00:17This pitch itself is a Kentucky bluegrass over sown with ryegrass. It's come all the
00:23way from Washington State so it's an overnight hole in the trucks and then
00:28obviously you've probably seen behind me it's close to 13 truckloads like for
00:33today's installation and then the same again tomorrow. Traditionally it's an
00:37artificial surface that's used for their primarily their business. We've come in
00:42and put in a temporary overlay, sod, sand, drainage layer, vacuum ventilation. So the
00:51vacuum ventilation and the grow lights are a requirement to FIFA tournaments. The
00:56sod on plastic has come from the farm in Washington. That is a uniquely North
01:02American like tool. We've just implemented it with a hybrid reinforced system which
01:08is also another requirement at the stadium. So put all that together you
01:12should have a perfect recipe for a perfect pitch. Really like people think the
01:17grass is always looks pristine but it takes a lot of effort from the the team
01:22on venue obviously through the planning. So but yeah like I have a saying like the
01:28workers are a bit like fairies. People don't see the work happening and then
01:31they're the first people in and last people to leave. So it's quite meticulous but
01:35you see it in its ideal state when the referee blows his whistle.
01:50So this is a Kentucky bluegrass surface. This is a hybrid surface so it does have
01:55the fibers in it. So some stadiums are going to stitch the fibers and this is
01:58more of a carpeted where it's laid out filled with sand and then seeded. That
02:02process started over at our sod farm at Tuckahoe Sod Farms. That that started
02:06back last fall. Posting the club World Cup last year we were able to test out
02:11this this this pitch and it we've received positive feedback from all the
02:15athletes that have that have played on it and so we were very excited to hear
02:19that and it just made things so much easier this year just to coming into the
02:22to the World Cup 26 to go with the same type of surface. As you can see we're
02:27underway with changing out the signage. I mean the the World Cup comes with
02:31some different required rules and requirements and that the changing out of
02:34the sign is and the logos and is certainly already started and it's
02:39continuing actually I guess a Friday I'll start FIFA's kind of exclusive window
02:43here at the stadium and but everything will kind of ramp up from now up until
02:47June 14th. From my perspective I think for fans that this is their first time
02:50coming to Lincoln Financial Field this is a the highest quality NFL stadium I
02:56think in in the country. From sustainability to the fan experience I
03:00think that that fans will be absolutely wowed by the stadium experience itself.
03:05That's the experience that we had last year with Club World Cup and what we heard
03:08from fans who were leaving who thought that you know being here you know was not
03:12just a great experience but also one that they would come back for it.
03:24Felt great you know we've been working on the stadium for a long time obviously a big capital
03:30project takes a lot of effort and detail and so to know that we have the stadium done on time
03:37was a great relief to see people in the new seats you know using the new concessions all of the
03:44things
03:44that we put in place was was really great to see you know not every element will be exactly like
03:50it
03:50will be for the tournament but we certainly had lots of learnings and I think you know we had all
03:55of our team on site safety and security you know stadium operations the ingress egress all of that was
04:02being observed yeah obviously you know safety and security of those seats is number one they were
04:07designed by engineers who signed off on the drawings we have since had a couple of additional tests done
04:15just to be sure and do our due diligence that the the seating is is safe and secure you know
04:22the
04:22company that we had doing it arena does this around the world they build this same type of temporary
04:27seating at olympic games at golf events at f1 events we were confident in the team that we chose
04:34to do the build and we're confident in the build
