These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
This video is mainly about some night time organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator hiding under an umbrella on a warm and dry day. It had not been raining for about one month of time. The night time perp was clearly a strategic and tactical genius while standing at a main street corner where everyone drives by to see the weirdos.
According to all of the other international groups and the members, all uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators are various level of stupid, retarded, and corrupt morons. They all think they are somebody when they are really nobodies.
The gangstalking perp retards do stupid mind games like drive around with one headlight, one car hub cap, or standing on a dark night time street corner under an open umbrella when it had not been raining for a month. The perps and collaborators really want to get themselves noticed, so that my other associates and I can record videos and photographs of them to share all over the internet where all types of nice and/or nasty international organizations and their global followers can watch them.
Apparently, gangstalking perps and collaborators want themselves, along with their perp families, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, pets, vehicles, and buildings to be made internet famous in the most humiliating, mocking, degrading ways possible. My associates and I will oblige.
Like I said before, if any of the different gangstalking perps and collaborators want some international humiliation and degradation, my associates and I are equipped to grant them their wishes. I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, and I also know government/corporation officials from other government departments and corporations. Does that not imply that I have some ideas where I can internet dump the perps and collaborators to get the best odds of international humiliation and degradation?
