00:58introducing them i want to thank ownership francesco and roberto aquilini for this incredible
01:04opportunity when they came to us with their vision and the plan for the next upcoming years
01:09we got very excited we spent 26 years in this amazing city we were drafted in 1999 and played 17
01:18unforgettable seasons alongside some of our best friends teammates and staff in 2018 we became part
01:25of this very spirited fan base in the city we were fans for three years before we came back in
01:30a
01:30management role we then turned into player development we're part of a little bit of scouting
01:37coaching so we've seen a lot of different aspects of this organization every successful team
01:42we've been a part of had values cornerstones that could answer one question why are we here and what
01:49do we stand for three words that we will live by connected committed and purpose we want to
01:57reestablish the connection from top to bottom within this organization but also in the community
02:02to this fan base and to the city of vancouver and the province of bc and we have a clear
02:08vision
02:08that will connect us to be sustainable uh winning culture to be a vancouver canuck you must be
02:16fiercely committed to making this one of the world's leading organizations we expect everyone to be
02:22committed to leaving this organization better than they found it everything we do we will operate with
02:28intent uh every day and that purpose will uh form people to excel under pressure there's a lot to get
02:36through in that press conference like in today's day and age oh it's ai it's the same person right
02:40there same exact haircut a little bit difference i guess on the tie but they're always questions for
02:44me like like they're in the front office like hey you know one of the twins comes through the door
02:49and
02:50you're a player like you don't know who that guy is like they they look the same coming through the
02:54door i think that's hilarious but the best part about this entire press conference joe twin telepathy
02:58is right they know exactly when their sentence ends and when to begin the next sentence here that's
