00:04so over here you can see that I have these slides right here and let's say
00:08what I want to do is I want to go ahead and export out these slides as images
00:14so that even people without PowerPoint can have access to the slide so to do
00:20that you need to go to the file menu and then you need to go around over here on
00:24to export and then over here you can see that I have an option to go ahead and
00:30then change the file type right here and then I can export it out as image file
00:36type so I can select PNZ let's say for example right here and click on save as
00:40so once I do that I'm going to go to the desktop let's say for example and I'm
00:45going to go ahead and see I want to create a new folder right here and I'm
00:52going to name it as slides and inside I'm simply going to go around and they
00:56see Nancy slide sample right here so you can see that it's being exported as PNZ
01:03graphics you can actually go around over here and then let's say click save right
01:07here and I have an option to export just the open slide or all so I'm just going
01:13to go ahead and say all right here and all slides will be exported over here in
01:18this slide section so here you can see that this is what you have so you can
01:21see the slide section right here and then all of them are now exported out as
01:28images right here so you can use this out to present slide where you don't have
01:33PowerPoint in the computer as well so that is basically how you can go ahead and
