00:00Now, wills don't usually control what happens to your pensions if you die.
00:06You have a thing called an expression of wishes or nomination form.
00:09You would have filled it in when you first got your pension,
00:11but it might be 20 years ago.
00:12You may have a different partner, and you might not have changed it,
00:15so it might be going to your former partner, which you wouldn't really want.
00:18It doesn't lock the trustees to where your money goes in,
00:21but a big point on all pensions,
00:23just check where your expression of wishes is going.
