00:00I'm sort of having a different subject on Cuba.
00:02There's reporting that Raul Castro could be indicted by the DOJ, I believe.
00:08What does that mean?
00:09Well, I don't want to comment on that.
00:10I'll let the DOJ comment on it.
00:12But they need help, as you know.
00:15And you talk about a declining country.
00:18They are really a nation.
00:19We're a country in decline.
00:21So we're going to see.
00:22We have a lot to talk about on Cuba, but not maybe for today.
00:25Mr. President, did you agree with President Xi to extend that year-long truce on tariffs?
00:32We didn't discuss tariffs.
00:34I mean, they're paying tariffs.
00:35They're paying substantial tariffs, but we didn't discuss.
00:39You know, before I came along, it was the opposite.
00:42We didn't discuss tariffs.
00:43How come?
00:45It wasn't brought up.
00:46Mr. President, you said in January to us that we were going to bring up the expansion of their nuclear
00:52program.
00:54Obviously, they've got 600 weapons now.
00:57By the Pentagon's estimate, going to 1,500.
01:00Did that come up?
01:01Did you succeed in getting them into any form of arms control or the – remember, we discussed –
01:07You're talking about China.
01:09China.
01:09We brought it up.
01:11The denuclearization – I talk about it all the time – with Russia and with China.
01:16And it did come up.
01:17We did discuss.
01:18And what did you conclude?
01:19I got a very positive response since the beginning.
01:21You know, we're going to be together four times, potentially, this year.
01:26We have the G20, which he wants to come to, which I'd like him to come to.
01:31It's going to be in Miami.
01:32It's going to be a Doral.
01:34And it's going to be, I think, very good.
01:36Much more important if he's there.
01:38And so you have the G20.
01:40We have one that he has, as you know, in November.
01:42Right.
01:43In China.
01:44He's asked me to be there.
01:45I'm going to try to be there.
01:47And then we have another one on September, I guess, 26th or 24th, when he's coming into the White House.
01:53I'm trying to understand what it is he committed to, if he committed anything.
01:56Well, I don't want to say anybody committed.
01:58But we have a very good understanding.
02:00You know, the concept of denuclearization.
02:04Denuclearization or just an extension of the start?
02:07Denuclearization.
02:08In other words, building down.
02:09And you bring Russia into it also.
