50to eat organic it was really a like strict diet that he wanted us to follow because he wanted the
16:57public
16:58to believe that his way of life and his regimen behind eating was the healthiest so that was another
17:04way he implemented structure we call this the pot this is not shit poop man it's very sacred the
17:16government is taking this and putting it in the toilet and disconnecting you from the universe
17:24in the yard everybody had their own tent that they would rest in at night we were not allowed to
17:32use the
17:32restroom in the house we were all ordered to use the restroom outside nature boys reasoning behind it he
17:40wanted to limit the usage of the plumbing system because it wasn't healthy and it was contaminated our
17:47water so I was thinking to myself how am I going to execute my first restroom experience I woke up
18:00in the
18:00wee hours of the morning my first night there and I had to use the restroom so bad I actually
18:11made a
18:12decision to go into the house and use the toilet I let it loose and I flushed the toilet like
18:23twice that
18:25next morning we congregated and there was a talk about who went to the bathroom last night I denied it
18:35the
18:37following day of course I had to use the bathroom so then I started experiencing using it outside and
18:44then eventually I grew a tomato plant from my own poop it was dead that serious tell them about what
18:56we got
18:56going on EJ this is tomato these are tomatoes right here yeah this is definitely tomato you can smell it
19:04it was like this extreme connection to nature they would be talking about you know living off the
19:10land and using the bathroom in the woods instead of in the toilet because it connects them with nature
19:15that's what a watermelon look like I want to show them something I'm always eating watermelon
19:20so I empty my pot over here this is where I empty my pot here you see the black seeds
19:25from the
19:26watermelon I eat it's coming out right here see and look at this look at this coming out of my
19:32soil
19:34watermelon some people will look at it and be like wow this is some of the most
19:39bizarre nonsense I've ever heard but a lot of people will see that and be like this guy knows
19:43what he's talking about and I should give up my life and join him
19:58come on ladies where y'all at y'all want a real man he's intelligent he's a Virgo
20:03there's a good man right here he's about 6'3 he recruited his members utilizing his current members
20:10so he would have his male members attract women women would reach out to them they'd be in their
20:17inboxes trying to get them to come there and he utilized those men to recruit them into the group
20:24they need wives we need some good woman that's in tune with nature they need goddamn wives
20:29I never had dated a dark-skinned guy until I met Omak this is EJ the ancient this is Omak's
20:36wife
20:36that's his direct nature boy kept asking me questions like are you sure you want to be with
20:41Omak do you sure you want to be with him do you sure you want to be in a relationship
20:45with him
20:45it came across creepy to me but I didn't take that personal but it became uncomfortable for me
20:54because I was in a relationship so DGO you don't want any of those women to be with any of
21:00the guys
21:01there he wanted them all for himself
21:15I'm Alex I'm from Toronto Canada my family's from Portugal had a very beautiful family big family
21:24as I got older I just really loved sports which kind of led me into fitness and becoming a bodybuilder
21:35my story kind of starts back in 2016 I was watching all these documentaries about factory
21:43farming and why we shouldn't eat meat and I kind of fell really deep into that the first video I
21:54seen
21:54of nature boy he was in his apartment and he was showing his grocery haul and that's kind of what
21:59intrigued me seeing what he was eating this is what I eat every day I don't use a refrigerator so
22:07drink my water water in here pistachio this is my transition before I go into nature and move out
22:15of the country his charisma really pulled me in it was like this guy's like some spiritual gangster
22:25welcome back reflection I was like slowly building a relationship with nature boy online
22:33and he was treating me like a brother so I got a sense of this guy likes me he likes
22:38who I am
22:39come on in reflection nature boy was going live on Instagram a lot on YouTube
22:46listen to nature boy right now I'm about to show you how sex works how your body works the process
22:53of
22:54going from a viewer to actual involvement in the cult was gradual I went from a viewer to a commenter
23:04now
23:05I'm getting actual responses back from them so the engagement level has increased this is a new level
23:11then the next level was actually speaking to them in real time right here we do this salute it was
23:19clear to see that he wants to build the following follow him on Facebook right now he wanted people to
23:24know who
23:25he was and he wanted his message to get out there whatever you take give back and life will be
23:32full of
23:32blessings share the video when I was watching online I never seen any white people but he did also say
23:39that being white is not a disadvantage that you can build this up you can tan you can get darker
23:44and then Kayla showed up I'm really starting to get settled in here and that was the first white
23:51person I'd seen with nature boy so that whole stigma of oh this is only for black people kind of
23:56changed we start tonight with the bizarre story about a corner brook woman who's now in Costa Rica
24:02living in what she calls a cult I host a podcast called the nighttime podcast which covers unique
24:08and offbeat Canadian stories Kayla Reed left corner brook under the guise of attending a church conference
24:14in late February then she was reported missing so I was watching the story of the disappearance of the
24:22missing person Kayla Reed when the revelation came out that she appeared in the background of a Costa Rican
24:30preacher's YouTube channel yeah I've never been so happy I'm becoming happier and happier every
24:38day here really feel like I'm with my family I started watching the story and trying to understand how a
24:45young woman from Newfoundland ended up across the world at a YouTube video so this is the things that
24:51he would have his members do before they can join leave your family you have to separate yourself from your
24:57own family isolate yourself and only listen to me attachments have been given to you that you
25:04must overcome stop the illusion of family I'm your family I was almost speechless at just how intense he
25:14was it certainly left me with concern over the people with him because it was clear that no part of
25:22this was an act you know this is not how life's supposed to be get to the Sun I can
25:28only imagine
25:29how concerned her parents were they put out nature boy to be some kind of criminal a cult leader but
25:38my
25:38but they never tell you what my coat is about what really stood out to me was how much power
25:47nature boy or
25:48Elijah Bishop had within that group within that tribe I'm a culture and the culture is to live in
25:55harmony with nature the media in Canada was using the term cult and he was defending himself saying
26:01we are not a cult we're a culture I think from my experience in everything I saw it would fit
26:08that
26:08stereotypical definition of cult cult leader is a person who recognizes vulnerabilities that every human
26:15being has and exploits those vulnerabilities to manipulate people to get them to do what they
26:23want them to do did I call you like hey come join us be here with us am I controlling
26:30your manipulating
26:30your mind her family started to get involved because they noticed that it was in fact the cult wait
26:37isn't nature boy a prejudice isn't he racist how does he have white people there her family involved the consulate
26:47they
26:47involved the government they involved everyone that they could think of to make enough noise and get enough people
26:54involved in in their plight to get her home well Alicia Bishop is a 34 year old from Atlanta Georgia
27:01in our conversation he was
27:03adamant Reed traveled to Costa Rica on her own accord and had not been brainwashed Bishop adds that Kayla is
27:10free to go
27:11whenever she wants to leave yeah I'm going back to Canada the first interview that I did with Kayla was
27:22days after she
27:23returned to Canada you are tuned to the nighttime podcast now here is your host Jordan bonepot how did you
27:32feel
27:33you feel that you feel that you feel that you feel that you feel that you feel that you know
27:34people were looking for you when I first seen the news like I just thought it was
27:39kind of just ridiculous can you tell me about why you left we had a meeting and nature boy had
27:46decided that I should head back because of all the all the hype
27:51Kayla brought the attention national attention to this group people started really watching who this cult leader is and what
27:59ideology he's spreading
28:01so I really couldn't fathom at the time like how big it was I just was like oh shit we
28:06ended up on the news
28:07it spread like wildfire
28:12I got my one way to Costa Rica
28:16they called themselves Melanation
28:18young people claiming to understand the truths of the world
28:21I'm the cult leader I'm nature boy
28:23what do you think of the people saying it's a cult
28:26I think that uh
28:27Canada is a cult like
28:29the US is a cult
28:31he's a blessing that rare breed
28:33my inbox jam-packed with the one question
28:36how do I join
28:38it was just further spreading his message
28:40deeper into social media and across multiple social media platforms
28:45somewhere along the way
28:46that turned into a large group of followers who hung off his every wish and command
28:52when I speak to you I speak with authority
28:54what I'm doing is beyond Martin Luther King
28:57I love myself
28:59no some of y'all need to hear this shit
29:01my mindset at that time was to go to Costa Rica and literally never come back
29:16when I first got to Costa Rica it was really such an amazing experience
29:20I'm in a new country the air smells different
29:23the fruit tastes better
29:25but maybe going here to where nature boy is
29:27that's where I'll find my truth
29:30big mistake though
29:34I head up to this mountain top where he was living
29:38the trip was really cool
29:39we were like driving up a mountain
29:42the views were impeccable
29:43like incredible
29:46I think I was just super excited
29:48ready to meet nature boy
29:55it was like a big
29:57bro like big hug
29:59shook my hand
30:00shook my hand
30:00and it was a good feeling like it was cool
30:02felt like I was meeting someone that I was meant to meet
30:05by the time I got to the group
30:08there was 13 of us
30:10for me it was very exciting
30:12everyone was super friendly
30:13it was a very warm welcome
30:18day one bags are checked
30:21what you brought with you
30:23and I think this is the first moment where I was kind of a bit alarmed
30:26because they were asking for me to give my debit card
30:29to the card holder for everyone's debit cards and finances
30:35I was kind of like whoa
30:37is this good to do like is this alright to hand over my debit card
30:41everybody puts money into the pot
30:43we give everything that we have to our group
30:46he initially started out
30:48utilizing money from his barbershop business
30:51which he had sold
30:52he started to get donations as well
30:55from a lot of people that wanted to follow him
30:57$300,000
30:59that was the biggest lump sum he'd ever received
31:04if you truly gonna heal
31:06it's gonna cost you
31:07and you gonna need every fucking penny
31:12the financial support
31:14came from
31:15people legitimately go to Mellon Nation
31:18and willingly give their
31:20finances because they believe
31:22in what it is that he's saying
31:24they believe in him
31:26I was one of the people who came
31:28with roughly $3,000
31:29left over from my college tuition
31:32and I was like here you can have it
31:33Nature Boy calls it putting in the pot
31:36which means like we all pull resources to keep afloat
31:40we all want frequency we want family
31:42we put our chips together
31:43any money that any member had access to
31:47it was his
31:51what he would tell them is that
31:52I provide for the group
31:54but I'm gonna keep a portion for myself too
31:58I was like oh we're a family
32:00we all pitch in
32:01I'm still gonna eat
32:02I'm still gonna be able to go on these adventures
32:05so just go for it
32:10then a lot of weird stuff started happening
32:13in terms of purchases
32:19we went to the mall one day
32:21and for some reason we bought a ping pong table
32:23with my credit card
32:24which was $800
32:25I was like why do we need this
32:29but I didn't want to question it
32:30because we were all very scared to question things
32:38Nature Boy was somebody who wanted to start a movement
32:41make it go worldwide
32:43make it go viral
32:45and just bring in people to control their money
32:48to control their body
32:50to control their mind
32:52and to control their life
32:54in every aspect
32:56that's what a cult is to me
32:58listen to me very fucking carefully
33:01move to Costa Rica
33:04there was definitely an aggressive side to him
33:08a very egotistical side to him
33:09where he was the leader and no one could overpower that
33:12there are laws
33:14demands
33:15things that you must obey
33:18if you didn't do what he said to do
33:20you were quickly humiliated
33:22you were quickly devalued amongst the group
33:25it became
33:27do what he tell you to do or else
33:30you will obey the laws of nature
33:34or you will punish
33:48we decided to go on a drive to Limon
33:56we were driving in the van
33:57and we reached this police stop
34:00that we had passed already
34:01but this time we got stopped
34:04Nature Boy starts a live video
34:05everybody here with me
34:07Melanation with me
34:09we want to let y'all know what's going on
34:11we got the police out there
34:14we were well over
34:15six months worth of
34:17passports not being stamped
34:20Nature Boy
34:21encouraged all of us
34:23to not get the passports stamped
34:25because he didn't want to be
34:26a slave of the United States
34:29he found that to be a way to be revolutionary
34:31and make a statement
34:34we're not these people
34:36them names don't mean nothing
34:38that's not our names
34:39those are the corporations names
34:40they belong to a bank
34:42we don't belong to a bank
34:43we belong to the earth
34:44I'm not getting off this bus
34:45and we ain't getting off this bus
34:47we've been moving as a unit
34:48they trying to make us separate
34:50we're not separating bruh
34:51when Nature Boy started to riot over the internet
34:54this made the police angry
34:56because they didn't want to force us to do anything
35:00they just wanted to understand
35:02why we weren't stamping our passports
35:04they say you can't sign the document
35:06each one wouldn't want to make you sign
35:08and you can't go free
35:08that is not no problem
35:10we don't want to sign no papers
35:11we don't want to sign no papers
35:13Nature Boy encouraged
35:14all of the Melanation members
35:16to not get off the bus
35:17and fight for our rights
35:20I'm staying on this bus bro
35:21I'm one of the doctors
35:22I told y'all
35:22but you're gonna have to kill me up in here
35:24and I just want you to know
35:25if I die I love every motherfucking one of y'all
35:27I did this for you
35:27he's basically telling us
35:29we're gonna die for the truth tonight
35:31and that just scared the shit out of me
35:33they can't fuck with us
35:34I want you to know
35:35you have to stand up and not be a slave
35:38all of you
35:40if you can imagine
35:41just like a drum beating in your heart
35:43like boom boom boom boom boom
35:45like I just didn't know what
35:47you know what's gonna happen
35:48no
35:49no
35:50no
35:51no
35:52Aligio would always make it a point
35:54to live stream these moments
35:57these events
35:58he was doing so not only for the purpose of
36:02garnering sympathy from the public
36:04but also I believe trying to attract new members as well
36:09I got you
36:10I got you
36:11I got you
36:12I got you
36:13I got you
36:14I got you
36:14I got you
36:15Damn this video's fucked
36:17I just went right under the bus seat
36:19to protect myself
36:21God
36:21No
36:22I think after that video went live
36:24a lot of people even from my own friend group and family
36:28they seen it
36:28and they were very alarmed
36:30and they were trying to contact me if I was okay
36:33and I think just that whole video was the breaking point for me
36:37watching it back and seeing just it was it was very horrifying the ending of that video
36:46and it's something that i have to this day a hard time watching
36:49because those screams at the end they kind of haunted me
36:58by resisting they complicated the situation but we always handled it with the necessary force
37:05to control the situation and at no time was there any kind of abuse or offense against him
37:12they beat us down reflection they beat us down he calls that it happened for no reason
37:19it happened because nature boy directed his followers to break the law
37:24that's why they were bruised up it had to be pulled from the van
37:33cops pulled me into their office
37:36and they said you are free to go and i was just like
37:41okay like what the hell just happened i'm allowed to leave
38:01i think what changed for me was just being put in a situation where i literally felt like i was
38:09going to die and be put in danger which i felt was so unnecessary because we didn't have to go
38:14through all that we could have just got off the bus and dealt with what the cops wanted
38:19instead of creating a whole commotion but i think that's what his intention was
38:22so that it can get a bunch of views and people can find out who this guy was
38:27nature boy is not what you think he is
38:40when i came back to regular life i just wanted to shut it all off
38:44i deleted all my social medias i didn't want anything to do with nature boy
38:52at that time their tourist visas and legal stay in the country had expired so they were deported
39:07they had just got kicked out of costa rica we are safe we are okay he was saying how they
39:14were
39:14treated they treated us like slaves like slaves slaves slaves and what they were subjected to
39:22they scared of the black man we're strong we're tall and we're black oh they'll take our woman
39:30they love our music but the black man is a motherfucking threat
39:33by now i'm watching the lives like consistently he would say like that we were in hell if we stayed
39:41in america if you were not able to sacrifice your life for what is righteous then you will be in
39:46hell
39:47forever and so i was ready to get out of hell i packed one backpack and put like whatever clothes
39:55i could fit in there i bought my ticket and i didn't tell anyone a thing i blocked all my
40:00family
40:01members numbers
40:04and i just got on the flight y'all better be glad they didn't kill me
40:11because my work is not done yet i am the truth i am god i can't be killed
